SIS Nails & Spa offers offers all you nail services needs and more when in the area of Naperville. This was easy to find and centrally located along with affordable pricing. The manicurist who had helped me was nice. It costed me $15 for my mani which was not bad all. I liked how my nails turned out, but I am deducting a star for a blooper. They charged my card $100 in error, which was a mega yikes- I was not paying for another patron's services and they mixed my card up with her. I'm glad they acknowledged it to give me a heads up since I will see it processed, but they did void it shortly after. The worker was apologetic and she gave me their business card in case the charge comes through to contact them which was a nice touch. Other that, that they also offer free sparkling water and it was a good experience minus the mishap with the payment entered wrong! 4 Stars.~

I give this nail place 5 star for their service, their cleanliness, and their ambiance. I made an appointment. As soon as came in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. I loved this place because is not your ordinary nail place where it is dirty and smelly. I like the way my nails were made. Not your typical air brush French manicure pedicure. The lady took her time and made French nails hand style. I also admired that they did not take more appointments because they are greedy. They turned a late comer that was nice. No rush to the work. The only thing I did not is they speak a different language over the customers and you do not know what is going on. They lack being more courteous to the customers. I think this place is over and extremely over priced. They do not do nothing out of their comfort zone to charge HIGH prices. They do have the most shades of nail polishes I had ever seen.

Loved my beautiful holiday manicure and pedicure! Highly recommend coming in, very friendly.

So I went into salon for first time on a Thursday and within 3 hours my nails chipped right away. I contacted the shop and they accommodated me and had me come in for it to get fixed. Next day I had one nail peel. I said forget it. Day 3 they are now chipped and trashed. I will never go back. I gave 2 stars bc they were nice and let me come in to get fixed. I always use OPI, because the quality is good and stays on. Regardless of the type of mani, it shouldn't chip like this. I'm pretty sure this is not OPI nail polish. This is the quality of China glaze.

Went here on a whim while visiting a friend in town. We walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit us in a half hour later (just enough time to hit the chocolate place nextdoor), they even moved us next to each other (part of the way through my nail shaping) as space opened up. I had never actually had a manicure, but Zaya (hope I'm getting that right!) was very patient with shaping my short nails, cleaning up the skin around them that I tend to pick at, and otherwise walking me through the unfamiliar process. I just got a basic $15 manicure which was a great deal, and I'm on day five with no chipping. The salon itself is very bright and welcoming.

I've walked past this location several times and thought I'd finally give it a try. The location and design of the shop itself is cute and they have "chick-flicks" playing in the background with subtitles so that's nice. 1 Star just because the location is "cute" and really had the potential to be my new spot. The service itself is TERRIBLE. Maybe I just unluckily got the worst technician. Who knows. I walked in and was greeted, checked in, and I had no idea who was speaking to me the entire time. No one actually came to me, someone just yelled across the shop and instructed me to have a seat at x chair. I get that they're busy, but still.. curtesy. I was willing to overlook that but still awkward to be yelling across a room and essentially have no idea to who? But ok. NBD. My no chip pedicure was painful. The technician scrubbed incredibly hard and had no regard for my comfort (I exfoliate my feet with apple cider vinegar once a week so really they're in good shape and all the "angry" rushed scrubbing was not necessary.) Anyway, when she was finished I got up and noticed the WHOLE side of my big toe was bleeding and the skin was raw... she walked away to let me put on my shoes and did not even offer me a bandaid.. I had to ASK for one.. she very nonchalantly said sorry and acted annoyed and got me the bandaid. The no chip was another uncomfortable experience. I could tell she was either annoyed or wanting to go home. Two walk-ins came in and she turned them away immediately.. by the time the third came in another technician luckily jumped in and accommodated the walk-in with no problem. Again, maybe I just got unlucky with the most unprofessional unkind technician there. Anyway, she was so rushed that the side of one of my nails had gotten messed up, and she sighed loudly when she realized she had to fix it.. she was furthermore annoyed when she tried to fix it with the WRONG polish color she had used for my toes and let out another loud sigh when she realized she'd have to fix that too.. the massage at the end was pitiful but I was just glad to get it over with. The most uncomfortable vibe and rushed treatment ever. Finally at checkout, the woman charged me a total of $101.00 dollars overall for a no chip mani and pedi.. as is customary and courteous, the technician should confirm charges before they begin the service right ? NOPE. Never did she mention it would be an extra 20 dollars to remove no-chip.. I understand this is standard at SOME salons, however she should have informed me prior to rendering the service. To top it off, I hand her my card and she says that the total charge DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIP and then says "Do you want me to add the tip to your card or will you be tipping in cash?" LOL. I'm not one to stiff someone and consider myself generous, however I have never ever been asked upfront to tip whether it be a restaurant or a salon.. and every time I give my tip my technicians always express gratitude and kindness.. I felt so uncomfortable however I still tipped her $5 despite the injury, the bad attitude, rushed service, and overall uncomfortable situation. She then gives me a "wtf" type look, sighs, mutters something in another language and gives me my receipt. I said thank you and wished her a nice day and she said NOTHING ‍ In conclusion save your hard earned money and pamper yourself with technicians who make it feel like a treat unless you enjoy painful BLOODY pedicures and manicures. Again other technicians there may be wonderful, however my experience was TERRIBLE.

