Came as a walk in on a Thurs. The salon is big and roomy and everyone who helped me was real nice. They have a good selection of polish. I got a real cute fall design on my big toe with my pedi. I work nearby and thought I'd take my break getting my nails fixed. The salon close to home gave me a no chip mani that was peeling right away and the shape wasn't good to start with. I saw Marla and they seated me right away. Cute and clean. Pink, black and sparkly inside. Comfy chairs to sit in. Prices are the same as the area. I was offered something to drink which is nice when you're investing almost an hour. I did notice a couple differences in how this mani went versus others and I have a feeling SIS did it the right way. My nails look AWESOME! For the first time, I heard that sometimes nails need a break from no chip. I'm not an expert to know if that's true of all no chip or just an observation of my nails, but I appreciated the feedback. I have been to this nail salon twice for pedicures. The staff is fine but not overly friendly. They charge you $5 extra for most of the nail polish claiming that it stays on longer but my pedicure chipped pretty quickly. The most annoying part is that I specifically asked about the massage and the woman told me it would be really good. I think it lasted less than 2 minutes. Ridiculous!!! From the moment my friend and I walked in, it seemed like WE were inconveniencing THEM, even though we had an appointment! They got started with my friend's pedicure right away while I sat waiting done 15 minutes. They didn't even fill the basin to let me soak my feet while I waited. Did I mention we had appointments? When we got to the manicure we were informed they aren't giving hand massages to minimize contact due to COVID. Ummm, they were touching our hands a lot to do the rest of the manicure. Not sure why the massage or even giving lotion would be any riskier than the other stuff they did. They also didn't have a great selection of colors, and one day after my manicure, the polish on one of my nails peeled right off. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. read more

WARNING! RUDE WORKER!! I have now gone here twice and both times the presumed owner did my nails. She got up multiple times to answer the phone..ok it's a small place so understandable but what isn't understandable is the way she talked to me the whole time. Rude/demanding tone when asking me to change feet/hands positions. Was rude when answering any questions I had for her. Then after touching my feet and hands stated, "we're not doing hand massages to minimize contact". Doesn't make sense after spending an hour touching my feet and hands. I walked in and requested a full set and the young lady let me know that they did not do any fake nails.....I was a bit thrown off and where you would think this review was about to turn negative you would be very wrong. I opted to stay because I was already there I let the women know that it was ok and I would get a manicure, great choice!!! She asked me if I would like something to drink and started on my manicure, now I have very short nails hence why I get fake ones I have been trying to grow them out with no luck I decided to get the no chip. This place is great at doing nails but that's where it ends.. The customer service is not the friendliest. I had some girlfriends in town that I hadn't seen in years. We made appointments to get our nails done thinking it would be a great way to sit, gab, catch up, and have fun. They sat us apart. My nail tech snapped at me several times for moving. While waiting for one of our friends to finish her manicure, I had to sit on the floor because they didn't bother to offer a seat (even though there were several available). Then my friend was shushed and reprimanded for having a conversation with us - like a child. Some people go to salons to get fabulous nails and some go to have a girls' day. (News flash: it is possible to do both.) If you are part of the latter group, maybe try another place. read more

She had lightning fast reflexes when my phone fell into the tub (my fault!), and didn't rush at all. I have been getting no-chip manicures for many years and this salon has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I had a few hours to kill, so I popped into this salon on a Monday evening for a new manicure. There was only one other customer in the shop which should have been my first clue. First, as the manicurist started buffing my nails to remove the old polish she asked where I had gotten them done before. When I explain that they were done in my hometown (a 1 hour drive), she stated it would be an additional $5 fee to remove my polish. What!? A crazy person thinks it a good business model to charge non-regulars an additional fee. That is a great way to drive down your customer traffic. Secondly, the technician kept complaining out loud that the old polish was "too thick" multiple times as she was removing it. I didn't need or appreciate her commentary. To top it off, my full charge was $41 and I gave her my card and $20 to break it for the tip. She came back with my receipt to sign and 2 $10 bills. I was nearly speechless. I asked if she had any smaller bills and she said she didn't. I went to the woman at the register and she showed me she had one $1 bill and the rest were $20's. I took the one $1 and ended up giving the tech a $9 tip that I really don't believe she fully deserved. My tip to you...stay away from this place! read more

They were able to help us right away for one manicure and one pedicure. When I was picking out my color, one of the owners, Michka helped me find the perfect shade for what I wanted. Probably the WORST pedicure I have ever had! Went here on a girls day out since it was near where we were eating, NEVER AGAIN. The place itself is nice and looked clean (only reason for the two stars), but the service was expensive for what it was. In about 25 - 30 min my feet soaked, nails trimmed and filed, cuticles done. A scrub was applied, but not really used. My heels were still rough when I left because she barely scrubbed them. She applied lotion and rubbed it in....I massage my legs more when I apply it myself at home. Overall I was very disappointed! For $30 it was as basic a pedicure you could give without it being a polish change. I pay $35 a my regular place and get paraffin and a massage plus a mask! read more

I've always received a warm, genuine greeting when I've arrived. I am always offered still or sparking water which is kind of nice. The salon is very clean and the nail work is excellent. Every technician I've had there is extremely competent and lovely. The selection of colors, etc. is vast. Another plus is that they don't offer acrylic nail services.
