I am writing about this specific Enterprise location and two 5-star employees Marcus and Lake. My car unexpectedly had to go in the shop for a week because they are waiting for a part to be shipped from Memphis. I wanted to try a Nissan Rogue as I am in the market for a new car. Central reservations promised a Nissan Rogue was at this location, and I booked it. I arrive to find out there was a recall on Nissan Rogues for the brakes and they could not rent the Nissan Rogue on the lot. I explained to Marcus and Lake my situation. They gave me a different SUV AND started searching for a Rogue, in the area, which had the recall repair completed. They said there is one Rogue due to be returned later today at a different location. They are working to get that Rogue for me in a few days so I will be able to drive one for 3-4 days. I thought it was great they went above and beyond in customer service to find a creative solution to my situation. I normally use another rental car agency when traveling. My car had hail damage, so off to the body shop it would go. Devin called and said they had a comparable SUV that I could rent. I told him I wanted something fun. He said he had a Mustang GT. I of course asked if it was a manual. He said it wasn't, they do not rent manual cars anymore. I said OK. He said that car was rented out for hail damage also but expected it back on Friday so it would be ready Monday. My car was scheduled for Tuesday (6/13). The Mustang was not available. I called to verify on Monday (yesterday) to confirm. He said everything was setup for me to be picked up tomorrow. There was NO mention of the Mustang NOT being available. I drop off my car at the body shop and wait for my pick up. He came without a mustang. He informs me as I get into his car that he doesn't have the Mustang he only has 2 trucks and a small SUV to choose from. He said he would call when the Mustang GT comes in. I'm not holding my breath because he failed to call Friday to inform me of the cars availability and on Monday when I called to confirm and change pick up time he still didn't tell me that it wasn't available. In short, there was a lack of communication and a lack of effort to get the desired car. I got the bait and switch. So this customer is unsatisfied I called customer service to file a complaint on 6/14. They said someone from the corporate office would call me. On 6/15 I got a VM stating that my insurance coverage for rental would be 6/20 and I would be responsible for rental after that. Assuming this was based on estimate and not actual, I inquired at the local office on Evans. Jordan expressed the same sentiment. I asked him when the Mustang was due back. He looked it up and said it should have been dropped off today. Hopefully, it happens and it doesn't get rented to someone else. I would be so pissed if they didn't reserve it for me. Got the call the Mustang is back. Or as Devin said we have a "A Mustang" here for you. Excitedly I said I would come in and swap it out. I called back and asked if "A Mustang" meant the Ecoboost and NOT the GT. He acknowledged that it was NOT a GT. What a let down again.... I don't see how that's equivalent other than it's the same name. Even the website states Chevy Camaro SS and Dodge Challenger as equivalent. I am so happy with the superb service all the employees I interacted with during my recent rental experience including all people I spoke to over the phone which I can't remember their names. With my initial call to pick up, I was able to pick up a car immediately at the Loveland location right before they closed and Natasha was fast, efficient and very friendly. I was also able to easily extend my trip but then had to cut it a day short and drop off at a different location. During the drop off experience I was blown away with the pleasant experience Megan, Basir and Ruben provided me. From my initial call speaking to Megan allowing me to drop my rental off at their location, to Basir's friendly greeting and quick return and then Ruben was also a pleasure speaking with when dropping me off at work after. This was the absolute most horrible experience EVER! The car was reserved first by USAA insurance, and then I called to confirm reservation and details. I reserved the car on the phone with "King" and he was to pick me up a week later at the collision repair shop. He picked me up, but I don't know why! THERE WERE NO CARS! and King was about as sympathetic or eager to help as a fungus infected toenail!! No one attempted to get me a car, and when I demanded to be taken back to my car, they said they couldnt get me my car back because it was already on the rack. If he had tld me that on the phone rather than take me to Enterprise, I could have saved a lot of problems for the shop! We had to threaten the repair shop with a court order to get our own car! We were victimized, the repair shop was victimized and NO ONE will talk to me. I left messages for the manager, and for several corporate people and no one responds. Our car is not repaired because we can't just leave it in the shop with nothing to drive for a week. Enterprise messed us up, and no one cares enough to even return a phone call. I wrote a review about 6 months ago stating Enterprise was always good. This time, not so much. I upgraded to a larger car on the day of my pick up. For 4 days the rental total was about 400.00 which I was fine with. Understanding its up industry wide. The tire pressure light was on which