This coffee shop is beautiful. They have tables and couches to sit on. They've got a library where you can take a book and leave a book. There's board games, coloring books and toys for the kids. The lights are dim and it's very welcoming and relaxing. We ordered a mazapan latte, blue raspberry lemonade and 2 beignets. The prices are super reasonable. Enough to go every day. Service is a 10/10 friendly staff and the coffee shop itself is so cute my first visit and was there when it was pretty busy and was still able to find seating. I got a cookie butter latte with banana cold foam it was 8$ for the large and my friend got a sourdough banana&nut muffin with a banana bread latte with pumpkin cold foam. As for my drink my first sip was delightful but every single one after that was so bitter and completely unenjoyable even after mixing my whole drink and tasted nothing like cookie butter. I personally didn't even get to halfway with my drink. My friends muffin was good and her drink as well was bitter but not near as bad as mine. My drink tasted like artificial banana (laffy taffy banana flavor) and my cold foam looked chalky and chunky within 15 mins of having my drink. I'm so excited that our neighborhood has a beautiful little coffee shop in it now! Coffee Cove has been open for about a week at the time of making this review, and we've been back twice. The coffee is strong and fresh, with lots of fun flavors to choose from. The first time I went, I tried their banana bread latte, the second, their cookie butter latte! Both were delicious. They also have "cake cookies" which are served warm and are sweet, soft and flavorful. (We got the coffee cake flavor, yum.) They have been busy both times, but are great at getting through their line, and serving quality drinks in good time. We will be back again soon to try out more menu items, and again, are so happy about the new shop! read more

I've been meaning to check out this coffee place for a good while now. I am so glad I did today. I am so pleasantly surprised by the cozy, welcoming ambience. It's so cute and has a real coffee shop vibe. It feels more like a coffee shop you would find in LA then the High Desert. The HD definitely needs more places like this. I got a chocolate banana latte and it was amazing. Their breakfast sandwiches are so good too. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area. Please give this place some love! The vibe of the cafe is so welcoming! The layout is great for both getting in and out super quick for your morning pick-me-up before work but also has a lot of really comfortable seating to bunker down and study! The staff is friendly and willing to answer all questions about drinks, even if it was me going "well which is your favorite?" just for me to pick a different drink (sorryyyyy haha). The only complaint I have was when I went nobody really greeted me, I had said hello and walked up to the counter. Happy to say the coffee is good and I'm excited to try their menu once they offer good. A couple suggestions would be to work on their consistency. I got the cookie butter latte both times, one had a biscoff type cookie floating on top, the second time, it did not. I really love the vibe of this place. I think it's the cutest and coolest coffee shop in the high desert. The staff are so sweet, friendly and amazing! However, the quality of the espresso beans. My only recommendation would to find a high quality espresso beans. Even if you have to charge more, I would definitely pay more for a higher quality espresso in the latte.
