Quite possibly the best massage I've ever had. Good amount of metered street parking was available out front so I was able to park right away. I walked in without an appointment a few minutes after they opened on a weekday, and I met Joel (I believe that was his name). I initially asked for a 60 minute full body massage, but after about 30 minutes, I asked him to extend to 90 minutes because he was doing such a great job. He started with a gentle pressing all over, then a hot towel and wiped me down. He did some gentle stretching and massage over the sheet as a warm up, then used oil on bare skin. The head and neck massage was nice and long (most places just do it for a couple minutes). At the end, he wiped the oil off and did more stretching and massaging over the sheet. He finished it off by having me sit up and he stretched out my neck and back and hips. That's just a brief summary, since I fell asleep a few times and nearly drooled lol. Everything that he did from beginning to end was very intentional, thoughtful, and skillful. He often asked me how I was doing, and was so polite and kind. I could tell he was very experienced, because he could tell by touch what areas I was having issues with even before I said anything. Every time a part of my body cracked softly, he'd quietly whisper "nice" or "thank you" as if he just really enjoyed his job. It was very adorable lol. He also applied tiger balm to my shoulders and back because he could tell my muscles were very tight and sore. When the massage ended, he recommended I shower in the evening with hot water to soothe my muscles and wash off the tiger balm. The fact that he even thought about what I should do when I get home was very sweet. I usually leave most massage places a little disappointed and feeling liked something was missing, but I literally left with a huge smile on my face. When I got to the car, I even noticed that some minor elbow and wrist pain I've had for a few months had improved considerably! The only thing missing from the experience was a hot water foot soak, but I didn't even miss it because he did such a great job. Then suddenly, the owner came out and said they had a 30-minute slot for a foot and neck massage. I agreed, but after only about 20 minutes they ended the session--without even doing the foot massage that was promised. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic just to pull people in off the street, take their money, and then provide less than what was agreed upon. Not only was the service incomplete, but the whole interaction left me feeling cheated and disrespected. If you're looking for honest, quality service, avoid this business. I just had a massage with Isaree who felt like a grandmother administering medicine. I felt like I was in good hands and she fixed my body. When I kept asking her to go harder at one point, she pointed out that my body couldn't relax when she did that. Fair enough. She was so kind. The only thing is, this is not a recreational massage. I feel like this massage should be covered by health insurance - it's medicine not a "feel good" It was 30% relaxing 70% "what the hell is happening" but my body feels brand new. I love how I got a shoulder and neck massage while soaking my feet - wonderful use of that time and it really relaxed me. However there wasn't much of a foot rub in the balls of my feet - the kind that puts you in heaven. That's the ONLY negative. The atmosphere is good, very relaxing. People are walking in and out but they keep it quiet. No bad smells and all the towels they use smelled clean. The place seems professional overall. However, I got a bad massage. My masseuse was an older Asian man. I don't think he knew what he was doing and isn't actually trained in any sort of proper massage techniques, Thai or Chinese. I was looking for Chinese reflexology and this place ain't it. 30% of my 90 minute massage was straight up not enjoyable and didn't seem to do anything because he wasn't using proper massage techniques. The man used weird notions to massage me and didn't even put the right amount of pressure in the right areas. The techniques were mostly pressing town and rubbing. He didn't knead except on my neck and shoulders. He was incredibly hard on my arms and shoulders but when it came to my glutes and lower back where I needed it, no pressure at all! It was like he was afraid to touch me on my butt or something because perhaps he didn't know how to do it properly lest someone accused him of groping. I wanted a nice foot massage but it was the worst one I've ever gotten. It was only 30 minutes worth of it thank goodness. He started by flinging my feet back and forth. The man used a stick and he sort of tickled my toes with it and flicked the stick between my toes back and forth. It did absolutely nothing. He also jabbed the stick into bottom of my feet which hurt sometimes. Why couldn't he just use hands? He massaged the top of my feet where it was boney! It hurt! He rubbed the side of my feet in a weird circular motion and grabbed my Achilles tendon in a weird way which also hurt. For my legs, I got the back of my knees pressed on and random calf and thigh presses that pretty much did nothing to relieve much tension. He also rubbed my shins like why do I need my shins rubbed. I've had my shins repeatedly rubbed at nail salons before when I get a pedicure and they throw in a free shitty massage but the nail tech wouldn't know what they are doing. When he came to massage my scalp, he wrapped my head up with the towel and ruffled my hair, just tossed it around under the towel. About 10% of my massage was the guy ruffling me up and rubbing me back and forth like he was petting a dog or like if I were wagyu cattle and he had to tenderize me. It seemed like the guy was just going through the motions but doesn't really know how to look for knots or tightness or even the correct muscles! 50% of the massage was good like he put pressure on the right spots but the other 50% was the guy just not even doing the right motions or putting pressure on the right muscle groups. Be barely kneaded. He massaged my collar bone, shoulder blade, and too close to my armpit at some point!! It felt so uncomfortable and even painful. I felt like I was getting a massage from a preprogrammed massage chair (like one of those that cost $4,000) because I was just getting jostled around and rubbed in random places. He was also uneven like spent 1 minute on left hand and arm but spent 30 seconds on right arm! He hit the right spot on my left lower back but hit my tail bone areas on the right. It was so unsatisfactory how uneven my massage was. Seriously what the beck. I also don't like that they make you sit up to get massaged for the first 20 minutes while soaking your foot in lukewarm water. My lower back already hurts why are you making me sit up with no back support while a guy is pushing on me? How do I brace myself? The first 20 minutes was not relaxing at all. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews and too booked out to even take walk ins because the massage was mid AF. read more