The paint job turned out okay, but there was no pampering involved in this $50 no chip pedicure. The bottoms of my feet look and feel just like they did when I walked in. The person seemed very rushed and was rough. Not a relaxing experience. Maybe just a bad day. Think I'll try one of the other 1,000 nail places in Naperville next time.

Great place to get your nails. They only do regular manicures and avoid the use of harsh chemicals. Very nice nail salon!

She went in to grab some detergent on sale, and as soon as we got to the register, the cashier--Mahendra, an older Indian man--called his manager over, claiming he needed approval for the purchase. He then said, "you people come in and buy all the detergent on sale to resell it." My sister immediately confronted him, asking, "Who is 'you people'?" He then claimed she wasn't buying the detergent for her home. How does he think he knows what someone's purchasing it for? She had 4 Tide, 4 Gain, and 4 fabric softeners because they were 4/$10--perfectly within the sale limits. When the manager arrived, even she seemed taken aback by his comments. She ended up ringing us up herself because she clearly didn't agree with what he said. If this hadn't been the third Walgreens we'd visited (since the others were sold out), we would've left everything right there. It's outrageous for our money to go to a store where we're treated like this. As soon as we left, my sister called corporate to file a complaint against Mahendra. This kind of racial profiling and disrespect cannot be tolerated.

I had a few questions come up regarding this situation and had to speak to the long-time pharmacist at the Main Street location. This completely reminded me why I stopped using this store years ago, even though it was more conveniently located: he was rude, snappy and just walked away at the end of the transaction with no closure. What awful customer service. Look, it already sucks to be sick. Having to deal with unempathetic staff makes it worse. Pharmacists, take note.

I said why, I'm here now. If I parked and went inside it would be 10pm and conveniently the pharmacy would be closed. That was his whole plan. He reluctantly gave me my 1 prescription. Closing at 10pm means 10pm, not 9:50pm. Receipt time said 9:55pm. 3 months ago I went inside at 9:50pm and they literally slammed the window shield down in my face after I waited 10 minutes behind one lady getting her prescriptions. They were more concerned with helping the 3 cars in the drive thru. All I had was 1 prescription to pick up. It would only take 1 minute. They ignored me that I had been waiting 10 minutes while they were still open. All the large black lady at the counter wanted to do was punch out and leave. Always horrible unacceptable customer service at this Walgreens on Raymond in Naperville IL.

All "kidding" aside, stop in and you'll want absolutely everything in the shop. I mean all of it...even sweet Megi--the queen bee who taught me a thing or two about beeswax candles. Did you know that burning 100% pure beeswax candles can purify the air quality and allergens in your house? Though I was in the store yesterday, I couldn't get myself to write a review until I had the chance to try some of the beyond amazing soap samples I received from Megi. I smell so good, and my skin feels pure and soft. I now understand the value of using quality products. Their specialty handmade soap is a goat milk and honey soap. Not only is the bar they make so pretty and artistic to look at, it smells so good you'll want to eat it. Their products are small batch, and I think Megi told me some of the soaps take six weeks to cure, but don't quote me on that. They also carry Savon De Marseille soap from France. Apparently you won't find this soap anywhere in the area. If you've passed by this shop a million times and always wanted to stop in, just do it. There is parking out front or across the street, and after you pick up some soap you can head up the street for a cup of coffee at Arriva Dolce. It's totally worth it. Whether you need a gift or want a personal scrub soap for yourself, you can find it here.
