When I raised it, they claimed the marks were "already present" and blamed an automatic car wash, despite the fact that I've never taken my car through one and never had this issue with my previous detailer. They did then attempt to come clean it off, but stopped halfway. The proposed next step was to treat it with acid -- an aggressive chemical that risks etching glass and damaging trim, and overkill for what is clearly leftover product from the wash. On top of that, they expected me to drive the car to the shop to fix their own mistake, meaning I'd have to pay for an Uber both ways and take time out of my day. When I pointed that out and asked if they could come to me instead, they stopped responding entirely.

Trying to keep this feedback as simple as possible:…read more-Made appointment because local address and I could walk home Found out car drop off different location -Drove to apartment complex -Informed before hand that car had been stuck outside during covid lock down and needed serious tlc gentle clean, clay bar and wax treatment, no sticky stuff on wheels. Car was very dirty and I needed a professional to gentle refresh and revive. -Discussed in detail no amor all inside car. Only gentle light soap water wipe down and window cleaning -All these points, were agreed on. -Took Lyft to get back home after handing over keys was told next day will be done and dropped off -Next day, got message around 4pm that car would not be ready and if it could be dropped off by 10pm. Since I wanted to be able to inspect, I replied I rather have it back when there is still daylight. -Car was dropped off around 7-8pm and parked on street opposite direction. -As I went to walk over and inspect, it was pointed out to me that the high pressure wash used, damaged the stickers I had on window. (High pressure so much that it dislodged my stickers :|) Then as I proceeded to walk towards side that could not be seen, guy did his best to distract me and involve me in conversation. -First glance, car looked clean.. I got into the driver seat, drove it into my driveway and paid. This "colleague" I was informed was waiting somewhere on the main road. -When Was alone, I took time to walk around and immediately noticed how badly the wheels were done. Took images, drove it into garage and noticed splatter on windows. Sticky residue below the windows on the plastic.. and what was worse, my fine leather car seat had been wiped down with some things that made it slippery and sticky. -My steering wheel when warmed to hands, is now tacky. The stickers, I managed to finding and re order. -I send images to him and he promised to make it up and refund the money. -We scheduled appointment for 2 weeks out. -Took car to get smoked and when we opened the hood, found so much more debris and dirt.. showing just how badly this car was actually cleaned. -Opening car door in the day light, seeing all the dirt. -Send those pictures to him and originally, we had agreed he would come and pick up the car and return it. So I don't incur any more cost. -After the images, and the appointment came closer, he messaged and said that was never part of the agreement and he would not come by to pick up the car. -I still do not drive this car much (office still closed), but since I sold my other car, I had space in my home garage and for that, it was time to fix my mini community car. -Now, I have a ruined leather seat, leather steering wheel and I still have to go out and get the car truly clayed, waxed and cleaned. -Overall, I have damage to my car now, spend money on a Lyft and my decals. (Two of which I cannot replace) -I hope the pictures speak for itself. And his "associate" is oddly absent. Not to mention, after they delayed the return of my vehicle, I had a brief thought, that I must be out of my mind, handing over keys to a complete stranger at some random address in the back of an apartment building. -If I wanted to power strip wash my car and ruin my leather car seats, I could have gone to a gas station. -Pictures posted

Nathan offered to come out to us at 7 AM the next morning, and he was even early. He tried a bunch of stuff, but it turned out that the "stain" was actually a leather defect. Nothing he could do, but he did suggest that we have Tesla replace the seat altogether (which they did!). The most impressive part is that Nathan didn't charge us, even though we offered to compensate him for his trouble. What a guy! Will definitely be going to him when we need a full detail.

When I pointed these issues out to the employee, instead of simply acknowledging that some areas had been missed, I was initially told that I had paid for "carpet shampoo," as if basic vacuuming and cleaning the dirt and black marks around the door areas were not included in the regular cleaning service. The areas I was showing had nothing to do with carpet shampoo. At the end, they did offer to clean the car again, but by that point I felt uncomfortable with the way the situation had been handled, so I declined. If they had simply said, "Yes, it looks like we missed these areas. Let us take care of them right away," I honestly would have had no problem at all. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that some spots can be overlooked. My disappointment was not just about the missed areas; it was mainly about how my concern was initially handled and how I was made to feel as though I was asking for something that wasn't included in the service. I would have appreciated a more professional and customer-friendly response. I paid $135 for this wash.
