I love Mediterranean so had to come try Sirocco. The restaurant is beautiful, they have indoor seating and a cozy patio for outdoor seating. The inside has a tree for decor that makes the restaurant look elegant. The service was so great. I ordered the branzino along with several appetizers, and everything was delicious. My girlfriends and we're meeting to celebrate our birthdays and just seeing each other. This was definitely different and wonderfully prepared and served by our server Brandon. We started with a mixed appetizer of fried kibee, falafel, hummus, & fried cheese with pickled veggies. Served on the table is mini pitas with garlic aioli.... Yummy!! Dinner we shared a side of tabbouleh and the Sirocco Grill with asparagus as the selected side. On the grill there was a skewer of lamb, beef and chicken with the garlic aioli and tahini, & pickled onions. It was so flavorful and hit the spot for us ladies. I included a bathroom picture because I thought it was an interesting concept and executed. The service is excellent and everyone is friendly and helpful. They missed the mark in the liquor service though. The bartender made very tasty cocktails, but they were not consistent and the server seemed very confused. The billing was also messed up; it had 2 martinis for $72, even though we only had one; and $36 for a single martini is way over the top! We brought it up to management and the issue was quickly resolved, so kudos for that. We did have a great time, and I also recommend it, but the liquor and bar operations need to be fixed before we go back. read more

For drinks, we had the Margarita, the Pistachio Martini, and the Mescalita. All were really good and surprisingly strong for a lunch outing. For mains, we ordered the Ribeye, the Risotto (which they were kind enough to offer for someone in our group who's vegetarian), and the Kebab. All the dishes were well-prepared and tasted great. And the Baklava to finish was definitely a highlight -- super fresh and full of flavor. Overall, it's a solid spot with good food and friendly service. Huge Mediterranean food lover here. This restaurant is located in the outdoor shopping mall in Pembroke, with plenty of parking nearby. We didn't have reservations, but the place is pretty spacious, and we were seated right away w/ no wait time. Service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive. The food was just okay for me. I wasn't a fan of the sauces; the garlic aioli tasted a bit too much like raw garlic. The calamari was forgettable, and they were out of a few menu items, so I ended up going with the beef kebab. It was decent, but definitely could've used more seasoning. They did have a little show with dancers that came out during dinner, which was a nice touch and added to the atmosphere. read more

The restaurant was nearly empty but lunch still took two full hours, which made no sense considering we placed our full order (including appetizers) right away. They were also out of all shawarma items, which was disappointing since that's what we came for. The server was really friendly and sweet so no complaints there. To make things right, the manager did give us 50% off, which was appreciated. On the upside, the pita was excellent and I really enjoyed the aioli. But with food safety issues and a long, slow experience, I can't rate higher than two stars. read more

The food is fine, but nothing amazing, and the drinks are too expensive for a restaurant like this. The restaurant itself is very nice and in a busy shopping plaza so it's convenient to pop in after a day of walking around. The service was extremely disappointing as we waited so long for someone to bring us water, say hello, acknowledge us, anything. It was not busy (which you can tell from the photos) so we were a bit confused. We had to ask the host stand to send someone over after patiently waiting over 10 minutes. Anyways, we ordered a little appetizer and side salad to share which was fresh and delicious. The birthday celebrations will definitely take you by surprise as they're extremely loud and long. Both my wife and I were very disappointed in our meal. The restaurant was not crowded (on a Saturday night) and they sat us right in front of the bar. There were many other tables available and I don't understand why they had to seat us where they did. The server asked us if we wanted distilled or sparking water. We responded with the distilled water option and she brought us a bottle of Evian. It didn't hit me until the bottle was almost finished that we might have to pay for this water. We absolutely had to pay for the Evian. I can't stand when servers do this. They leave out the tap water option which makes the guest think that the distilled water is at no charge. Luckily, I asked before she brought us the second bottle (which she tried to sell us on) and we only had to pay for one bottle ($8). I ordered the chicken skewers and they were below average. They were on the bland side and they only gave me a few slices of green pepper. I expect red and green peppers, onions and tomatoes on the skewer in a dish such as this. My wife was also very disappointed in her lamb dish. The server was also annoying in that she wasn't reading the table well. We had to repeat everything we said and she still didn't always get the point. Honestly, the Omaha Steaks chicken skewers were better than the ones I ordered here. This place was better when it was at its former location. We won't be going back. read more

They have two locations to choose from: Dania point or Pembroke Pines. We came to the Pembroke Pines location. Nice modern Mediterranean feel with plenty of parking in and around the area. If you like lemonade like I do, make sure you order one. It comes with fresh mint! Very refreshing. Service was prompt and friendly. The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered a mixed appetizer platter and while everything was delicious, only 2 fried kibbehs came with it. The hummus, the baba ghanouj and pickled veggies were good. Not overpowering. We did order some pita bread for the plate so we could dip and taste as we went along. The chicken shawarma was good. Chicken came inside a thin pita bread and came with French fries and one of the better garlic aioli I've had in a while. The sirocco grill was also tasty. It was skewers of fillet Kabob, Kafta Kabob & chicken Tawook. It came served with tahini sauce and garlic aoli and rice. For desert, our server brought out a plate called katayef nutella, small Lebanese style pancakes filled with nutella and strawberry and pistachios. We also ordered the Halawet el jibn which was layers of sweet semolina and clotted cream cheese. The orange syrup was a great combination. Expensive but worth it! read more

For starters, we ordered the hummus (3/5 standard) and the veggie grape leaves (5/5) - I'm not typically a fan of these, but my husband loves them, & surprisingly, these were great! So fresh & perfect ratios of each ingredient. For drinks, he ordered a cucumber refresher (not listed on menu) (5/5), and I had the Habibi's paradise (2/5) which was tooooo sweet and tasted very artificial. Ive been wanting to visit Sirocco for a while now and finally made it this weekend and loved it. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, I felt like I was teleported to another country. All of the staff we encountered were great, our server Sebastian was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The food was so delicious and we are looking forward to coming back and trying new things. We really enjoyed the lively music and belly dancing show was so much fun. Such a different experience. I also noticed that throughout our visit, the owner never once left the dining room. They weren't just supervising, they were present. Genuinely engaged with both guests and staff, speaking kindly, checking in, and making everyone feel welcome. It's rare to see that level of dedication, and even rarer to feel it so clearly as a guest. You can tell this restaurant isn't just a business to them, it's something they pour their heart into. That kind of energy is contagious and made our experience all the more memorable. We will definitely be back and looking forward to visiting the new Dania location as well. read more
