If you want someone to fulfill your threading needs, Sita is your woman! I've been coming here for the past 2 years, and even though it's a bit of a trek for me to get to Eagle Rock from South of the 10 freeway, it's worth it because her work is amazing and thorough. Walk-ins are welcome. I've come in at various times on any given day of the week without an appointment and it has never taken longer than 20 minutes to be seen. When you're in that chair, Sita listens to what you want and works carefully and efficiently to achieve it. She offers a stamp reward card; it's something like buy 10 eyebrow thread sessions and get 1 eyebrow thread service for free. A couple things to note: - when she threads my upper lip I ask her to do it softly because I'm extra sensitive in that area. - there is a $1 charge if you use credit/debit. - you are able to tip on the keypad if you charge it. - parking is available in a small lot; space is limited. read more

I met Sita when she worked at a different location. So, of course I had to follow her when she opened up her own business. I have never changed since she started doing my eyebrows and mustache (lol). Threading hurts but not as much when she does it. If it is full, I don't mind waiting because I really love the way she does my eyebrows and mustache. I've been growing out my eyebrows for months now and this place always caught my attention , I saw all the good reviews on yelp so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and asked if she could leave my eyebrows thick. she took her time which was good , the place was very clean but as soon as i got home my heart dropped , she CLEARLY left one eyebrow thicker than the other and crooked. i am extremely disappointed, i had very high hopes for this place. i have to let my eyebrows grow for months again. read more

Great place located in a small shopping lot next to Chase Bank. Although the lot is small parking has never been an issue. Decor: it's not your fancy Ziba Store but the paint inside is bright and the 3 stations are always clean. Service: Be aware that although their are 3 stations Sita is always the only one working. Hence, if it's busy you will be waiting FOREVER. To delve into that more it's because some people are getting eyebrow tinting too not just threading. I have been going here since Sita opened in Eagle Rock almost one year ago. I noticed the shop as I frequent Chase bank. This is very convenient as I like to pay for threading services + tip with cash. Sita's is a no frills threading shop; I am in and out unless I come on a weekend, there is usually a wait! Great threading spot - arrived on a weekday late morning (located on the ground floor of a 2-story strip mall with private parking lot) and Sita was finishing up with one customer ahead of me. I signed in, grabbed a chair, and was immediately impressed with how much time and detail she went into regarding shape, teaching the customer how to use brow accessories. After around 10 minutes it was my turn and Sita basically asked if I wanted a touch-up, which I agreed to. Perhaps if I opted to request a change in my brow shape she would've spent more time with me too but still more thorough than I've experienced at other threading spots. Came here for the first time while I was visiting my family in LA and really needed to get my eyebrows done. My go-to spot was always Ziba, but it has been about 2-3 years since I have gotten my brows done so I wanted to try something new. I had two different places in mind based on two recommendations from my friends but since I was going to be across the street getting Boba Time, I figured I might as well go here. Parking is tight and in the little plaza behind the Chase on Colorado, but we got a space right away. It was a Saturday morning around 11 AM. I walked in, saw a clipboard so I signed in and then took a seat. It's a small place, I thought there would be more ladies doing brows but it's just one - Sita! I was sitting for about 5-10 mind when she called me. I don't think I am going to go to any other brow place for a while except for here! She's so gentle with the threading and really takes her time cleaning up and shaping your brows. I was in the seat for about 10 mins and at the end she told me what I could do so that my brow shapes could be better. I can't to come see her every chance I get! Normally when I leave from getting my eyebrows done, I feel much worse then I did walking in with bushy nasty brows, no matter how much I pay or the method always leaving with uneven, unhappy, blood, & some attitude from them. Today was NOT that feeling. I really do love them and can honest say yes I will be back . Only regret I have is not tipping like I normally would but alway will from now on. Been about 11 weeks & couldn't wait any long to fix the last mistakes done by someone. Good Brow threading is a special technique and Sita sure is the best. I had to follow her from Pasadena to her new location in Eagle Rock and she's definitely worth the drive.
