The night manager is rude and disrespectful and dishonest and blamed the customer for believing their false advertising upon trying to pick up the order, saying that their internal pricing was different than the promotional price, and the email was an error and it was the customers fault for not knowing it was a misprint.... and are anti DEI while blaming their own morning staff for allowing it to be packed.... And then literally turning their backs and walking away while their customer struggled with their walker in their lobby. Never shop here. Anywhere else is better. read more

I visited this location because I've tried Sira Naturals products at different dispensaries and wanted to visit their home dispensary. Finding the building was difficult and parking was not easy either. The staff was not very friendly on the phone but when I arrived they were friendly over the counter. I tried, Jimmy's Choice Ethos Chem OG for the first time and wasn't impressed by the trimming of the flower or the date that the flower was packaged which was over 4 months ago. Surprisingly, the flower tastes very fresh and the effects of the medication are impactful and potent. I didn't see a hydration pack in the containers which just completely shocks me of how fresh the flower smelled and felt to the touch. I also grabbed two go to items that I already know and always love. One is the unflavored tincture and the other is the sativa moon rock. read more

Sira carries the only strain that helps my chronic migraines and is a 3-minute walk from my front door.I have just moved to Somerville and was so excited to have them so close. I went in once in person and it was an ok experience. My budtender was excellent and the person at the entrance was very nice but the other staff I encountered were unenthusiastic. Sira encourages online ordering, so I thought I'd try it out during their 30% off everything special this week. I placed an order and received an email saying that I would receive another email once the store had accepted my order, so I waited. I heard nothing so tried called the next day. Tried and tried but no one ever answered the phone. I also emailed through their website. No response. I tried again this morning and the guy that answered told me that I don't need to wait for any other emails AND I only have until 7:30pm the day of the order to pick it up. So my order is no longer available and I've missed the 30% off sale. His tone and demeanor over the phone were impassive. He could clearly care less about my situation. So disappointed. read more

If you need to come here, expect to pay non-competitive prices on a lackluster selection- and definitely don't expect quick service either- an order that takes 5 minutes to get at other stores takes about 20 minutes to buy here. I made a yelp account just to say this. This store is number one in Somerville, as someone who goes here consistently. Sometimes payment terminals are down and they only accept cash but there is always a working ATM, or always bring cash if you want a quick process. Usually lines get long when there's amazing deals or issues with other terminals but the staff does everything they can to get the lines moving. Staff are always super nice, quality does range but they have amazing quality products, amazing buds, amazing vaporizers, sick glass pieces, and amazing edibles... ect. The list goes on. Funny! I am disabled and have been receiving delivery service from Sira Naturals in Somerville for about 1.5 years. I get a call literally out of the blue from their head of security telling me no more deliveries. I ask why since he knows I am deaf/blind and cannot drive. he says 15 people have complained about you so more delivery service for you. I asked if he had evidence of these 15 people I had been rude to he said he did but would not give me any inforanton to counter his argument. I told him he knew he was now depriving me of medication I really needed. I cannot afford the prices at others near me and they do have the best product. Went here a few days ago, went up to the front desk and told the guy I was looking to get a new cart and some vegan gummies. He looked things up on his computer and recommended me a product and I bought what he suggested. Once he gave me the package I noticed right away that the product was not vegan. Gelatin was a main ingredient. I didn't even leave the store, I walked right back to the guy and said he sold me gummies that are not vegan and I couldn't eat them. He apologized a lot but after asking management twice, which I overheard, they said there was nothing they could do. No returns, no exchanges, no substitutions, no money back. They said it's some weird policy and they can't accept anything back unless it's faulty product. Then I went to The Goods, across the street, presented what happened to them and they told me they never would've gone about it like that. Especially since I never even left the store. And that I surely would be reimbursed or allowed to exchange for something I can eat. It's like unknowingly selling someone something they are allergic to. I am happy to hear that this is not the protocol everywhere but Sira Naturals customer service is awful. They lost a customer and hopefully more from this review. Go to The Goods across the street. This is one of the most professional dispensaries I have been to. It is really cool because it is in the basement, and so you follow a set of arrows to find the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, large open area with comfortable sofas on which to sit. They have a huge selection of accessories including lighters and pipes. They sell concentrates in half grams so you can mix and match. They usually have a great selection of edibles and infused products like honey and sugar. Oh and they offer a 20% discount to veterans! So to all you veterans, this is the place to go (or the one on Mass Ave.). And they are open till 9PM, which is very convenient. read more

The in-house eighth tiers are better priced and have a higher TAC than most of the other local dispensaries. I end up with a lot more for less at Sira too. Sira natural charges a fee for using debit cards but does not let you know your bank could charge you an ADDITIONAL fee (even though they know it might) because they say your bank already should have made you aware foreign atm machines could charge additional fees. They do this so you proceed with the transaction rather than you saying no to purchasing from them with a debit card because you might get a fee charge twice. Bud tender with long hair doesn't have a medical marijuana card.. therefore he couldn't recommend any of the products they sell. read more

Always long wait time. Pick up usually takes longer than walk-in orders, inexperienced bud tenders doing pick up Orders. Service has overall drastically decreased over time at Sira with the employment of new employees who seem to be clueless about cannabis just there for a quick Check and to hoard tips. Had a question about tincture and the bud tender just ignored me didn't even try to answer, only was friendly when handing over change hoping to receive tip. Sira natural obviously has some of the best cannabis in Massachusetts which is why I'd assume a lot of people don't speak up about the declining customer service. The customer service at this place is on point and friendly. I think most dispensaries are especially medical ones but Sira in Somerville is always number one. I called once to see if I could bring my dog in because I didn't want to leave him in the car. He's a service dog anyways but I don't like to make people uncomfortable.
