    I had a very frustrating experience with Sixt Rent a Car at the Cherry Creek branch. Despite subscribing to Sixt+ and paying for what was supposed to be a new or as good as a new vehicle, I was given a dirty Camry with bird dropping, and then an Altima both are dirty and with existing damage. then proceeded to give me a GV80 that had a documented hole in the tire that blow out on me and when I went to change it they did not make up for putting my life at risk Nissan Altima was in terrible condition. The vehicle had vibrations while idling, loose bumpers, and a bad odor--it was clear that Sixt did not uphold their promise of providing well-maintained, professionally cleaned vehicles. I initially requested a RAV4, which was promised to me when I filed a support ticket. However, upon arriving at the branch, I was baited and switched into accepting the Nissan Altima after speaking with William Sprague, a manager trainee. William showed little interest in addressing the serious concerns I raised about the vehicle, and instead, downgraded me to a car that was clearly not suitable. Despite paying $1,849 for the second month, I was left with a substandard vehicle that didn't meet any of the conditions Sixt had advertised. I attempted to resolve this multiple times with their support team, but Sixt has failed to take any corrective action. If you're considering renting from Sixt at Cherry Creek, beware of their false advertising, unsafe vehicles, and poor management especially from buying insurance at the counter you give willliam compensation by doing that then he will laugh it off while making money out of you. They don't seem to care about customer safety or fulfilling their promises. My experience with William Sprague left me extremely disappointed.

    Rented a car for the week on prepay. Sixt was easy, cheap, great service and would definitely use again!

I spoke with a gentleman where his English was seriously bad and barely understandable. Together, we finally made a reservation to pick up that Friday. I then called the location immediately afterwards, wanting to confirm a midsize SUV. Caleb confirmed my reservation and told me he would call me once that vehicle was delivered. Thursday before my Friday pick up, I called at 5:PM, knowing they close at 6. After being on hold for 15 minutes, their hold released my call, letting me know I must call back later. I immediately called back and at this point, I pulled into their lot @ 5:30 while my call was still on hold. I walked into a full lobby with no associate in sight. Everyone was waiting 20 to 30 minutes with no one around. At 6:PM, Caleb asked me for my name to pull up my reservation, only to not find one. VERY FRUSTRATING. I reminded Caleb, this is the same reservation he confirmed earlier that week. He said, "yes, I remember the conversation". But 4 days later, the reservation can't be found. He's response... "Yep"

First of all, I had a reservation time but had to wait for the car to be cleaned and ready. Even then, I didn't think the car was cleaned that well... The car play in the car doesn't really work. I wasn't the only one who tested it and it freezes or has a really hard time connecting with the USB plugged in. I was better off using my phone holder add-on, which was disappointing. The car needed maintenance in 600 miles and because I needed this rental until my car was repaired, it felt like another thing hanging over my head. Lastly, I had to fill up the air in the tires a few days after I got the car...I suspect a leak from the last driver. I feel like they could have done a better job checking and maintaining the car, so I'd have a different experience. The rest of the service was okay, and I unfortunately had to call back a few times about billing (my insurance agent told me I was incorrectly charged).

A little background: I was involved in an accident (and by involved I mean a once stranger named Miss Gregory decided my mediocre Honda deserved a big smooch on the ass by her sexy Audi) and needed a rental while my car was in the shop, so my insurance company (USAA) had sent Enterprise their request to reserve a car for me. It took a few phone calls to get the reservation set up at the closest pick up location to the auto shop, but nothing too annoying. Within minutes of arriving at the auto shop, Leah (pronounced LEE-UH... because I don't actually know if that's the correct spelling) was waiting eagerly to give me a ride to the Enterprise for me to swoop up my temporary wheels. This was the best interaction I've had with anything other than a coffee mug at 7 in the morning in a long ass time. The ride there was short, yet sweet. Leah had my seat heaters getting me all toasty & made genuine (and rather hilarious) conversation throughout the duration of the ride. The car I received was clean, and appeared to be in well working condition and the drop off was easy as pie. I dropped it off at the auto shop where Leah originally picked me up in that dope Cadillac & shazam, back in my mediocre Honda I went. Not sure if it was the ease of working with USAA or the adaptability of Enterprise, but both parties pulled off Miss Gregory's mistake & made it smooth sailing to get my bumper fixed...plus Harry the Honda got a little love from that lady behind him.

