Love the quaint space perfect for inside and outside dining and relaxing with a cocktail. The service is spectacular, very attentive no matter if you are seated at the bar or tables (inside or outside.) The variety of wine is great. Plenty of beer options too. If you really need a cool down, we recommend the wine slushies. We loved the strawberry sangria slushy but the frase (rose') slushy was good too. The shareable food options and specials were great. My husband and I are always fortunate to find that no one else seems to appreciate cozying up on a couch at this restaurant quite like us. Because this one is always open. Everyone else chooses the barstools and hightop tables or the patio. We were only outside once, when my ankle was broken and it was tough to get around. But, I digress. Maybe the cozying adds to the delight of our foodie experience at Sip. We don't drink but they make a lovely Shirley Temple that compliments all that chef-made goodness. Her menu is always shifting and we love the creativity. One of the mainstays, though, is the meatball appetizer. The beef is tender and flavorful and the homemade marinara as complimented by a perfect cheese pull. We'll get that and one other item - a charcuterie board, bread and/or veggies and a dip, or some other interesting app. Sometimes we get a salad, but order dressing on the side because we like it light. As lovely as Sip is, I don't know if people are impractical or enamored enough to drive a half hour up a mountain to enjoy that tiny establishment. So, it feels like a happy place to be around locals. Estrella is growing but not so much that we've ever felt crowded out at Sip. It's homey and warm and a relaxing place to feel at home, on our special couch. Please don't sit at our couch. lol read more

Everything is shareable. We've been here a couple of times now. The food is excellent. We had the grilled cheese, which is just awesome. Excellent flavors and it's just humongous. In the best way. Really enjoyed the baked brie. The apple fig flatbread was one of the best flatbreads I've ever had. They don't skimp on the fig spread but not overdone either. Perfect in my opinion. I loved this place! It's such a nice little bar and is super chill. Our service was awesome, the waitress/bar tender was super nice and sweet. We got the artichoke dip and it was the best artichoke dip I've had! I'm always craving it now lol. We also got their bread platter with the different butters and it was also so good. I can't wait to visit this place again just to get the dip and try other menu items. I really hope they add more to their menu because the couple items I got were so good. This is the Wine bar Goodyear has been waiting for. Nestled in the hills of Estrella Ranch with a beautiful view of the sky line over the lake (no lake view) it is the perfect get away for a lovely glass or three and a quick bite. I almost didn't want to write because this place is so exclusive right now I want to keep this best kept West Valley secret to myself. I stop by on a Saturday afternoon. I was heading to the grocery store but saw that they had just opened sip at the ranch so I decided to stop in. Very nice people greeted me when I walked in and gave me menus right away. I ordered a Modelo on tap. They have a selection of draft beers and a bigger selection of bottled beers and wines. I decided to order the turkey sandwich, which was amazing. They had one TV on Over the Bar with golf so I was happy with that. Very nice, friendly place to have a few drinks. read more