is usual I think. But about 4 hours in to the drive (going to Kansas) the oil light came on. I called the next day and they said if it continued to be a problem, to check the oil...hmmm... not really my job but ok... I had some help and when it was checked, it was a quart and a half low. I was so stressed about the tire and the oil that I was worried we would break down on the way home. It was mansplained to me that the oil level wasn't too bad. I have 6 witnesses that could attest to the fact that the tires were all over inflated and the oil was significantly low. I contacted customer service who supposedly escalated to Denver reg. Management but the call I got was from the same mansplainer at the location I rented from. I always rent from Enterprise. I need to really consider if I will be a returning customer. It took almost 4 days for them to get back to me because of their staffing issues which anyone in customer service knows the customer doesn't care. Sorry to be a b-word but I don't. I seriously wish there was a lower rating than this. I picked up a car (I was in an accident that was someone else's fault). While my car was in the shop, I received a rental from enterprise that the other person's insurance covered. I barely drove the car (less than 40 miles round trip and some light driving around town). Outside of that, the car was covered in a garage. The clerk that helped me, Evan, advised me not to worry about any small dings on the car and only worry about any dents/scratches that were more than six inches. After returning the car, they are now stating that there was hail damage to the car that I am responsible for. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this Enterprise location. Such a rip-off. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE BY DEFINITION SCAMMERS. I had rented from them and asked for a specific car for the trip I was going on (snow, mountains, etc) they didn't have it and said they were going to give me something comparable and upgrade even. They gave me a fairly large SUV with an engine smaller than a normal sedan, it had 0 features, surprised it had powered windows. It could barely climb up hills, I was being passed by mini vans and semi trucks. Was also one of the most fuel inefficient cars you can get, had to fill up every couple of hours, I cut my trip short because I estimated I was going to spend over $1000 in gas, on top of the $1000 for the (cost less than a normal sedan, base model) SUV. I literally paid 5% of the actual cost of the car. EDIT: For the record we did speak with management and the district manager and all they wanted to was give us a little bit of credit back like... "Sorry, here have this so you can give us more money to scam you again" no thanks. You ruined our vacation, we want our money back, not credit. read more

I have rented from enterprise before I was 25 and it was easier than being 25. I tried to rent a vehicle today now that I'm of age; not only was every customer service agent incompetent, they both were super unhelpful and rude. Berny or Benny, I can't remember his name, he couldn't update my address and he even set me up with the wrong service. He was very unclear on the policies and left me with more questions, not to mention I wasn't even granted the service I originally called for. He told me to call the branch directly and get clear direction on the next Steps of the process. I was inclined to book with enterprise because I was under the understanding your service would pick me up. So, not only did my whole afternoon get wasted by your rude service, I have to make other transportation arrangements for getting to this branch and ultimately work; Which is why I desperately needed the car in the first place: for work. When I called the branch, the female wasn't pleasant and sounded angry. She prompted me to bring my Id and credit or debit card to the branch where the payment would be processed. I brought my debit card to the branch and was rudely ignored when I walked in. Not only did the female associate put her hand up to my face when she finally made eye contact w me, which I assume was a physical "wait" symbol. I took it as rude; She proceeded to sternly ask for my current address and I told it to her. She rudely and curtly commented that they had an old address in the system and that she had to update it; which one: should have been taken care of w Berny but because it wasn't, it was Her job to update it. And Two: I'm just a working class citizen doing my best to do honest work for in a capitalist city, trying to get ahead. I don't deserve any worse treatment or customer service because I brought a debit card and I wasn't properly informed of the new "verification policies." I don't appreciate how the female associate informed me of the new policies. She could have informed me on the phone in a nicer tone of everything I needed before I found a ride to the dirty branch that treated me bad. Ps. I wish I could this branch negative stars. I was also concerned about a car even being available as I arrived three hours after my reservation time: What a pleasant surprise to be promptly greeted! I worked with Sam, who is a consummate professional! When I told him the day I was having, he promised me he would turn it around and get me out as quickly as possible and that's just what he did! We had a very easy time picking the car up in Denver and with drop off in Phoenix. All the staff were courteous and the price was great.

