The person who handled our initial inquiry was patient and his follow-up was excellent. The wait time was just one day. I received the much appreciated call that they would be 1/2 hour late. The duo who arrived in a newer long van were nice, courteous and professional. That is, it wasn't a disbelieved guy in a 1980s clunker. The entire job took less than one hour. Here's a TIP: better to park the car with the broken window in your clean driveway so they can vacuum all the pieces inside and out.
