When they don't feel like working they just go into the System and Cancel your Appointments. This is now the THIRD time I've had this happen with TWO separate STORES. Sherman TEXAS PetSmart is absolutely Appalling. Their Gold Medal Winners of the LAZIEST PeTSMART Employees in the USA. Not only did I have an appointment on January 18th I showed up 15 minutes Early and was told that the GROOMER had just LEFT for LUNCH knowing she had an EXPRESS GROOMING Appointment. Then I was told she left because she had a Stressful Morning and should be back in 30 Minutes and they would call me as soon as she returned. I sat in my car for 45 minutes no call ever came. In November I made an Appointment for my dog to be groomed before we traveled for Christmas. The night before at 8pm I get a call from the Grooming department at Sherman PetSmart informing me my appointment had been cancelled due to the groomer being sick. So I rescheduled Jojo's appointment for after the Holidays this was the First Time it was Canceled By someone other then myself. Now today after Confirming the Appointment on the app and fully checking in. I go on the application to get the Address of the McKinney store since I'd never been and SOB if my Appointment isn't cancelled AGAIN. The employee after informing this is NOT their problem it's MY problem. As I was typing this I got a call from the Manager of the McKinney Store. Y'all you can't make this Shit UP. Indeed they Canceled my Appointment. He seemed Genuine about his apology. His excuse isn't sitting well. Nonetheless I have a New appointment tomorrow MY Experience Expressed above is STAYING. I'll update my Review about the McKinney Store Tomorrow im Copying and Pasting this Review to the Sherman store. Not one person has Addressed all the Hours I've spent Driving to Appointment that Employees canceled or Walked Out on like last Thursday at the Sherman Store. I've still NOT heard from the Sherman Store Manager BRIAN. Brian seems to be where the problem is Starting!!!!! We had Zero Transition time from Grooming Stress to Relaxed and back at WORK.

We literally could've done this ourselves... never have had anyone call my dog aggressive .... Because she's not. Thanks for taking our money & ruining the experience for my dog and my family. People's dogs are apart of their family - they're not just a "number" ... should be ashamed of your "professionalism" .... May have traumatized her for the rest of her life.

I dropped the class in September 2025 & began working weekly with Shawn. Shawn was unfamiliar with the sport BUT she's worked with Shelties & knows the gentleness of my breed. Her method of fear free training & positive reinforcement was exactly what I needed. She provided effective training solutions based on my individual needs to build my confidence. Attended my 1st flyball tournament in March 2026 & was amazing!!! I completed the pattern multiple times with a box loader, spectators, & running against a dog in the other lane. The best part is that I'm not afraid of the game but truly enjoy it now. So many people congratulated Mommy on my improvement. My improvement & joy of the sport is all due to working with Shawn & her dog, Ollie. We're so grateful to Shawn for her dedication & commitment to help her clients put their best paw forward.