I get it. Renting a car is a hassle & there are many factors that could potentially go wrong. But in my case, this was one of the best experiences I've had renting a car. A little background: I was involved in an accident (and by involved I mean a once stranger named Miss Gregory decided my mediocre Honda deserved a big smooch on the ass by her sexy Audi) and needed a rental while my car was in the shop, so my insurance company (USAA) had sent Enterprise their request to reserve a car for me. It took a few phone calls to get the reservation set up at the closest pick up location to the auto shop, but nothing too annoying. Within minutes of arriving at the auto shop, Leah (pronounced LEE-UH... because I don't actually know if that's the correct spelling) was waiting eagerly to give me a ride to the Enterprise for me to swoop up my temporary wheels. This was the best interaction I've had with anything other than a coffee mug at 7 in the morning in a long ass time. The ride there was short, yet sweet. Leah had my seat heaters getting me all toasty & made genuine (and rather hilarious) conversation throughout the duration of the ride. The car I received was clean, and appeared to be in well working condition and the drop off was easy as pie. I dropped it off at the auto shop where Leah originally picked me up in that dope Cadillac & shazam, back in my mediocre Honda I went. Not sure if it was the ease of working with USAA or the adaptability of Enterprise, but both parties pulled off Miss Gregory's mistake & made it smooth sailing to get my bumper fixed...plus Harry the Honda got a little love from that lady behind him. read more

Horrible location. They do a quick look at the car on check out and then find little things wrong on check-in and charge you for them. Then tell you that you should have gotten the damage waiver... MAKE SURE you do a VERY detailed review of the car and have them mark it on your contract. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Cadillac XTS - Car Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Hello, This was by far the most AWFUL Enterprise and customer service experience I've ever had. The staff here needs to be completely re-evaluated because the service and courtesy was nothing like the other Enterprise locations that I rent from frequently. As a little bit of background, I am a PLATINUM Enterprise member. I travel frequently, and I rent a car several times a month. I had an Enterprise rental car the ENTIRE MONTH of June and returned the car to the airport location with no issues, no damage, no nothing, and I had the car for an ENTIRE MONTH. Last week, I needed a car to move out of my summer rental in Denver. I went to this location to pick up the car, and the vibe of the associate was immediately off. I've been late picking up Enterprise rentals before, and I've never had a sales associate ask me why I was late or if I called to inform them if I was going to be late. As long as I've had a reservation, they've always given me a car if they have one available. Instead, I was asked questions and then given a car. I wasn't feeling that. Either give me a car or don't. Don't ask me a ton of questions if it's not going to have an impact. I can take my service elsewhere. I get the car, and the agent does not ask me to do a walk around. As a frequent renter, I know the protocol by heart, and I should've done the walk around myself, but I was never asked by the agent to do a walk around. I literally had the car for one day. I returned the car the next day, and I pulled into the driveway of the Enterprise. The guy that came out to inspect the car was doing the ABSOLUTE MOST from the time he walked out of the door. Apparently, the agent who had checked me out from the day before told him that he saw a dent in the car from the counter as I was pulling up. WHICH WAS SO WEIRD BECAUSE THE SIDE HE SAID HAD A DENT ON IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN VISIBLE TO SOMEONE SITTING AT THE COUNTER BECAUSE I PULLED THE VEHICLE IN THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE COUNTER. In order to see the side of the car that allegedly had a dent in it, the agent would have needed to be outside facing the opposite direction once I pulled in. Once the other agent informed him there was a dent, inspector gadget decided to come outside and give a very detailed look. Initially, he looked and looked and looked, then finally he says you've got a dent. There were a few minor scratches (THEY WIPED RIGHT OFF), but they were so small a camera couldn't even pick them up. I explained to the sales agent that I had only picked the car up, put my luggage in, dropped my luggage off at my next location, and brought the car back. They insisted that something must have happened to the car. They asked me a few times if I knew, and I kept repeating...I've only had the car for 24 hrs. I haven't even driven it other than to move my things. I could go on and on, but it was just a terrible experience. As someone who has rented multiple days, EVERY SINGLE MONTH OF THIS YEAR AND THE ENTIRE MONTH OF JUNE, this was THE WORST THE WORST Enterprise experience I've ever had. Again, I have rented a car from Enterprise EVERY SINGLE MONTH OF THIS YEAR and had a rental the ENTIRE MONTH OF JUNE, and I've never had any issue. Please look into the associates at this location because I got all kinds of Joanne the Scammer vibes from them. I'm such a loyal customer that my tank was not even on FULL when I picked it up. However, I brought it back on a FULL tank. Haha Came to leave a review after the ridiculousness I just experienced, and unsurprisingly, the reviews are terrible. Do