Trying to redirect the focus onto the fact that your kitchen uses third-party products or has a risk of cross-contamination does not change the fact that your staff was informed of her allergy before she was served. Regarding the service, reviewing timestamps on security footage does not capture the attentiveness, communication, delays, or overall quality of service at our table. And regarding the bill: I never stated that an employee walked up to me and verbally accused us of not paying.
