REVIEW UPDATE 3/26/26 Ok. First lemme say... if you are reading this post, I have officially died and gone to Sirks heaven. OMGOSH PEOPLE!!! This foooooood is not from this planet and it cannot possibly be made by human hands . But I KNOW it is because I've seen the absolutely nicest woman preparing it. But seriously... this is next-level, out-of-this-world, where-have-you-been-all-my-life delicious. I'm almost 70 years old and let me tell you--I have NEVERRRRR tasted flavors that, once they hit your palate, throw a whole disco party inside your mouth. Lights, music, choreography the whole darn production!!! I drove past THREE Mediterranean restaurants to come to Sirks today. THREE. That alone should tell you something. I've been back since my first visit and it has been consistently amazing every single time. Now today, I came in the middle of the day... in the middle of the week. And I said to myself, "Alright now... TODAY is gonna be the day. Today it's just gonna be "good." It's NOT gonna be spectacular today. I just knew I was finally gonna catch them on an off day. WELLLLLLLL.... I walked in here and proceeded to devour a plate of food that was so ridiculously, impossibly delicious I had an out of body experience. Look--I AM NOT exaggerating. Not even a little bit. In fact, I finished my meal... paused... reflected on my life choices... and then ordered the EXACT SAME THING to go so I could relive the experience again tomorrow. Also while I was here, I met the nicest couple who said they live nearby and are regulars. And I thought to myself--if I lived nearby, I would simply go ahead and move directly in front of this restaurant and eat my way through the entire menu one dish at a time until my bank account tapped out or someone filed a formal complaint. And can we talk about the people that own this restaurant? The family that runs this place treats you like you've been coming here your whole life--even if they just met you five minutes ago. That kind of warmth is extraordinary and it matters. You HAVE to try Sirks. And when you come in, if you feel a slight extraterrestrial presence... don't be alarmed. It's just me. A great stop for lunch near us in the area! Ambiance was very clean and nice inside - we were the only ones in the place for lunch on a Saturday. We both wanted some good protein and that's what we got! The salad (cucumber/tomato) mix is amazing. Along with the rice - so yum! Standout protein was the grilled chicken recommendation from the lady at the counter. But both the beef shawarma and fried chicken were delicious! Somewhat pricey when you sub 1/2 and 1/2 proteins but happy to say it was worth it. read more

I was out running errands and I wanted to grab some food, so yelp recommended me this new place. I thought why not? And made the trip over. Location is quaint. Probably room for about a dozen inside. I ordered online for pick up, but was there a bit early. Was greates right away and told they didn't have the dessert I wanted so I went with the knafa. Order came out pretty quick. I got the chicken and beef bowl. It was stuffed for sure. As for the most important thing, the taste. The hummus was solid, the salad was delish, and the meats were cooked wel especially with the garlic sauce I added. Overall it was a solid bowl and a solid trip to this new restaurant. read more

First time here, and I went on Memorial Day. It's a super cute and small eat in or take out restaurant. You order at the counter, and they bring you your food. I got the protein bowl with all salad, kabob, and chicken for $17.99. It was amazing and so full of flavor! It comes with a small side of hummus. I also got the garlic sauce and spicy garlic sauce. What a DIAMOND in the rough!!! I can not say enough about this quaint little place! Ambiance perfectly decorated. Simple and chic. Impeccable service. It is not a sit down restaurant but order at the register and you food is brought to you with a smile and conversation. They recently opened I hope that this review will encourage you to go and be a regular because IT IS THAT GOOD!!! I was in town from Chicago doing errands with my son. We wanted Touranian food. We looked it up on yelp and Siri's came up and we decided to try it... definitely not disappointed. Food... well what didn't we order??!! I did like the previous Phili cheese steak place that was present before, but at least this new place Sirks is good. Ordered a few appetizers and sandwiches with a friend and overall the food was great! I would have preferred a larger portion or a lower price, but the food is good so I won't complain too much. read more

I just finished a gym class and wanted to bring something home for dinner, preferably with protein. I read the description of the Shish Tawook and had to try it. With the cabbage slaw and French fries in the pita with the chicken, it reminded me of a Primanti's sandwich in Pittsburgh. It was even better, with large pieces of chicken kabobs and a tasty garlic sauce.. Delicious! I loved that the pita was thin like a burrito, and it seemed like it was toasted a bit, too. On top of how good it was, it was a very reasonable price. Come on people, let's keep this place open!! read more

My wife and I went there for the first time on Saturday and it was amazing! It's a beautiful family owned place. I truly tasted the love in the food. After talking to the guy at the counter, I think he's the son, he explained that mom makes the flat bread herself. His father makes the babaganoush. I'm from Sedona so I was looking for Mediterranean food near my destination in North Phoenix when I saw a Sirk yelp review. It is a fantastic little place to pick up a taste of Syrian food. I got the mixed bowl, salad with rice, humus, and chicken Shawarma, as well as, a kebab bowl. You can't miss with these two menu items. The owner's son allowed me to taste a honey funnel cake like dessert that she was making, and I had to order it and her superb pound cake. Please do these people at a favor and try their food.