Honestly, it was not relaxing and, at moments, felt like torture. Maybe I don't know what to expect. My favorite part of mani-pedis is the hand and foot massage. I'll pay extra for longer. The best are when you escape to another place, where there's warmth and joy and peace, as a kind stranger applies strong pressure to muscles that need release. I thought this would be a long version of that experience. Not at all. I would glance over at my boyfriend and his massage therapist calmly kneading his feet. Meanwhile, mine was over here putting her whole elbow into my back with all her strength, and what I'm visualizing is not happy lambs jumping across my psyche, as in the nail shop, but a reporter standing out front saying he doesn't know if the paralyzed woman will be pressing charges. Was it necessary for this dear lady to dig her nails into my palms, my feet, my shoulders until the point that my skeleton was ready to dip on out of there? A couple of times I couldn't take it and would wiggle whatever extremity it was slightly and she'd lessen the pressure. Afterwards, I felt like a noodle, which was nice. Maybe she fixed some areas that needed release. I will give this establishment three stars for that. But I didn't have the relaxing experience my boyfriend did that would bring me back again. For a foot massage place, it's really great. I forgot about the parking in the back and parked nearby for free. I like that you can make an appt and the guy who answered the phone spoke English like a native, tho not sure if he was. I tried to call last night, but they seemed to have closed a couple of hours early as the outgoing vm said so, not sure why. I showed up about 10 min early to my appt and they took me right away. My guy understood when I said one hour, but he didn't ask me how the pressure was so not sure how fluent he is. He prob could have applied more pressure, but I left feeling better so it was no big deal. They have a bucket of warm water for your feet for the first 5 min or so. Then you sit up on the ottoman part and they massage your neck and shoulders. Then they have you lay on your back to massage your feet and legs. They did incorporate Thai massage for a few minutes, positioning and stretching your legs and lower back or arms/elbows too. For some parts they do use massage oil. Then I had to lay on my stomach. At one point, just FYI, the guy lifted the back of my shirt while I was laying down and unhooked my bra so he could use oil and really massage my shoulders and back. My shirt still covered my front completely when I was laying down, but I had never had anyone do that. It didn't bother me because he is professional, but it was unexpected cause all of a sudden it just happened. There were 2 other women nearby and one man so safety in numbers helped. Then when he covered me back up he did close the clasp of my bra for me (on the wrong "size") then also pulled up the waistband of my underwear and pants for me. Mind you, not that my pants or underwear went any lower when he massaged me or anything. Again, it was fine, just as an adult no one has EVER done that for me so, it was a weird observation, just giving you the courtesy heads up... LOL I will definitely come back and try the 90 min massage too. It was $35 for one hour. And since I haven't really been to a foot massage place alone or a lot (maybe 5 times total and never alone), I texted my Asian BFF who always go. She said tipping $10 if I really liked it would be good, so I did. So I think $45 is really cheap for a one hour massage. read more

My masseuse put me in dream land. Came here with my feet hurting from joining a new fitness program and left with no pain at all. Best foot spa I have been to outside of China! I love that they do the shoulder rub while you are sitting straight up, many other places don't do that. I had the tall man with glasses and he does a great job getting into some of my knots. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that the sun shone brightly into the room every time the front door opened. So hopefully the staff can fix that issue. If I still lived in Los Angeles, this would be my weekly bliss in paradise. But I am definitely making a trip back here again soon. We came here for the first time last Friday night. Called to make an appointment. Was happy to see there's a small parking lot in the back. Each of us had surprisingly good massages. For $35 for an hour, it was an excellent value. Needed that! It's an open room, clean space. Not too far from others getting massaged, but not super close either. Peaceful music. Lowered lighting. They have you sit on the ottoman and for men take off your shirt, and then you lay face down on the bed with a cut hole in it for your face, and then you roll over. Only awkwardness was probably my bad; never been here before and these types of places usually ask for payment upfront, but the lady just sat us and after the massage each of us gave a $50 bill to our respective masseuses (I'd ordinarily tip $10 for an hour at a chair massage place, but this really was a great massage) and the manager lady chased after us when we left asking why we only paid $50 as my masseuse didn't tell her I paid him $50. Oh well, after working out my tight muscles, they worked out that we paid them too! :) I'd definitely come back. read more

I called for an appointment and they had one available so there was absolutely no waiting. I was grateful because every massage table was taken. The place is clean and quiet. The massage started with a warm soak for the feet and Dan worked on my tight muscles in my neck and upper back. They do a full body massage with your clothes on and just move clothes to work on your muscles and you are draped appropriately. Extremely professional. I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime and Dan is an excellent Massage Therapist! For an hour massage they change $35 and of course he got a generous tip in cash. I removed my sox for the foot bath but the rest of my clothes were loosened or unsnapped. A woman (whose name I do not know), worked on me, and a man worked on my husband. The massages were not too hard, nor soft, but just right...The atmosphere is dark and quiet and peaceful. We were both happy...His bill was $50.00 plus a $1.99 charge for using a credit card. A perfect 10 for Essily and Dada! Those ladies are talented and Siri Foot Massage is the best for having hired them. I've been to a ton of Foot Massage places. Siri Foot Massage is now number one on my list. My husband and I enjoyed 90 minute massages with Essily and Dada (forgive the spelling amazing masseuses) and we felt so lucky to have had them work on our tense upper bodies. It's like they knew the areas of need and focused their attention accordingly. We used to drive 40 minutes round-trip for our other favorite foot massage spot, but we have a new spot and fortunately it's a three minute drive home!
