Prior to coming to your home, the technician texts you to let you know that they are on their way. Simple things like this go along way with me. Other companies do not do this. Additionally, when it came to the repair - the issue(s) were clearly explained. They spend additional time answering any questions that you may have about the issue and or about the pending repair. Other companies that I have dealt with do not have this type of patience with their customers. Lastly, when it comes to the actual repair - Lee and his team were meticulous and clean. Lee is a lifesaver and I can't praise him enough!!! I have a Bosch washer/dryer and a Subzero fridge which he's fixed for me for various problems over the past few year. When you text him, he responds right away. If he can help you over the phone, he will - you send him pictures, he explains things you can do yourself,and voila, problem solved. If that doesn't work, he'll pay a service call and come as soon as he can - usually within one or two days. He knows what he's doing and has saved us tons of money extending the life of our very old SubZero. He's fixed it so it runs like new. His prices are totally reasonable for the work he does - he'll order the parts for you to avoid the hassle of doing it yourself. I highly recommend Sir Appliance and Lee for anybody who is looking for an honest, reliable company and fast work. My Bosch washing machine broke and first place I called told me I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for somebody to come look at it. I found sir appliance and Lee the owner, was here the next day. Before coming, he asking for the serial number of the machine so he could be prepared to fix it. When he arrived within less than an hour my machine was fixed. He also found another issue and left my house and came back within the same day to make sure I didn't have to schedule another appointment. VERY HAPPY WITH SIR APPLIANCE REPAIR!!! We had Sir Appliance Repair come out to service and fix our Kitchenaid fridge and he was amazing. He texted me in advance to let me know he was on his way so I would be ready. He very quickly diagnosed the issue with our fridge and was able to fix it and give it a much need servicing so that it will now run more efficiently and we won't have any more issues. Sir is also very friendly, polite, a hard worker and got to work as soon as he arrived. He also took the time to explain the issue clearly to us. Someone recommended me to this company For my refrigerator and freezer that needed repair ofter 2 previous companies try to fix my appliances and couldn't they recommend that I purchase new appliances, that's when I decided to call Sir appliance!
