Eric completely **transformed** the appearance of my 2012 Honda Pilot by making everything look brand new!! And you have to understand that I hadn't gotten my car detailed in a very long time, so it was particularly dirty from many years of kids eating food, countless baseball and softball practices/games, lots of carpooling, long car trips, etc. The interior was especially challenging, to say the least. But when I arrived to pick up my car, I was AMAZED at the astonishing detailing job that Eric had done, both inside and out. He even went *way* above the call of duty by washing and drying my thick neoprene 2nd-row seat covers (that I had gotten his help in removing after I arrived to drop off my car)!! I also discovered back home that he reattached a plastic piece onto the back of my 3rd-row seats I had been repeatedly trying to attach over the years and had asked him not to worry about...! It was crystal clear that he takes a great deal of pride in providing his services and works very, very hard to exceed expectations. I also loved the way Eric was wonderfully friendly, communicative, informative, proactive, and chock full of integrity. His pricing was fair and reasonable, too. And as a first-time customer, I had wondered if he would treat me and my 11-yr-old "soccer mom" car any less than his higher-end clients. My car went from looking like a junkyard-apocalypse to new. Accommodating, gracious, thorough, and flexible: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND tiracle-worker. My interior was disgusting: food stains on the seats and floors, crumbs in all crevices, old spills painted all over the center cupholders, plus an unbelievable amount of labrador retriever hair everywhere. Fantastic Car Wash!!!! Eric did top notch quality work, communicate clearly, said when he would be done, and was done when he said. and has extremely fair pricing. I have a 50 pound pitbull mix she rides in the cargo area of my car most of the time, mainly because I hate the nose slime that she leaves on the inside of my windows. But she also leaves alot of her coat back there. and Eric made all of it totally disappear...No Evidence of a dog even being in my car. Also restored my wheels to new condition. I have a 2006 chevy that has lived in Maine , Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I have had it detailed many times in the past, but I must say that it never has looked as good as when I picked it up at Tru Auto Detail. Eric did an excellent job of making it look as good as new! A friend of mine threw up in my car, leaving an awful smell and hard to clean areas that left me feeling like it would be forever ruined. Considering I work two jobs and I'm a full time student, I never have time to physically wash my car anymore. Since I have OCD when it comes to cleaning and I need my car to be just perfect, I was hesitant about having someone else do it for me. Excellent work by Eric and his son on our black Audi has made me a repeat customer for other cars! Quality work for reasonable prices. Eric utilizes the P&S line of cleaning and detailing products. Recommend communication via phone or text instead of email for the quickest response (I originally was prioritizing my search for email or Yelp message communications for convenience on my end, but I'm glad I checked out TRU). As others have mentioned, he has a small waiting area with TV if you choose to stay (dropoff is an option as well) - dress warmly if it's a chilly day though, but Eric provides a space heater as well which helps a lot! read more

BEST hand wash, hands down! My car was a nightmare - coffee stains, dried hand cream (don't ask), and super musty. I am always busy with work then super sweaty workouts multiple times a day, of which the car seats reeked. I felt so bad for Eric. He had his work cut out for him. First off - 5 stars to Eric himself! He's the man. He talked up how good my car was going to look at the end. He started with a thorough wash of the tires, getting caked on gunk from who knows who long. He gave the upholstery a scrub by hand, getting into every nook and cranny. I didn't ask him - and didn't expect him to - but he even vacuumed and scrubbed the trunk...and ORGANIZED it! Second - 5 stars for the finished product. He waxed and polished the car, gave me tips on how to up-keep the car by immediately getting rid of things like tree sap and bird poo, which can both erode and damage the paint. He removed every dried little leaf and mud crumb. Last, he scented the the upholstery! I hate washing or even taking the car to wash, but I was able to get A TON of work done in the waiting room...so, hands down the best hand wash. read more

Eric really knows his stuff and was such a pleasure to talk with. He took my car in on an hour's notice and stayed in touch via text message so I knew exactly when my car would be ready (and it was ready on time). What I also appreciate is that you don't need to have an expensive car in order to be treated well at this business, as is the case with so many other detailers.
