Cool little spot. Fast, consistent, and delicious. Fantastic customer service. Very large menu with ice cream and waffles.

The price was reasonable, milk tea with boba was good, service could have been more welcoming.

I've walked past this place for years -- literally -- eating at the teriyaki place, Burger King, and using the laundry mat. I'm not a boba guy so the place didn't appeal to me. Anyway, I was craving a shake today, and since this is the closest Ice cream shop (kind of), I Google searched the menu and discovered they do, indeed, sell shakes. My expectations were low because they seem to focus on boba drinks and smoothies, but by god was the chocolate peanut butter shake I ordered good! I was blown away at the first sip. I'm actually a little mad it was so good because I'm going to be craving it again and again.

Finally! A boba shop opened near my house! Thus it was a must to try it out. Walking into the shop, I was greated by a welcoming and friendly employee. He quickly got my order, gave me a receipt with my order number on it and asked if I had gotten a business card with a stamp sheet on the back of it. Since it was my first time ever going to the shop, he gladly gave me one. Not much time passed by until I was rung up to get my boba. I was fairly excited to get home and try out the Brown Sugar tea with boba (the tea pictured). I gave it a good shake as the owner had told me and gave it a sip. I'm going to be honest, the tea was better than most I've ever tried! 10/10. I'm glad to have gotten the time to pass by and purchase this tea. I'll definitely continue to come by and buy boba teas and many of other sweets, this shop sells.

Today I was craving boba and decided to look a place up. To my surprise, one was already located near my neighborhood. I was shook so I went to check it out. It's located in a random place between a coin laundry and Burger King so it could be hard to miss. But there is a door that leads into the place. I was greeted immediately by the cashier and immediately took our order, he was great. Then after I got to the car the first sip I took was just incredible , it tasted natural and not fake like other boba places. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

This would probably be one of my go-to places were I living in the neighborhood. We drove by it on the way to an appointment and was pleased when we visited. The owner was nice and let us sample the milk tea before choosing. I think he's got lots of options and creativity to make drinks, but I opted for the safe choice. Would recommend! Has parking, shares space with a laundromat and two fast food joints, pretty accessible.

We found this place by luck as we drove by it one day on the way to somewhere else. We decided to stop by as we were visiting LA and didn't know any other boba places. Let me tell you, we lucked out. In the picture is mango peach green tea and classic milk tea. Both are delicious! The owner is very friendly and gave us a sample to try before we made our choices. This business also serves ice cream which can be made into shakes, sundaes, and ice cream sandwiches. You can even get boba in the milk shake! Overall this was a great experience and I recommend it!

Found this on a whim and loved it! Nicest customer service anywhere! They offered samples and recommendations to help us find exactly what we wanted and were super friendly. I got the Thai tea smoothie with boba and loved it! I've never had boba in a smoothie before and loved the new option. Definitely will be coming back!

The owner is so sweet and everything was so good :) he gave us samples and suggestions and he's very friendly and fun to talk to. Waffle was great and so was the milk tea , will definitely come back soon! Give your money to this place instead of the corporate boba industry

Visiting from Hawaii and Fong was so nice. Even gave us Mango and Peach smoothie samples as we was waiting for our orders. This place is Highly recommended after a diner and your craving something sweet.

Cute place locates inside a laundry mat. Genius! Snack and do some laundry! Good variety of drinks, mainly non dairy, and great ice cream selections with other dessert offerings. Owner is super friendly and the place is so clean. Great promotions on drinks... winter was their creamy milk (non dairy) tea with boba! Delish!

Luckily, Yi Fang is one of those spots where parking is rarely an issue. They have their own parking lot, plenty of nearby street parking, and even additional parking near a church close by, which makes visiting much more convenient compared to many other boba shops in LA. The store itself is on the smaller side, with only a few chairs and seating options available. They offer both a self-serve kiosk for quick ordering and a front register if you have questions or prefer ordering with staff assistance. Yi Fang is best known for their fruit teas, which are considered their specialty. Personally, I tend to prefer milk teas, and while the drinks are still good, I found the quality of the grass jelly and boba to feel somewhat inconsistent compared to other boba places I've visited.

I do not usually make the drive out to K-Town, but since tickets were only $10.20 per person, we figured it would be worth checking out. Even though I don't really know much about Invincible, I still had a lot of fun. The space is completely transformed with different scenes from the show and there are plenty of photo ops whether you're a fan or just tagging along like I was. It definitely felt more immersive than I expected. The food and drinks are on the pricey side, so we shared a few items instead of each ordering our own: We tried the Monster Girl Matcha, which came in one of the collectible bottles ($20) my friend wanted. The drink itself was okay; not bad, but not my favorite matcha beverage. We also ordered the Invincible Power Wrap ($15), which tasted good but was honestly much smaller than I expected for the price. My favorite thing we tried was definitely Atom Eve's Energy Acai Bowl ($9). I love acai bowls and this one was refreshing with dragonfruit, strawberries, lychee, coconut flakes, and granola. I would order that again. We also shared the Viltrumite Training Cookies ($9). They were basically buttery sugar cookies but came in a pack of 3. Parking was probably the only annoying part. The shopping center seemed to only have valet, so I ended up finding free street parking in the neighborhood and walking about 10 minutes. One thing I thought was really cool was that the employees told us they completely change the theme every few months. They have done collaborations with Godzilla, Final Fantasy VII, and Arcane. Overall, I had a really good time, even as someone who is not familiar with Invincible. If you are a fan of the show and like experiential dining experiences, I would say come check it out.
