Great place for large groups. Beautiful interior and SO many wines on tap. What a cool concept?? I have never seen this before. I loved it. Our server was great and was super helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Allowed me to try wines to find what I would like. Great experience

I have come to sixty vines twice now in the last month. First, for a congratulatory celebration for a friend. We had a few drinks and cocktails during happy hour . Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the wines selections. The restaurant wasn't very busy on a late Saturday afternoon. The second time we came for happy hour which turned into dinner-ish to celebrate my birthday. We loved the flights (bubbles, white, and red) and most of the appetizers and food we tried (mussels, hummus, charcuterie board, truffle fries, pizza and salad with shrimp and chicken with Caviar). We initially didn't get a server and we were working with the bartender. My the time we had 5 people and it was 5pm we flagged down someone to serve our table ... I'm not sure what time the servers actually show up. We got an energetic server Janderson around 5:30pm he was great. The charcuterie board was underwhelming-the pita bread was hard, and we only received 4 pieces of the cheddar and Gouda. Lastly while we had a great time it was hot in the restaurant... like uncomfortably warm there was no air in the restaurant. When I walked to restroom from the opposite side it was even warmer. It's summer in DC they have got to get this fixed to ensure people aren't uncomfortable when dining. I'm hoping to return for their brunch sometime soon.

Sixty vines is a really fun experience. The space is beautiful, open, and has a great menu of both food and drinks. My most recent visit was for brunch and I ordered the rigatoni. It was good, but nothing amazing. I wouldn't order it again. I also found the presentation to be a bit wonky, like someone prepared it tilted. Our server was great, although give ln how large the space is, and how quickly it fills up, it was a bit difficult to grab his attention for our check. We were all siting with empty drinks and no plates ready to go for at least 20 minutes. Overall , the experience is good and continues to be good. I would say my preference is lunch or happy hour time frame. One note is that they just changed their menu so my beloved, favorite pizza pictured is gone. I would say their menu became more generic whereas prior there were a lot of different and unique options. My friend and I were both disappointed to find our faves missing (her a pasta).

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made it. I loved the atmosphere, decor, and the service. We started off with the bacon wrapped dates and the brussel sprouts. Both were really good...I just wish there were more of the dates...lol.

I love Sixty Vines! It's a fantastic location- great if you want to meet friends. Metro accessible to Foggy Bottom Station, close to the shuttle to the Kennedy Center for a pre-show meal as well. Very green and vibey, lively and smells incredible (they have their signature candle for sale), has lots of options that suit tons of dietary needs. I love all of their vegetable based share plates the most- cauliflower with the most scrumptious eggplant dip, the crisp little zucchini, tangy and crispy Brussels sprouts...I've brought two different groups here visiting town, as they're fantastic with groups because of the nice big tables. Love this spot!

Checked out Sixty Vines again on Valentine's Day with my bestie, and it was such a vibe! We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated right away, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was great from the moment we sat down until we left. Special shoutout to Serenity, one of the managers, who made it a point to check on guests (including us) throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us back so my bestie could experience more than just the mussels since we were on a time crunch that night. And let me tell you -- the mocktail was spectacular! The ambiance here is always amazing. You really get the best of both worlds: wine-tasting energy paired with delicious food and great vibes to enjoy with friends. The décor is top tier and sets the perfect mood for any occasion. Fast forward to today -- we went back for brunch and let's just say... we'll definitely be back again The salmon board was out of this world! Everything was seasoned to perfection. Our pastas were delicious as well. My friend enjoyed the mimosa bar experience (you get a bottle of Champagne with a variety of juices and fresh fruit to mix at the front). I stuck to the juice but I did try the non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, and it was amazing! We made sure to save room for dessert, and I'm so glad we did because it was even better this time around. The chefs, servers, and managers truly did their thing. And another huge thank you to Serenity for her amazing service again!

First time at this restaurant and it's really good! Really great brunch specials with the $5 mimosas. There's a ton of unique gf options too! I want to go back and try more.