Five hours total life wasted between two visits. Renting a car here is like going to the dentist, super long wait times and they both feel like you're getting your teeth pulled. Me: *walks in*, "Hi, I'm here to pick up a car." *Gives my name* Employees: "Oh yeah, we have a fun little sports car for you." Me: "What?" Him: "It's right out there, the Dodge Challenger." I don't know if it was some sick joke or what but I requested a regular full sized car. The website I used to request the car said I would receive a "Toyota Camry, Chevrolet Malibu, or something similar." It was such a surreal experience and I immensely got the feeling that they were deliberately fucking with me. They definitely seemed to not give a shit about my needs as a customer. There were two young guys who worked there - one with short brown hair and one with long (dirty) dark blonde hair and facial stubble. When I asked if they had an SUV, the blonder guy looked straight ahead instead of at me and said, "No, that's the only thing I've got." He and the other guy looked at each other with a knowing look. It's almost like they made a bet that they could convince an unsuspecting customer into a (dark purple) muscle car as a joke. It definitely wasn't funny to me. I'm hearing impaired, so a loud car would not be safe for me. On top of which, I wanted a regular car, not a large sports car. I would not have been comfortable driving it at all. Luckily I had the time and resources to get to another car rental place (more about that below.) Can you imagine them doing this to an elderly person or a person who desperately needed a car to take their sick kid to the hospital? What if I had an emergency? These two clearly are just fucking around and giving Enterprise a bad name. After reading all of the other bad reviews for this location, I can't understand how this location is still open and I am going to call and write Corporate to complain. Hopefully we can get this location Shut Down for Good - the franchise owner of this location must be terminated too for allowing all of this to go on. These men are messing around with serious times in peoples' lives. I said, "I'm going to pass" and walked out. They said nothing, and did not make any effort to help me find an appropriate car at a nearby Enterprise Rent A Car. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car a few blocks down on the SAME ROAD that had "normal" cars and SUV available. I was lucky, and had JUST BARELY enough time to get a ride there and pick up a regular SUV (grey, not purple!) with a quiet motor and a regular steering column etc. I feel very safe in the vehicle I'm driving. So if you need a vehicle, ask for JAKE at 1790 S Broadway. He was incredibly patient and kind, despite the minute that it was a last minute reservation, and nearly closing time. He apologized to me for "having to wait." He seemed exhausted. I told him please not to apologize and thanked him for helping me out at the last minute. He was able to get me a very clean (immaculate) vehicle within 10 minutes or so. The car has no damage, only 11k miles, and drives so well on the road. It's a Mazda Cx-5 for reference and the steering wheel is neither too loose nor too hard. It's been about 10 days since I got my rental and I've had to extend the rental period twice already- Jake made it easy for me to do that. I am definitely going to let Corporate know about Jake and hopefully he'll get a promotion and a big raise soon! Remember, DONT go to the ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR on 351 Broadway!!!

Luckily, I booked with AAA and got an amazing rate because the normal rate for a customer was like $180 a day. My rate was $33 a day. I arrived at the branch on a Saturday and saw no employee in sight for about 10 minutes. Another customer who was waiting let us know that there was only one employee working that day because everyone else called out sick. Kevin did everything that day and accommodated us once he got around. He made it really easy and seamless for us to get in our rental vehicle. He's a rockstar and deserves the praise because he was the only employee there when there were like 10 of us waiting to get into cars. He communicated clearly to us that it would be a bit of a wait and explained that he was the only one there. I appreciated that he communicated that to us rather than ignore the large group of people that were there. Pam was the representative who helped us return our vehicle. She was rather cheery and easy to speak to. I paid around $88 overall for my rental. My experience was positive and I would rent from Hertz again.

The problems included a leaking radiator, severely worn brake pads and rotors, a bent rear axle differential, leaking wheel bearings and seals, a rusted frame that was never disclosed, disconnected emergency brake lines, an oil cooler housing failure, transmission-related service, and additional engine performance repairs. These were not minor maintenance items--they were major defects that significantly impacted the vehicle's safety, reliability, and value. What is most concerning is that many of these issues appear to have existed before the sale and either were not disclosed or were not properly identified during any inspection process. As a customer, I relied on the dealership's representations that the vehicle was safe and roadworthy. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills almost immediately after taking ownership. I have maintained documentation for all repairs, diagnostics, and related expenses. I attempted to address this matter professionally and give the dealership an opportunity to resolve the situation in good faith. Unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the standards by which vehicles are inspected and sold. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have an independent mechanic perform a thorough inspection before signing any paperwork.
