Whewwwwww, SWEET SIXTEEN! I don't care how many miles I gotta go to get here.. sixteen, seventeen, eighteen.. I'm coming back! lol. I found this gem of a spot looking for steakhouses, while staying in the area for work about a mile away. It had good reviews/menu/prices so I pulled up. Jason, the bartender, was welcoming. He got me started with a cadillacccccc, while I waited for my food to go. I ordered the 22oz bone-in ribeye, sautéed spinach, garlic mash.. MAGICALLY DELICIOUS! The ribeye was med rare, cooked to perfection! No steak sauce needed but I LOVE A1, so it just took it to higher heights of goodness. The sautéed spinach was SO good, I was impressed. It was garlicky & perfectly sautéed. The garlic mash was on point! No additional seasonings needed for either. Great food at great prices is a WIN! Sixteen Mile House = Winner!

10 months later and we did book 16 Mile for our 60+ luncheon. Food was disappointing on the portion our guests were allotted. They gave us big oval plates to use for bite size servings of food. Not even close to the plates we were served on our trial menu 10 months ago. Wish I had taken a picture of what our $50 plate lunch looked like! Service was very attentive. The atmosphere saved our party since it was a nice private room where we were able to socialize.

We went to Sixteen Mile for our Auntie's birthday dinner on a Friday night. The live music was a pleasant surprise. Andrew(?) is a great singer and we really enjoyed his music. We ordered drinks at the bar first. Drinks were good and the bartender was friendly. Our server, Michael, was the best. He was social and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious: Caesar salad, oysters and bone in ribeye. We'll definitely be back.

I have been coming here for a few years and each time the food and service is awesome!! They really appreciate your business and want you to leave with a smile on your face. My last meal, the Kobe cheeseburger was incredible. Very tasty and I loved my fries. The perfect fries to go with that burger! The clam chowder was great too. Lots of clams and potatoes. LOVED it. I will be returning!!

Come for: the ribeye, creamed corn, and baked potato Know that: it may look a little dark and dead in there I was surprised at how much I liked this place. After years of passing by, finally went in with a group of friends for a steak night. Let me cut to the main event: the ribeye was excellent. I ordered it medium rare and by god did they nail it. The steaks are supposedly dry aged and you did taste a sort of funk to it, but it also tasted different than a dry aged you'd get at a more classic steakhouse - not sure why. Nevertheless, the steak tasted excellent and had a good char flavor. For under $60, an absolute steal. Baked potato and creamed corn were also delicious. Would recommend them both. Service was good too. Our server let us know of a special going on that night with wines and helped us select a good pairing with our steaks. Overall, it's not the type of steakhouse I'd take a date or wear my best suit for. The theme is an old Western saloon. But the steaks are quality and an absolute steal in the Bay Area. Give them a try!

Went to Sixteen Mile House for dinner recently. We enjoyed the meal overall, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. What stood out most was the service - the servers were all very polite, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Food - I ordered the Prime Rib 8oz. medium, with a baked potato and creamed corn. A side of clam chowder and a caesar salad to share. - My friends ordered the ribeye and veal. - We got fresh hot steak friends and calamari for the appetizers. - Everything was tasty and great portions! Service - Our waiter was very attentive with the helpers often checked in on us. Great service! Ambiance - The Saloon bar in the front was fun, had a live band play during our dinner. - We sat in the back corner booth, a great space for us to celebrate a friend's birthday. - I really liked how the space was designed. It was a fun environment. Felt like we went back in time for a bit. - Casual dining, also with some smaller sized table options. - Dinner time started to get busy around 7pm. We had a great time!

We made reservations online and were seated almost immediately upon arrival. The staff were friendly and kept checking up on us. However, the prime rib was a bit tough and chewy and the pasta was a bit too salty. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the bread and butter they provided in the beginning of our meal. I would be willing to come here around and try out something else on the menu. This place has a very nice old school type of vibe to it.

Our family has been coming here for years! It's a staple and legend in the area, and for us. Hands down best prime rib in the Bay Area, always cooked just to your liking. Friendly service, delicious food, and great drinks!

Service was great. The bread seemed hard and a bit stale. The prime rib was chewy. The ambiance was wonderful.

When I found it, I wasn't sure it was even open. There was an area downstairs with other places that was apparently only open for lunch. Inside it felt like an office building. Lots of seating. Not a ton of people on a Tuesday night. But upstairs sat this wonderful little restaurant. I sat at the bar. So hungry. There were few other folks at the bar as well. I got the cream of asparagus soup, the house salad, and the salmon. They were all phenomenal. Truly. Fresh and unique all around. The bartender was super knowledgeable about different wines, liquors and ultimately pairings. If you are near this area for any reason, you really should try and make it here. It's beautiful. There is seating of all kinds. The lighting is great. Lots of lush plants.

Deep seated leather sofa like chairs, large glass storefront entry, dark charcoal metal utensils, airplane-themed decor and motifs throughout make quite the detailed impression. The mood is a sultry but airy dark and the environment isn't too loud so you can enjoy a conversation. Perfect place to take a date. S E R V I C E The service is formal and professional. Very top notch. Even the manager came to check that all was well. D R I N K S The cocktails are expertly crafted, creative and very good! F O O D For appetizers, we ordered the salmon ceviche and the prosciutto croquettes. We also ordered the spring salad and the steak frites to share. The salmon ceviche was too fishy for both our tastes so we did not finish it. It was quite off putting. The prosciutto croquettes were delicious, a light crunch before getting the warm savory inside flavors. The spring salad was a surprising blend of little gem, grilled asparagus, grilled broccolini, sugar snap peas, strawberry, fennel, and fava beans which I initially thought was too many textures and sizes going on, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was my favorite dish of the evening! Now the reason this review isn't a perfect 5 stars is due to the steak frites. Steak and fries are a classic staple in any high caliber kitchen. We asked for medium well steak but it looked and chewed like a well done steak. The fries were lacking, not sure if salt or more crunch was needed, maybe both. The accompanying louvre sauce was tasteless too. Overall, I definitely would return! I saw the dessert menu once had a lavender crème brûlée so someday I would love to try that!
