Just visiting Victorville and been around a couple coffee shops since I've been here. This is the 2nd time coming here, forgot to take photos from my first visit. Went in for coffee today and the employees are more worried about the drive through. I waited inside for 15 plus minutes without being helped out. Both employees stated " we will help you shortly with only one car in the drive through" . Both employees can't multi task for a slow morning. I won't be coming back. Terrible service and rude staff. Now I see why this place has terrible reviews and people go elsewhere. read more

My Mom and I just went to grab a coffee before I washed my car. There was no one in line so we thought, PERFECT. Sadly we were wrong. We ordered 1 hot coffee. We get to the window and we are waiting and noticed the cashier standing at the window with her back turned to us so we continued just talking casually then notice it has been 10min since we had been waiting. So we look and see that the cashier is still standing at the window with her back turned. We look around her and there isn't much movement, just the employees talking to each other. After about another 3 to 4min she opens the window and we nicely say, we were wondering if all was ok because we have been waiting for a longer than usual time for 1 coffee. Her response was that they are very busy all the time but there were no customers in line or in the shop. Possibly online orders but why she didnt pop her head out to give us some kind of uodate, I dont know? We get the coffee and my Mom takes a sip. The temp of the coffee was luke warm so it had clearly been sitting. Im not sure why they let us sit for so long then gave us a luke warm coffee but we will not be returning to this location. She also did not ask for my Moms phone number so she could get points. Paying what we do for coffee, this was really dissapointing. read more

Thought I would try something different so I came to Six Bean Coffee and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with warm smiles & welcomed. Nothing really special just a basic coffee and the taste was to die for. I'm always afraid to try something new if it isn't my usual from my usual spot but on the overcast cool day I stuck with hot coffee. Ambiance is very trendy and I love the atmosphere. Terrible service. Wound up walking out without the opportunity to place an order. I came to this location and walked into store to buy a coffee and use the restroom. Sadly this location is woefully understaffed with inattentive teenagers beholden to pumping out drinks to the drive through window. The staff did serve another inside customer a drink so the must have seen me approach the register. I stood there for five minutes without even an acknowledgment or a "I'll be right with you". I was unable to even obtain the restroom code to give them time to prepare a black coffee for me. This was a disappointing visit to my first time in Victorville. read more

The avocado toast was the worst. They used low quality avocado spread as a substitute for real avocados, the absolute worst bagel ever, toasted hard as a rock and completely inedible with your real teeth. The fresh roast was stronger than Starbucks, too strong for me.I have been looking for a new coffee place and stumbled on this one bad bad choice but at least I can cross this one off my list I will not go again. This place is located with the car wash and only has 4 parking spots but has a drive thru that you can use. Me and my partner decided to walk in and we weren't greeted at all ( I won't lie all the girls gave me a mean girls kind of vibe) no one acknowledged us at all for A WHILE! Time just went by and once my partner made eye contact and stepped up to the counter we were responded with "order when you're ready." No hi no good morning no nothing... just got straight to it. We ordered the cold foam latte and the horchata espresso. Both were very enjoyable I won't lie about that. Honestly there is probably something on that menu that is probably really good... I just won't know what it is I won't go back because of the customer service. Being fully ignored at a coffee shop at 8 AM by multiple people is not a good feeling. Im a local and today I got stuck in the drive thru for right about 30 min! Was almost late to work but bc I waited so long I was like I might as well still order. Got my drink & sped off to work. When I finally got to taste my coffee, it tasted HORRIBLE. Like SO STALE. I spat and threw it out. Its right by my house so I decided to go back and see if I can get a refund or a new drink. First timer at six beans and had a great experience! I used the drive thru and stood in line briefly before ordering a nitro cold brew with vanilla cold foam. The drink wasn't sweet at all and tasted better than Starbucks nitro cold brew. It wasn't bitter or acidic tasting. The customer service was also very good and my drink was made quickly. Love the coffee! The mac white mocha is my go-to, with extra white chocolate iced. Sometimes I substitute for oat milk. If you are on the go the avocado bagel is a good choice and their nutty bagel with nutella & bananas is delicious. They get pretty busy in the drive through so sometimes there's a wait but it is definitely worth it. Good customer service as well. I enjoy getting my morning coffee here. read more

My husband and I have gone a couple times and they are very very slow. Just recently I was in the drive thru for 25+ minutes. We weren't moving at all, so I called and asked if there was an issue and if so, I'd like to get out of the drive thru because I have a crying baby in the backseat. They said they were training a new girl. They need a better system or they simply need to work faster and with more urgency. read more

I wanted to like this place but the taste is never consistent and the creme cheese portions are never the same.

sat aug/02/25 around 11:50 am as I wait inside the coffee shop to get my order I witnessed the rudest/impatient people in the drive through making the ladies in the coffee shop re make their drinks more than once (their fault for not explaining their order correctly and modifying their order after it was already made) I felt bad for the girls in the coffee shop dealing with costumers like that, specially because they are the sweetest girls when it comes to service, I love this place, love food in their menu, and this rude costumers made it harder for the rest of us I didn't mind the waiting but I could tell that the drive through people were getting impatient and upset. read more

OK, let's be completely honest here. The food is good. The Frappuccino's are good, but the service is not so good. I started coming to this location when they first opened super excited to start going to somewhere else besides Starbucks and I realize that after a year or so of them being open, the people that work there really don't welcome you anymore. This place wasn't bad, but wasn't great. I would say this was just basic coffee, nothing special about it. My husband ordered a white chocolate mocha and I order a salted Caramel mocha and they both tasted exactly the same. We waited in line for a really long time even though there was only one person in front of us. read more