NOT use Enterprise if you only have a debit card to use. The amount of hoops they make you jump through, as if you're some degenerate for not having a credit card, is insane. They might as well ask for your first born child while they're at it. It took me about 10 minutes for the normal part of renting a car and longer just trying to provide contact information of multiple "references" and proof I've paid multiple utility bills over the past few months so they could "trust" my debit card for the deposit. Wow. Spent well over 2 weeks trying to get the charges to my card corrected. I rented a vehicle for 9 days, six of which should have been at the discounted rate of 9.99 as per the promotion. When I realized they only charged the first weekend correctly. Spoke with multiple "managers" who all said they understood the issue and have it resolved. This is not the case. I was grossly over charged and very dissatisfied. Do not recommend them. Still waiting for a call back but Im not very confident that it'll happen. read more

BE WARNED:DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! I rented a car for 39.99/day. And was told that if we needed to extend for any additional days that we would be charged the same rate originally, plus a 10.00 fee each day. We had to extend and additional 3 days. We had already paid 120.00 for the original 2 days. When we returned the car they said my total was an additional 252.23, which would bring the total for the whole period to 371.60. In the fine print they had that additional days would be charged at the rate of 69.99/day! So the guy at the counter when we got to the car lied about it being the same rate. Supposedly we were talking to the owner of this place when we turned it back in, and he didn't want to talk or help me understand why it was so expensive. He was very rude. I was extremely upset. So it ultimately cost 371.60 for a 5 day rental which is 74.32/day. They will LIE TO YOU HERE, and not give a damn about it. The only response in the end was , "that's what's on your contract." Please make sure you read every line of your contract before you sign. You cannot trust what they tell you in person!! read more

Any one who gives this place five stars has to be a friend or family member. This place is terrible for several reasons. I'll break down a few things that occurred at this specific location. Me and my wife decide to rent a car for a week until our vehicle was prepared from our mechanic. The first thing is not having the choice to use your debit card vs using a credit card. The management had informed us the day of pick up that this location requires a major credit card?? We as the consumer didn't see that on the web site or under any policy which suspects that the manager is requiring a major credit card for what ever reason. We asked if he could provide us with the policy that states credit card only, and he failed to do so. As we started to suspect the manager of making things up we mentioned paying with our debit card. Here is the funny part, the manager then mentioned well in order for you to use your debit card you would have to provide a bill that is current under your name...? To rent a cheap American car he now wanted us to show him a bill? So we kindly declined laughed out loud and left this location. This place is complicated and wouldn't recommend it. Besides that to rent a cheap American car or any car for that matter shouldn't be such a hassle. We landed up finding a place that rented us a Mercedes, mentioned the incident that happened with the management at this location, and on top of it all, the other BLANK car rental place gave us a discount on our rental to assure customer satisfactory using our debit card. Folks be sure when car searching rentals, do not use this location let alone the company. Remember it's there policy, and don't forget to read the reviews of past consumers who are truthful about the service. Hope this revue was helpful and doing my part as a consumer. Enterprise did not have a reasonable vehicle ready for me at their location at the time of my reservation. The only vehicles on the lot were 2 large pick up trucks. My insurance reservation does not cover the cost of a pickup truck, and I don't want to drive a pickup truck. My reservation was made 5 days prior and my car was already at the shop, so I had no other means of transportation. I was unable to get a phone call answered to arrange for the car pickup on the day of my reservation. The first time I called I was put into the hold-and-recall for 12 minutes, and then the auto system told me that my call could not be transferred and I needed to call back. When I finally got through to TJ (Timothy) 3 hours later, I was told that he was the only one there and had a lobby full of customers, which is why my call could not be answered. When I said a Pickup Truck would not work for me, he said he could try to get me another car later in the day (it was already 2 pm). My day had been ruined. I needed a car for the day I reserved it. He then said he would look into getting something transferred over and call back. He never called me back. I did not get a vehicle that day. I called two other Enterprise locations. None of them had a car I could rent that day, even though my insurance carrier made a reservation. If Enterprise hadn't been the only vendor I could use with my insurance, I would have gone anywhere else. I called three other Enterprise locations after this. All of them were understaffed and none had a car for me to rent until later. The Denver Leetsdale location said I could get a car on Saturday, 4 days later. It's ridiculous. read more
