Little place that tends to have a line at night, but worth it! They have a select few flavors, but all of them are super light and delicious, especially the taro. They also have a good selection of toppings, especially different fruits, but I do wish they add more popping boba flavors in the future. Overall really love this place, and they're pretty reasonable priced for the weighing station! read more

This froyo spot might be the very last one standing in Pittsburgh! We stopped by yesterday night and had no trouble finding street parking nearby. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is small with just three small tables inside, the counter to checkout with and with toppings, and the machines with the froyo.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had some delicious flavors like taro and mango. I got those along with pomegranate/raspberry in my bowl and topped it all off with fresh cut up strawberries and popping boba. My total was a little less than $5. Even when it's freezing outside, I have found myself in this froyo shop many times! Flavors here are top-notch and have good variety and great price point. Original tart standing out as a perennial favorite, unbeatable in my personal opinion. Toppings bar also offers a wide array of choices from lychee poppers to various chocolates, candies, and mochi. It's one of the few places where we might actually be able to fill up and redeem the "buy 8 get 1 free" stamp card, testament to how regular we go! I haven't written a review in 15 years on Yelp, but feel compelled to write a review for Berry Fresh as it is the definition of a neighborhood gem. I have brought my daughter here since she was born, even when she was at her most obstreperous toddlerness, the staff here was nothing but the absolute kindness. We have shared so many beautiful mother/daughter moments here that she begs me to go here. I always smile seeing parents of older kids after basketball practice, teens after a theater rehearsal, college kids smiling. It's more than just the millennial nostalgia for the 2012 fro-yo scene which departed too soon. I stopped in to "Berry Fresh" recently which was the old "Razzy Fresh" aka my high school hangout 10+ years ago. It was exactly like I remembered. We went on a Saturday afternoon after hiking in Frick Park on a hot day. They had a great assortment of flavors including my two favorites - tart and taro. They had fresh fruit toppings like strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and more. I went with fruit, coconut, and nilla wafers. I did like when they used to have graham cracker crumbs and granola as toppings. This was much cleaner than I ever remembered. One thing I noticed that was different is that none of the machines had the middle handle available to twist the two flavors. No big deal - just an observation. The owner was very friendly, and the price is reasonable especially compared to local ice cream shops. I'm so happy this little fro yo shop is still here! We will be back! read more

This is such a cute little frozen yogurt shop in squirrel hill. This was my first time going and I tried 3 different flavors. All of them where good. The man working the counter was really nice and gave me a lid for my cup which was great because I was taking mine to go! They do have a nice seating area though. read more

Solid fro-yo place in the heart of Squirrel Hill. Fairly small number of flavors (eight or so the night I went) and relatively few toppings, so this is not the place for variety. Everything tasted good though and the prices were very reasonable. I filled up theirs small sized (orange) cup and it was less than $4. The space is small with only 3-4 tables each seating 2-4 people, so best designed for carry out. They do plastic utensils which is standard but a lot of fro-yo places are doing compostable spoons these days. read more

The line is always long, like, literally always. It moves at an okay pace. Even wrapped the whole way around the building was only about a 20-25 min wait. Once they take your order you wait another 2-4 minutes, and then, consume. It was good enough that we came back two nights in a row. Absolutely worth getting ice cream here.
