Super delicious and family friendly boba shop! They serve boba drinks and smoothies, taiyaki, shaved ice and all kind of goodies! They have one of the most wide range menus I've seen in a long time! Great selection! Servers are friendly and helpful. I ordered my drink with no added sugar and it was delicious! They also have a wall of cute backpacks, stuffed animals and keychains. I'm a fan!

So glad they opened close to my work. My coworkers and i are a regular here. We ordered 8 items today and they sent nice, quality bags and key chains. So cute. Ty. I like how they have different milk options and toppings. Pretty tasty boba place.

I asked for a matcha with strawberry and the staff was kind enough to make my drink even though it was not on the menu. Super sweet staff and the price is great for such a big size. Lots of seatings and super clean ambiance. The drink was great as well and definitely worth it! 10/10 would recommend.

We were on our way to dinner and decided to stop by and grab some boba. The drinks here are freaking huge. HUGEEE. We were pleasantly surprised when we paid how cheap it was for such a huge cup of boba. We live near San Gabriel where the boba is god tier. I have to admit, boba grande, great job. God tier achieved in my opinion. Don't miss out on this spot my friends. Huge cup, great price, fast service. I can ask for nothing more. This is my new go to spot in the area.

The teas have always been amazing and love how they use fresh fruit-you can REALLY taste the difference. My go-to order is the peach fruit tea, 30% sweetness with boba. The tea is perfectly sweetened and has the best natural fruit texture/flavor. I've never had an issue with my orders and the customer service is always consistently good. The teas always come out super quickly and I love how clean this place is. ALSO, there's free parking (just let valet know you're going to Yi Fang).

Luckily, Yi Fang is one of those spots where parking is rarely an issue. They have their own parking lot, plenty of nearby street parking, and even additional parking near a church close by, which makes visiting much more convenient compared to many other boba shops in LA. The store itself is on the smaller side, with only a few chairs and seating options available. They offer both a self-serve kiosk for quick ordering and a front register if you have questions or prefer ordering with staff assistance. Yi Fang is best known for their fruit teas, which are considered their specialty. Personally, I tend to prefer milk teas, and while the drinks are still good, I found the quality of the grass jelly and boba to feel somewhat inconsistent compared to other boba places I've visited.

I live nearby, so I stop in every now and then when I'm craving boba in the area. They have some indoor seating, which makes it a decent spot to sit down and study or get a bit of work done. It hasn't seemed too busy the times I've gone, which is surprising given the location. I hope they do well over time because it's such a prime downtown spot and there's always foot traffic around. I'm sure people working nearby frequent this place when they want a fix, and when I go in, it's usually during non-business time hours. Their menu is creative with some unique options. I usually go for the POG agua fresca, and if I'm in the mood for something richer, I'll get one of their ube drinks like the Purple Roots. Overall, a solid local spot with interesting drinks that I keep coming back to.

Sunright Tea Studio is so welcoming and gives off such a sweet and festive ambiance. The studio is so spacious and has a beautiful Christmas tree in the center with area for sitting. We ordered our drinks from the kiosks and we're still able to communicate with the 2 baristas. The baristas were great and helpful in recommending their specialty coffee and milk tea drinks. We ordered the Signature Iced Coffee, Strawberry Matcha Latte, Chocolate Oreo Brûlée and Chocolate Oreo Frostie. The Signature Iced Coffee is a Vietnamese Highland double blend while the Strawberry Matcha Latte is premium matcha from Japan with 4 seasons oolong tea layered with organic milk and fresh strawberries. The Chocolate Oreo Frostie on the otherhand is a rich yet refreshing chocolate ice-blended frostie infused with a generous scoop of crushed oreos. So good! Last but not least, the Chocolate Oreo Brûlée is a velvety chocolate latte swirled with creme brulee foam and served with crushed Oreos. This is one is good yet it's too sweet for me. Can't wait to try other milk tea and specialty coffee drinks on their menu next week/

The biggest complaint I have unfortunately was the inside was very dirty! None of the menu screens were on, one kiosk was out of order, under the seating was very very dirty almost looks like mold. There are supplies everywhere as if there is no storage area. This place looks like maybe at one time it was packed with customers and well kept up but now literally looks VERY UNKEPT! Truly unfortunate because the drinks are amazing. I'd probably come back and hopefully next time around it's cleaner inside! Anyway here are some pics of the amazing drink I had!

I do not usually make the drive out to K-Town, but since tickets were only $10.20 per person, we figured it would be worth checking out. Even though I don't really know much about Invincible, I still had a lot of fun. The space is completely transformed with different scenes from the show and there are plenty of photo ops whether you're a fan or just tagging along like I was. It definitely felt more immersive than I expected. The food and drinks are on the pricey side, so we shared a few items instead of each ordering our own: We tried the Monster Girl Matcha, which came in one of the collectible bottles ($20) my friend wanted. The drink itself was okay; not bad, but not my favorite matcha beverage. We also ordered the Invincible Power Wrap ($15), which tasted good but was honestly much smaller than I expected for the price. My favorite thing we tried was definitely Atom Eve's Energy Acai Bowl ($9). I love acai bowls and this one was refreshing with dragonfruit, strawberries, lychee, coconut flakes, and granola. I would order that again. We also shared the Viltrumite Training Cookies ($9). They were basically buttery sugar cookies but came in a pack of 3. Parking was probably the only annoying part. The shopping center seemed to only have valet, so I ended up finding free street parking in the neighborhood and walking about 10 minutes. One thing I thought was really cool was that the employees told us they completely change the theme every few months. They have done collaborations with Godzilla, Final Fantasy VII, and Arcane. Overall, I had a really good time, even as someone who is not familiar with Invincible. If you are a fan of the show and like experiential dining experiences, I would say come check it out.
