It became so uncomfortable that I actually had to leave and come back later to pick up my husband and friend after they finally received their food. Sadly, I never even got to eat dinner that night. Cinco de Mayo is a major event every year, so there was plenty of time to prepare for the crowd and overall experience. I was able to taste the menudo which for me needed more hominy and a bit more seasoning. There aren't many great options for dining out in Waxahachie but this place is a decent one for the area.
