    Warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a romantic evening. The service was excellent--attentive without being overbearing. Each of the six courses was outstanding, from the lobster bisque to the perfectly cooked rack of lamb, ending with a delightful apple pie. Definitely recommend!

    A gentleman friend brought me to Six Tables for dinner, and our dining experience was exceptional from beginning to end! True to its name, there are only six tables here, which means that throughout each visit every guest will be spoiled and pampered with a deliciously imaginative selection of fine wines and high-end foods. Tom Finn is the owner/chef. He was born and raised in Rochester, New York; and spent the majority of his career working in fine hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships. He graduated from Baltimore International Culinary College in 1991. Six Tables offers a tasting menu Wednesday thru Saturday during season and Thursday thru Saturday the rest of the year. We were delighted to find that the chefs here use their experience and expertise to create an unforgettable dining experience for their guests. This place is perfect to visit for a celebration, a special meal, or just a high-end evening out :-) Highly recommended!!

    I don't know how my husband was able to do this, but he was able to get a reservation here and I know they book months in advance. For years I've wanted to come here and I must say... it did not disappoint. This was one of the finest meals from start to finish, I've ever had. Six tables has everything I love in a restaurant. It's family run and the Chefs/Owners cook and serve you some of the best food you'll ever have. A beautiful tasting menu is offered Wednesday through Saturday during season and Thursday through Saturday the rest of the year. Walk inside and this small, intimate restaurant makes you feel as if you're in your best friends European home. Tom and Jenny, the owners and chefs, both with amazing culinary backgrounds, will create an evening above and beyond. Essentially. Start with a glass of sparkling Blanc de Blanc and chefs choice of appetizer. As you're sipping this you want to look at the wine menu because it's extensive and it's a perfect accompaniment to your dinner. The appetizers come as a plate of three. a pate, a piece of mahi, and a dumpling. All perfect and each bite was scintillating. Lobster bisque was rich and flavorful every spoonful was exquisite and sumptuous. Salad- fresh Mesclun Greens with a Gorgonzola panna cotta and topped with apricots , beats olives, onions, and a nice vinaigrette. The Gorgonzola Panna cotta was delicious. Châteaubriand was so tender and every bite melted in your mouth. My husband had the Duck. It was pan seared in a bourbon gaze and he loved it. Dessert was special Belgian Chocolate Cake with Salted caramel buttercream. All I can say is this was an amazing dining experience. Everything was perfect. I can't wait to return.

    Intimate, personal, Michelin level One of our favorites! Why? The food is prepared perfectly, plated with skilled hands to enhance the food presentation, the venue is intimate and cozy, the hospitality is outstanding with Tori and Jenn and her husband and chef Tom. Adding kits of photos of each of the 6 course dinner (including a sorbet palate cleanser between courses). The dinner is served as though we were all guests in their home and each course is served together. A wonderful experience. Tell them Michael sent you.:.

    I went to Six Tables for dinner last night with two friends. Our server Tori was so funny and engaging! The food is incredible! We brought our own wine and the corkage fee was reasonable. You start with a glass of bubbly, followed by an amuse bouche, soup, salad, palate cleansing sorbet, fresh bread, main entrée and dessert. The quality of the food is amazing! It's such a cool concept, only 6 tables, 1 seating at 7pm. It feels very intimate and the service is fabulous. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

    Food:from start to finish, every plate was beautifully presented, every element on the plates were aligned and flawless. Service: Great! Professional, caring, informative and attentive. Ambiance: The dining room is beautiful, warm and combined with the place settings and lighting, tasteful and calming. The husband and wife team are wonderful. Not just their culinary skills, also their desire to make sure the guests experiences memorable.

    I feel scammed. I have never been to a champagne room. But I would imagine this is the same feeling as pre paying for a champagne room after seeing a gorgeous dancer and then getting the grizly bouncer named Bob instead. I'm leaving sad, sweaty and questioning my life's choices. I am giving this two stars 1 For effort (the plating and concept was nice) 2 the staff was super nice and doing their best given that they couldn't even take a drink order or process a bill (which was weird in itself) And let me set the record. The food wasn't horrible, it was just mediocre. For the level of hype and price point, mediocre just doesn't cut it. If I wait 4 weeks for a reservation and type Michelin into Google maps and this pops up, I'm expecting a level of quality of service and food excellence. (They don't have a star but Google's algo handpicks closest fine dining and shows it to you - damn youuuu google!) As they say, the fastest route to unhappiness is when reality doesn't not meet expectations... And here we are. Let's talk about Timing! Having worked in the food industry a good portion of my life I just can't get over this. The timing in this 5 course meal left us hungry and cranky! - hors d'oeuvres (the size of an amuse bueche but okay) an hour in - Soup an hour and a half in - Salad two hours in - Entree two hours and a half in - Dessert three hours in | | They also have a "palate cleanser" sorbet after the salad (which in itself is a palate cleanser so I'm not going to talk about that redundancy rabbit hole) that I am not including as a course - but it's there as fyi. By the time I had a substantive level of nutrition, I had had three glasses of wine and was hungry. My partner was like " why is the bread not warm?" I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt at this point. "Well it's really soft they probably made it earlier today" "Then why did they make us wait over an hour to get bread?" "Touché" Ironically, as we waited 1 hour before we got bread, my partner and I were talking about feedback to one of his jr. direct reports that had been complaining about the inefficiency in the work environment. "Is her work product good?" Not really "Until your work product is the sh*t!, you really can't talk sh*t!," was my response The food here is not the the sh*t! for the amount of all the hype. I concluded that due to the fact the ingredient list was theoretically awesome, and maybe bc everyone is tipsy by the time they actually eat that their palate, as well as, their discernment has gone out the window. The food was meh. Composition, sauces, temperatures all meh. The wine menu was about 6x instead of 3x restaurant industry standard. If you are looking for really really good meal head over to twenty twenty grille a few blocks away and have your mind blown. (No affiliation we just really love a great foodgasm). I love paying for an exceptional food experience. I once paid $57 dollars for a single ravioli with truffle grated at a table by this hot sous chef - it was worth every bite (all three of them ). After a bill of $300+ This folks.... was not. Hard pass. Sorry.