Had a fantastic Valentines Day lunch here. We ordered the margherita pizza, rigatoni, hummus, and enjoyed a flight of wines. Highly recommend for Italian + Wine Sipping in Georgetown! (FYI - Highly recommend the hummus, especially the beet hummus. It is FIRE.) We got 4 glasses at about 2.5 oz each, which was fairly reasonable. My husband and I enjoyed savoring each. From the moment, we walked in, the hostress greeted us with a smile. Also, our server, Stephanie, was attentive and cheerful, even though her section was incredibly busy. Her ability to multi-task and check in regularly even in a rush is admirable. (She quickly resolved my question, helped us find wines, and even asked me what my plans were, which was thoughtful and the kind of outstanding care you don't see too much these days.) I would 100% return to Sixty Vines.

Came here for a group dinner. Ambiance is fantastic, great for a date night. A little bit loud to be honest. Service was good, but Friday night was busy. My dish was pretty delicious, but I think a braised beef would be better than braised fork for the tagliatelle dish. Overall, i think this is a great place to dine if you live in Foggy Bottom, which is a food desert wasteland.

Came here for Restaurant Week just before the storm rolled in over the weekend. We initially entered through a side door and waited a bit before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, someone came over and walked us to the hostess stand, which felt a little disorganized from the start. But also, user error I suppose. The restaurant itself was very cold, and with the long gaps between dishes, it made for an uncomfortable dining experience overall. To their credit, they did comp our drinks due to the wait, which was appreciated. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or if the weather threw things off, but service definitely felt strained. Food-wise, the brunch pizza was the standout, easily the best thing we ordered. The brunch burger was also quite good. I wouldn't recommend the fried chicken and caviar dish; I'm honestly not sure where the caviar was, because it was barely noticeable. The affogato leaned more toward cake and ice cream than a true affogato, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the burrata was absolutely delicious. I'd consider coming back when the weather is better to give it another shot and explore their extensive wine selection, which seems to be a strong point.

Every dish I have here is spectacular. So Fresh and well prepared. I love how they can accommodate large parties and the service is always good. I love the decor and the fresh open lighting!

Sixty vines brunch was a nice time, they had lovely Christmas holiday additions that I was appreciative of. A dj was onsite playing classic and cool Christmas covers. There were high-end vendors with jewelry, candles, and other handmade crafted gifts. The ambience and the customer service is superb. There was a free hot chocolate that includes a shot of liquor if you're feeling frisky. The Sesenta sparking white is a delightful semi/ dry-sweet, and well if it's two of you, just buy the bottle! I like this spot for small plates. We enjoyed the beet & herb goat cheese salad. We could have used more balsamic dressing and cheese. The fried chicken & caviar, not bad, but the dish was too light on the crème fraiche sauce. The potatoes, layered and shaped like cubes, sprinkled in sea salt, are delicious. I feel like they hold back on the decadence of the dishes. Note: We want more sauce, dressing, seasoning, and cheese. Please!

Sixty Vines is a great spot for wine tastings with intimate, romantic vibes, perfect for a date night. If you're feeling social, the shared table experience is a fun way to meet new people while dining. The lighting is low, so us "seasoned" folks might need a flashlight to read the menu , but honestly, it adds to the ambiance. The food was delicious and filling, and our waiter did not disappoint with his starter and entrée recommendations. Everything hit the mark. Next time, I'm definitely saving room for dessert.

