He's honest, will troubleshoot problems and explain everything clearly so you know you're making the right move either repairing or getting a new unit. For the record the Best Buy installer tried to convince me that a dishwasher could not be hard wired and I'd need to install a plug for an additional $150 (a surprise added cost when the installer arrived after I had already paid for the installation). This was untrue, but they tried to squeeze the money at the last second. Don't waste your time with them, Robert is the real deal. An honest and hardworking business that I will gladly support over the big box stores.

How does this story end. I ordered the part from an online authorized dealer $173. Part was delivered Monday. Eight screws later and my oven is back up and running. He was in a rush according to my wife. Was on the phone with another customer telling hum he would be right over. If he just would have taken a few minutes to remove the cover the part number was right there (see photo). 92 bucks for absolutely nothing, 10 minutes time.
