Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! Best part, when I went to pay Kevin for his time and effort to come to us, he said we owed nothing and that he was just glad to know that he was taking care of his customers no matter what the issue is! I asked if they could change out windshield wipers and they said yes. Ten minutes later they were done and I was ready to check out and pay. I got in my car, started it up and multiple warning lights were on so I brought the car back to the shop. Alan brought the car back into the garage and hooked up diagnostics which told him my battery was only putting out 8 volts (it was a 6-7 year old battery!). The owner, Mt.
