I had the absolute best experience here. First of all, they have an amazing selection. Liz helped me find my wedding dress a couple months ago & she was AMAZING. She encouraged me to try many different types of dresses but was not pushy AT ALL, unlike many other places. She was conscious of my budget and very straight forward about the prices, again, not like many other places. That's a big thing for me.. you can't just say "it's in your budget" & expect me to be happy with that. She gave me exact numbers, never pushed for me to spend more, & was overall a huge help. I had been looking online for a mother of the bride dress. I had ordered four and or five and none of them were keepers. I had seen a recommendation for Sincerely Yours in a Facebook group and decided to check them out. I liked that I could make an appointment online. Since I was going by myself, I had a lot of flexibility and was able to go the next day (there was one opening on a Wednesday afternoon). I was greeted warmly by Melanie, the owner. I showed her photos of me in the other dresses I had ordered and told her what I didn't like about each of them. She paid attention and really listened. She had some great ideas and pulled some beautiful dresses! I believe there were actually three that I liked. I eventually chose one with the help of my daughter (the bride). I was texting her photos and videos. I actually ordered a dress I would have never looked at! I can't wait for it to come in with the changes I had made to it. I don't know what the price range was for all the dresses I looked at, but I feel the price of my chosen dress was reasonable. I didn't feel rushed at all while I was there. This place and it's owner are a complete SCAM!!! Do NOT go here!! I went in here in February and thought Melanie was so nice and I had found the dress of my dreams. The sample dress I tried on was many sizes too big so Melanie measured me and sent the measurements somewhere for the dress to be made. After waiting 6 MONTHS to get my dream dress, I finally received the dress and it was NOT the same as the sample dress I tried on and loved. It did not fit at all, I was measured completely wrong by Melanie. The cups did not fit in the bust and the back would not close because the measurements were so off. The material was not the same, the bust detail was a mess and the boning made my chest look like pointy cones like I was starring in a 1980s Madonna video. I cried for 2 days straight and was up all night the night I got the dress. I was absolutely devastated. It was only 60 days away from my wedding at this point and 6 months had been wasted away when I could have been finding another dress. I spoke with Melanie and let her know how terrible the dress was and it didn't fit and nothing was right about it. I asked her "Did anyone even look at this dress when it arrived to the boutique??" She said yes. I couldn't believe that they saw it and thought it was like sample gown in the store. Melanie told me I had to go get professionally measured to see if there was any difference in the measurements she took in February and the new ones the seamstress I found took in August. Now mind you, I am the same size all the time. I never gain or lose weight. So when the new seamstress (who totally saved my wedding) did my measurements and I sent them to Melanie, Melanie contacted me and said I "must have been working out my back in the gym too much" as if she had any clue on if I even worked out in the gym or not. She never took responsibility for ANYTHING. Not only that, but Melanie contacted my new seamstress by phone after receiving my new measurements in an email and tried to convince my seamstress that I had gained size and must have been "bulking up" for my wedding.......AS IF ANY BRIDE BULKS UP FOR HER WEDDING!! My seamstress was very irritated by Melanie and knew she was just trying to save face and get her on her side, so she ended up hanging up on Melanie and telling me all about that phone call. Even after the phone call, Melanie had responded to my email and DOUBLED DOWN on blaming me for the measurements being wrong. Let's not forget that I've already paid for the dress in full and alterations for the terrible dress to try to be fixed or the sample dress to be altered down to my size were $1000. So now because Melanie measured me wrong and I lost 6 months worth of time, my dress was now going to cost me another $1000 on top of the full price I paid for the dress, plus shipping. My now-husband and I spoke to Melanie and she admitted she outsources her dresses to a factory in China to be made so there is NO guarantee that the dress you try on in the store will be the dress you end up receiving for your wedding. And not only that, if there's any issues, Melanie will not take any responsibility. I ended up demanding to get the larger sample dress from the boutique in exchange for the terrible dress. My seamstress looked at the terrible dress up and down, inside and out and on my body and said there was just no possible way she could fix it to fit me properly. She agreed with me that I should get the sample dress from the boutique and she could alter it to fit my body. I did not trust Melanie at this point so we sent the dresses to each other at the same time on the same day, sending each other proof of tracking. Melanie told me on the phone that when she received the dress from me that she would have someone professionally measure it and if the measurements were indeed off (which everyone under the sun knew they were) then she would see about helping with some type of compensation or something monetarily to go towards the $1000 in alterations because my costs on this now are basically like me buying 2 wedding dresses! Low and behold, I never heard from Melanie again. I checked the tracking on the dress I sent back to her and she received it but i never heard a peep. No compensation, no monetary help. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Even though I ended up finding my dress at another shop, the Sincerely Yours staff was delightful to work with. My mom and I were the only customers in the store so it felt very personal. We did have to wear masks but could take them off for pictures of me in the dreases. They were very upfront and transparent about cost of alterations and gave us some tips on how to save in that area. I would definilty recommend them! read more

I was pretty disappointed. I purchased my wedding dress here and the dress had a snag and makeup spot on it. Most of my bridesmaid dresses came in WAY too big and one came back so small they had to custom design it to get it to fit her. The owner did a terrible job measuring! The Owner Melanie hands out business cards for seamstresses who she clearly supports and backs (considering she's handing out their card and they do their work in her shop) yet Melanie refused to take any ownership when I complained that the seamstress was trying to rip off my bridesmaids by charging them over $250 each for alterations! It seems like a shady thing they have worked out here. Melanie measures wrong, causing the need for large amounts of alterations, which puts more money in the pocket of her seamstress who she will deny up and down she has any affiliation with, yet SHE HANDS OUT HER BUSINESS CARD TO ALL THE BRIDES! shady shady shady. Stay away from this place. All of my bridesmaids have been in numerous other weddings and they all expressed their disappointment in this My response to the owners response is simply that I'm not surprised at all that she still takes no ownership. The entire staff is so friendly, warm, and inviting. They treated me like royalty at every visit. They offer a variety of beautiful, affordable gowns. I actually ordered a customized gown, and it turned out incredibly. Melanie is amazing and made sure the entire process was seamless from the day I ordered my dress to the day I picked it up! Sincerely Yours was our third bridal shop in one day. It was our one last effort before giving up for the day. I called and they were able to get us in without any appointment. Joann assisted us right when we walked in. I described what I was looking for and she immediately knew what I wanted. This place does have some pieces that likely wouldn't be found at other salons however, they don't have the quantity. I appreciate that you can walk in, pick whatever dress you want from the one wall of dresses and go try it on but they just don't have the quantity. They'll have a particular style and one or two of that same style and that's it. They do have great service as well as great prices. Usually less than 2K. read more

Sincerely Yours was amazing to work with for my wedding. I got my dress here, as well as most of the bridesmaids dresses. The store itself is smaller in nature with a beautiful selection of gowns. The staff is very accommodating, and truly makes you feel special. They remembered my name and my dress each time I came in, and were always so nice and complimentary. We stopped by Sincerely Yours today, in search of a prom dress for my sister. Melanie was super helpful and not only did they have a huge "bridesmaid" (prom) section but they also had a large selection of discounted bridesmaid dresses of all different sizes, colors, and designs. These dresses were all in perfect condition, beautiful and extremely inexpensive. Luckily Melanie found my sister a beautiful red one in her size that looks like it was made for her!
