We stopped by around 11:00-11:30 a.m., thinking the morning rush would be over, but the place was still packed. After trying it, I can definitely see why. They had already sold out of all their pastries, which says a lot about how busy they are, but the coffee was amazing. I ordered the iced maple salt latte with oat milk, and it was so good. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. She says I can get 2 breakfast sandwiches to compensate the price, ok I pick my options and wait, at this point everything was ok, I did think the customer service was definitely not there but I dont like judging based on a first time. I get my sandwiches and go to my car, the coffee was pretty good, I am going to be honest, I got the iced coffee with coconut and maccadamia, so since I drove 45 minutes, I decided to placed another order of the same coffee because I had almost finished it, placed the mobile order, and walked in to wait in the tables with the AC, email said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, theres literally no one there, So I wait the 15 minutes and nothing, so I walked to the pick up area so they can see me because at this point I notice theres literally no one in the front, so Im thinking they probably forgot about my order, I go over to the counter, to kind of peek to see of theres anyone I can get their attention, when I notice a coffee just sitting there, I go over to check and it is my order, no one told me it was ready, they saw me sitting there waiting and at no point did anyone say "oh your coffee is actually ready" this is my first time, I dont know their dinamics, usually in any coffee place they call your order or name to let you know its ready, but nothing, so Im just waiting there, I dont know how long the coffee has been there, It was a huge dissapointment. I was actually so excited to try it, I mean I drove 45 minutes to get here, I was very surprised with the type of service at this establishment, the drinks might be ok, but unfortunately this experience would not make me come back here and rather take my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this type of awful customer service anywhere. And this is the reason for my negative review.

Today I had the breakfast burrito, the cashier was very helpful and accommodating of some recent dietary restrictions I have developed, and she made me a great burrito! I swapped out the bacon for avocado (not normal for me, but like I said, dietary restrictions) and it was just as good as with bacon! My burrito has avocado, eggs, hash browns and tomatoes, and it was exactly what I needed. Good to note that the only bread option is sourdough, however, it is very tasty homemade and fresh sourdough, which is quite the treat. Unfortunately, not for me today, but I have enjoyed it in the past. I usually get to go and drive up the hill to picnic with a view, but I'm looking forward to eating in one day. That atmosphere is very cozy and calm, both the inside and the patio are nice. Speaking of atmosphere, I was happy to see many pride and pro LGBTQ flags in the restaurant, helping foster a welcoming environment for all. TLDR - 1. Good food , good coffee , very fair prices.
