I went to go check out Singer Chiropractic, after reading all the positive reviews they received. Overall, though I was very unhappy with the care that I received at this office. The lady working treated me in a very disrespectful manner, and asked me quiz type questions regarding chiropractic care. Which, I personally found be to be extremely unprofessional. They took x-rays, which I thought was strange since I brought in current MRI's. At, my office visit they also didn't care to check with my insurance regarding my chiropractic coverage I sent the office a message, and never heard back. I pulled my back while at work. I was in a ton of pain! I called their office and asked if it was best to see a doctor. They explained that maybe all I needed was an adjustment. After my appointment, I can honestly say 50% of the pain had gone away immediately!! I've been committed to attend all of my appointments and I can't be any happier with my results! I must be honest and admit I was always very skeptical about Chiropractors before my visit with Dr. Singer. I had been dealing with some lower back pain for a few weeks. I've been having constant headaches and neck pain for more than a year now and it has affected my entire life. I seldom leave reviews- but this calls for a celebration! I struggled with conceiving our second baby for years. Conventional Doctors advised my thyroid condition was the culprit. Some said it was just stress. They were sure quick to push prescription meds! I had enough sense to walk away from that! I've been seeing Dr. Singer for a bit or so and I've seen great improvements with my body! I've had neck problems since I was a teen probably due to texting and horrible posture and the fact that I was a stomach sleeper. At 51 years of age I had never had chiropractic care, and even though it had been suggested a couple of times over the years, I never took it seriously until 9 weeks ago after I met Dr. Singer. Dr. Singer was introduced to me via referral by one of my BNI partners, so it was an easy choice to just get that initial exam. What I did not realize was how extensive that initial exam would be physically but also mentally.:d! Dr Singer is very thorough in wanting to know your physical habits, and after the consultation I had my x-ray done. Upon seeing my x-ray, I knew I had long needed regular care, so I went all in to the year long, outcome based treatment plan Dr. Singer set up for me. The treatment plan has so far consisted of twice a week full body adjustments, with particular attention being paid to my cervical spine since that is where my natural curve had slowly and significantly straightened out over the years. Being a massage therapist has also contributed greatly to a pinched nerve that allows 2 fingers of my left hand to go numb at various points during the day or when I am sleeping, and this is also a point of attention during my adjustments. So, 8 full weeks into my treatment, I can honestly say I feel better than I have ever felt, or at least since I was in my 20's and still playing competitive fastpitch softball! No longer do I have to get my own weekly massages due to my mid to upper back and scapular muscles being pulled ridiculously tight from being out of alignment for so long. This was huge for me since the weekly massages were only good for that week and I would be in a ton of discomfort soon after. My spine is no longer rigid, my neck range of motion has increased immensely, and my synovial fluid reservoir is full again! Dr. Singer is also a joy to visit because he is full of life, super intelligent and he edifies people wherever he goes, which is a most important quality. I have visited this place several times last year but have no improvement. The last visit I addressed it to Dr. Singer to make sure that I could feel better when I walked out that office, I got rush out. Sorry if you overbooked your appointment. I am the patient so I have a choice to go visit another chiropractor who listens and knows how to fix my pain, which I DID!! Dr. Singer never submitted any claim to my insurance company after he told me to pay him cash for each visit. My deductible reminded high. I was told by the other chiropractor I hadn't met my deductible. So I gave my insurance company a call and I was very disappointed with Dr. Singer. I decided to let this go since it is in the past and nothing can be changed. But today I received an "Unknown call", stated that they need to "update my record". She gave me a date and the service, which was from Dr. Singer. She said by law, she must update my record. Of course I refused. If you're in any type of pain you must pay Dr. Singer a visit! I had been experiencing back issues for over 3 years, after being involved in a car accident. Throughout the 3 years I saw a couple Drs, a chiropractor, and massage therapy, but nothing worked so I stopped looking because I was spending hundreds of dollars for nothing. 6 months ago my symptoms got worse and I wasn't able to move around like I used to. I was experiencing sciatica symptoms, stiff lower back pain, I couldnt sleep, I stopped working out(I used to workout 5 days a week), I couldn't sit longer than 5 minutes without pain and I couldn't lay down either, I couldn't tie my shoe or pick up anything heavier than 15 lbs. I'm 29 years old and I couldn't do anything a 29 year old could do. I felt like I was paralyzed!.
