About amazing experience. $50+tax gets you all ingredients to make two drinks, a bonus welcome cocktail and an individual charcuterie board. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the experience. I love that each monhtly class is themed so that you have no worries of repetitive experiences. In addition, each class you leave with one item that helps prepare you to stick your at home wine bar. Tonight we were gifted the jigger, which was cool as we didn't expect this to occur. Great event for friends, couples or solo. I really enjoyed this spot. A friend and I decided to come after dinner during our girls night out and I'm so glad we did. It is a wine bar but there are other delicious cocktails on the menu as well. The lemon drop was great. The wine process works like this. You tell the wait staff you want to do the wine and they take your payment card and give you a tasting card to use at the self serve machine. There are different price points for different amounts of wine. There are many different types of options to choose from. This helped me leave out with new options for wine at home. This is a pretty small establishment so I recommend you to make a reservation to be sure you can get in. The decor and wall is very elegant. It was very fitting for girls night. They have small plate foot options like flatbread and meat and cheese plates which are great snacks to eat while sipping. If you're seeking something more hearty I would suggest eating before coming as we did. The server and hostess were nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back. read more

Thank you wine GODDESS for this gem. Came for a change of scenery and we were transported to a wine lovers paradise. Self service wine vats with 23 different taste to choose from. Happy Hour was fantastic lots of offerings on the "aperitivo" menu. Hummus and bruschetta were served promptly and full of flavor. This is a wine lovers dream! If you're an OG foodie, you'll understand when I say this restaurant has the setup on Greencork with the decor of Knifebird, two wine gems that are no longer open. Took my mom here for Mother's Day at her request and we had a great time. I love being able to try multiple wines at once. If you've never done wine machines, you'll understand essentially grr a prepaid card, tap it at the dispenser, select the wine you want and the size of the pour, hold your glass to the spout and let it dispense. The charcuterie board was delicious and well curated and was plenty for me, my mom, and Dad. Flatbreads were also enough to satisfy my hungry dad. Please note that this is a small place; I would recommend getting reservations gather than just dropping in, although they do have a bar. read more

I opted to skip food because we had a planned dinner already scheduled but my people insisted we must stop in quickly! I rolled with the punches and stopped and, boy was it a treat! My wife and I visited Sippin Silo recently. This is an awesome place that opened not long ago in Southaven. I would definitely say that this is a romantic place to go on a date. The reason as to why I give this place 4 out of 5 stars, is because the drinks are way too overpriced for what you get at the wine tasting machines. My recommendation is that when you go, just get a cocktail. I wouldn't waste time at the machines, because you might be disappointed with the amount of tasting you get for the price. read more

My party of 6 came in and placed our name on the wait list, was told there was a 30 minute wait, and we would be called. The call never came so we returned to the restaurant to see empty sitting available, actually enough for 8 but we were told it was reserved. Our book club had a reservation for six, but a few additional members joined us. We were understanding of the situation and simply asked if the extra guests could be seated. There were several open tables (none marked as reserved), and we assumed it wouldn't be a problem--especially on a quiet Wednesday night in DeSoto County. Unfortunately, the staff (with the exception of our incredible waitress, Ashley) made it clear we were unwelcome. One of the hostesses even had what I can only describe as a tantrum, suggesting our extra guests should sit at the bar--completely contradicting what she had just told us about walk-ins being allowed at open tables. After two of our group spoke with a man who said he was a relative of the owner (possibly of Indian descent), it became clear there would be no reasonable resolution. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they seemed unwilling to accommodate or even speak to us with basic courtesy. Ultimately, we paid for our drinks and left. I've traveled extensively and visited countless restaurants and bars, and I rarely leave reviews. But this place stood out for all the wrong reasons. If your group is diverse or your skin tone is a bit darker than average, be warned--you may not be treated with the same respect as others. We were discriminated against, socially profiled. There were empty seats in the restaurant and my friends who walked in were forced to sit at the bar. When asked, the manager said it was policy. There were 9 empty seats and my friends who walked in could not be seated near us. I asked Ahmad, the manager if the tables were reserved and he said, "no." I will never recommend . I loved the concept of wine, cocktails, charcuterie and they also have very delicious pizzas ( pizzas not shown) . The charcuterie comes in different sizes , and they even have a build your own option. Build your own is ala carte so it can get pricey, but it's definitely the way to go . The decor is modern dark plush . The inside is a little small , but it works with the concept. The restrooms are clean and spacious . The service is prompt and pleasant. The patio is very spacious and a great place for dining when the weather is nice . read more

The wine and food were both top notch. I ordered a turkey sandwich half expecting it to be a regular turkey sandwich to buffer the alcohol so I could drive home sober, turns out its the best turkey sandwich I've had in my entire life. The charcuterie was delicious and full of pleasant new flavors my palate hadn't experienced before. I also had some of my friends flatbreads and the quality was amazing. And the wine selection was everything we expected and more. I'm not a connoisseur by any stretch but I will be returning here and hope sippin silo is here to stay. read more

I rated this place 3 stars because of its size. The inside was nice, scenery beautiful but the seating was very much cramped. Kind of hard to get out and go to the bathroom without bumping someone else's table. Other than the space the food was good. I had the bruschetta too but it was my least favorite. A friend and I grabbed apps and drinks on a whim and it was so cute! The atmosphere is so warm. We both went with the pour your own wine bar. It was so much fun getting to try different varieties of wine and they had a great selection in my opinion. We also both got charcuterie platters to share which were also very tasty. THE WORST RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO EVER !!!!!! I can not express how terrible this place was. If I could have given it negative stars I would have. The owners are complete jerks, they should not be in business! I waited an hour and a half for a drink, I am not over exaggerating. After waiting the hour and a half for my drink they brought out the wrong drink, THEN THE WRONG FOOD. I asked to speak to the owner to express my concerns and he refused to come over to the table. I went up to the bar and told him what had happened and he was not concerned what so ever. He did not care at all!!!! He looked at me and goes "thanks for the feedback" . That's all you have to say to an upset customer? As I walked away he then started to talk to me to other customers. WHAT?? Is that how you run a business ? The concept of this place may seem ok but unless someone explains to you how the wine dispensary works then you don't know. Servers should go over the concept of how their restaurant works as soon as you are seated. We ordered a lemon drop martini and a spicy margarita. After 25 mins we gave up on our drinks and decided we would get up and try the self serve wine. Little did we know that you have to be issued a "card" from your server or you will not be able to purchase. At some point server came back and told us it was gonna be a while on our drinks, I asked why; she said they had a big patio party that was just leaving. I ordered the flatbread pizza and my friend ordered veggie wrap. Flatbread pizza was horrible with floppy crust. Tasted and looked like it was purchased from Kroger, also cold when it arrived to the table. Sent the lemon drop back. Then paid $9.50 for this little joke of a glass of wine. Three sips and glass was empty. For the cost never will go back. Also very loud so depending on if you want to hear your date. read more
