In the Bay Area where I was just working, they don't even serve Chicken Fried Steak ..... it's like truck driver food I guess. My friend had this Cali Omelet ... yeah it was sort of breakfast time for us. That was the more healthy option with veggies and no meat, just the opposite of what I ordered! The food came out in short time and look fab! I ordered my Chicken Fried Steak on a separate plat with gravy on the side, so I didn't get gravy all mushed up with my eggs and potatoes. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that regular customers are important, but every guest should feel noticed and valued.