Also had the octopus pepper gilda thing. Our server, think his name was Hunter, said that was the most popular main. It was very delicious, rich but not overly so. The martini was nice and came with a side car. Great presentation. When my friend saw the martini she said this makes me feel like i know how to live. The Cheeseburger Americain was a standard 3.5 out of 5 American cheeseburger that beats the average suburban chain restaurant burger with its double patty and sesame bun, but isn't gonna knock your socks off like a steakhouse burger. Skip to the Assessment/Plan if you don't want to read this novella retelling of our evening. Service - Relatively early for the dinner service, we were the largest and one of only a few tables in the restaurant. I counted 3 other tables seated (small parties of less than 4 each) and a few patrons at the bar. It took about 20 minutes before we first got our menus and the guy who handed them to us didn't say a word just dropped them off. Then it took another 20 minutes before he came back to get our drink orders, and 1) seemed like he was having a bad day, which... fine, but 2) was rolling his eyes when some of us were a little between some options and wanted a recommendation, which... alright my guy let's chill. We weren't talking loud, we weren't drinking before and being obnoxious, we just wanted to ask about what some of the drinks were like on a very cool menu of cocktails we haven't tried anywhere else. Upon returning with our drinks, he accidentally spilled a not insignificant amount on my friend sitting across from me, and while we reacted and started handing him extra napkins, he just glanced at him, finished giving out the drinks, and walked away. No "oops", "my bad", "oh let me get you some paper towels", nothing. So at this point, we're all staring at each other like "Did we do something? Do we smell?" Whatever, friend's birthday, we've been talking about this cabin weekend for several years and it's finally happening, let's just vibe. Now another 20 minutes went by and we were getting antsy because we wanted to order our food but it looked like there wasn't a lot of staff, and we didn't want to upset anyone by hurrying them. Another man came over who we thought was going to take our orders. Nope. He starts picking up our menus so I say, "Oh, hey we haven't ordered yet." To which he replies, "OK, but I need the menus." Alright cool, yeah, that makes sense if he needed them for other tables and can leave us with a few to share. Nope. He just took them and placed them back at the host stand. Awkward stares across the table again. Whatever, we had enough, I guess. Tick tock, tick tock. A third guy came over, and when he smiled and asked, "Hi are you all ready to order?" I was like "Oh finally a human being!" Food took another 20-ish minutes while we nursed our drinks and really had no interest in ordering another round (not that anyone asked us). We ate. We chatted. We had an okay time. We were super ready to get out of there. Oh right, the mozz sticks. Le Mont'zarella sticks. They had one order left of four sticks for $18. We were one of the first diners. You can imagine after all the above, that's just a major facepalm emoji. Assessment/Plan: Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God pray for Le Mont Royal to improve their service, now and at the hour of ASAP, because the place has so much potential, and maybe it was just an off night, or the staff just finished arguing with each other in the back so they took it out on us, but dearly beloved Lord it was like we offended nine generations of their ancestry from the moment we walked in. With "a 22% service charge has been added for your convenience," I thought we were getting Punk'd. The always-changing French-Canadian menu is a cool and unique concept, but it's a lot of bark with very little bite. It didn't make the disappointing service worth it. I was already impressed by the weekend happy hour deals. I started with the Aromatic whites wine flight (great pours for $12!!). All 3 wines were delicious and the bartender, Fabio was the best and very engaging throughout my time at the bar. I had the beef tartare and it was the best I've ever had! I then ordered a glass of the Domain du Somail Red Blend paired with the steak frites, which was the best pairing. I was stuffed but decided to get the crème brulee, which you could never go wrong with. It was the best CB I've had in a while. I will definitely be back for restaurant week or just an impromptu happy hour.

We came here with a few friends for an early dinner, making reservations in advance. Once seated, we decided to order some starters to share: +the Warm Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese Ball - with honey and red wine caramelized onions +Chicken Liver Mousse - with white wine gelee, apricot, pickled veggies, and an onion marmalade +Baked Camembert de Normandie - with confit garlic, thyme, and honey +and, an Onion Soup for the hubs - prepared with beef broth, croutons, and Gruyere For our entrees, I went for the Steak-Frites, which came with a hanger steak and shallot sauce; you can sub the usual fries with truffle fries, which I recommend! My counterparts enjoyed their Long Island Duck Breakfast (with seared asparagus, cumin carrot puree, cippolini onions, and port sauce), the Maryland Rockfish (with artichoke barigoule, carrots, brasied fennel, and noilly prat sauce), and the Local Roasted Chicken (with English peas, carrots, baby potatoes, and truffle jus). If you want to sop up your sauce with bread, don't forget to order the breadbasket! Staff were friendly and checked-in on our party throughout our dining experience; the place is cozy and vibrant, and seems to be pretty popular. I'd be curious to try their HH on the next visit! +French bistro eats +shareables +friendly staff & service