    About last night...St. Supery Wine Dinner at Six Tables a Restaurant, STaR in Boca Raton was SUPERB! Chefs Tom Finn & Jennifer Finn really outdid themselves. Every course was beautifully & perfectly prepared and thoughtfully paired. (Please see my photos for the detailed menu/wines). We started with unique bites of sea bass, duck and shrimp, full of umami. Smoked salmon salad was bright, refreshing but the pickled red onions, basil vinaigrette and goat cheese set it apart! A 1st for us, the Venison course was lean & earthy and enriched by the Port Wine reduction. Filet was fork tender, melt-in-your mouth that had me double dipping at the Madeira sauce. Alas, everything came to a sweet ending with morsels of blueberry mousse cake and salted dark chocolate fudge. We're grateful to the Finn's for providing an opportunity to learn about the complex relationship between food & wine. Many thanks for the memorable experience. Cheers

The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

Maybe it's quieter outside but those tables are right next to the street. We had to yell to hear each other. Our server Sebastian was so pushy and constantly upselling us. As soon as we sat down, he asked whether we wanted still or sparkling water, but that question should always have 3 options: still, sparkling, or tap? He then recommended the signature omakase, the most expensive thing on the menu. When he came back to take our order, he made a big pitch of today's rib special. When my husband ordered the 8-piece nigiri, he pushed us to upgrade to the 12-piece option. As we were eating, he asked us what else we wanted to order. We ordered $130 of food for 2 people...seriously? We hadn't even finished yet to gauge if we were still hungry. I know that tips are a percentage of the bill, but you would've thought this kid was getting a commission on top of his tip or something. It rubbed us the wrong way. The tuna crispy rice was $5 per piece and the rice was weirdly chewy. Wouldn't order it again. The nigiri were the highlight of the meal. Each piece felt balanced and the sushi rice was good. We ordered 3 rolls: toro toro, scallop, and yellowtail. All were forgettable and expensive for what they were. The yellowtail roll was bland, which is probably why there's a chili ponzu sauce to go with it because otherwise all you can taste is pear, which isn't a flavor I'm looking for in sushi. We ended our meal with scallop tacos, which were good but microscopic and pricey ($17 for 2 tacos). Each one is a bite and a half. It took a while to flag down Sebastian for the bill, so we were stuck in the din of the restaurant for longer than we liked. If the restaurant's filling up, wouldn't you want to turn our table and seat new guests? My husband made a note on the res that it was my birthday, but it was ignored. Maybe we would've had a better experience with a different waiter, but this was a disappointing meal and service.

They have the karaoke iPad on the wall and you're able to add in songs to sing karaoke and also have the ability to order food to the room and drinks. There's a server that comes in throughout the night to check on you and take your orders and whatever you need. It was a lot of fun! It used to come on this amazing soft airy rice bread grilled to perfection, and now it's just a regular multigrain sandwich. The kids were genuinely upset since we always ordered it for them. My green tea was also served with water that didn't seem hot enough, and the foam on top was a little off-putting. I know green tea is brewed at a lower temperature, but this just didn't feel right. Also, the restroom used to have a beautiful chandelier, and now it looks like something happened to it -- only hanging wires are left, which takes away from the otherwise polished aesthetic. Still, KAPOW remains one of our favorite spots because the food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is fun and stylish, and service is always quick.

There is a contest where we the customers vote on the best food/wine booth. Well the best in my opinion was the Lighthouse Point Yacht and Racquet Club (French Onion Soup dumplings) which is 1. A private Club that us commoners don't have access to AND 2. It's not even in Boca. Then to top it off, the winner was Santos Buffet....a buffet won people! I mean ZERO disrespect to Santo's, but Is that the BEST place the organizers could get for the BRWFF? I know that part falls partially on the voters, but still....the selection of restaurants and other vendors is pathetic for what you pay. I'll try again when/if Boca learns from other affluent cities exactly how to put on a real wine/food festival.
