Ruth is a very caring, dedicated wellness disciple and massage practitioner. My session was personalized, and she really took the time to explain her ethos and her approach to wellness and massage. She tells me she needed to add this color otherwise the few hairs would not be covered. Amazing never happened to me but if she felt that ways she should of asked me because my hair is very fine and I do not have much of it. She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
