Amazing!!! Owner and chef were great! Loved it and the food tasted great. Loved the experience of making my own bowl :)

We came here around 4:45pm for the first time. The place was literally empty we had it all to ourselves. The food was amazing, they had a sauce sign that told us what to put in and they worked out great. It was a nice touch because I've been to similar places and they didn't have that. It made our meal taste way better. This place was a lot of fun, we'll definitely be back. By the time we left, it was packed so we beat the rush. I'd totally comeback at the same time.

This is a great concept. I love Mongolian, create your own bowl type restaurants. YC's Mongolian, (now Blazin'), was one of my favorite places to go to pre-Covid. We decided to order it on DoorDash because when we tried to eat inside they were closed that day. Everything was fine, the food came warm and our orders were correct. The food just wasn't anything special. The appetizers (Spring Rolls and Potsickers) were acceptable. The "Create your own" stir fries were very, very bland. You could barely taste the sauces we ordered. My bowl was supposed to be red curry sauce with peanuts, noodles, chicken, and red onions. It was okay but the noodles were quite dry. I would definitely come back, but in person, to try to get more sauce. Don't be so stingy!

PLEASE enforce cooks wearing hairnets when preparing food. Was all excited to eat my lunch when I got to work and first thing I see when I open the box...it all went in the trash and I went hungry. Not too much to ask for when paying almost $40 for lunch for 2 people to-go.

The best Mongolian spot in the valley. Clean, fresh and fast. Good options on noodles and a much better selection of options than other spots in town.

This is to show i didn't eat much of it at all.

I told the lady i wanted the littlest serving, she gave me a bigger size saying i couldn't buy that one. I spent $19 on this food and had all of 6-7 bites the food was delicious but the lady in the front wouldn't listen to me, when i told her i can't eat a lot of post op bariatric patient. So im sure i wasted maybe $8-$9 cause she wouldn't listen. Ruined my whole experience because i hate feeling like i got screwed.

WOW SERVICE IS GREAT! I had the BEST service from Danny and Robert! They were helpful in making the sauces, there are so many combinations! They do have a poster on the wall that shows combinations that go well together. Food was super good! Come support this local family owned business! You won't regret it. Since you pick your own ingredients, you can't go wrong here.

Sizzle was a nice surprise in Chandler. Similar to other designs, you pick your protein and then load up with noodles and veggies. There were plenty of sauces to choose from and also a salad/rice bar after your food is cooked. Prices were fair for dinner at $14/$15 per person, however they offer large portions and you can really pack in the toppings. The vegetables were fresh and they offer beef, chicken, pork, cod, and shrimp proteins. Overall, nice spot and a really tasty meal.

Great food and friendly staff every time I go. Prices are good for the bowl sizes and always have leftovers.

There are so many good sauce selections to choose from and they all sound good, so I feel like you can't go wrong. I asked for help w/ the sauce and they put me on, it was perfect !! As someone that's used to having Mongolian BBQ, I know different restaurants flow differently. Here's what to know: * Diners pre-pay for their bowls (small or large) right at walk-in. Past restaurants I've gone to handle payment after dining so this was different. * You take your bowl and begin building it with the noodles and toppings you desire as you go down the line. It's pretty simple. However, here's where a newcomer can question something -- their house/specialty sauces. They are labeled on the bar glass overhead but the labeling can be confusing to see on the bar to know if/when you're choosing the right sauces and some sauces are or may be new to a diner that is not familiar with its ingredients. If you get stuck on this, just ask the staff to help you. * Personally for me, anytime I have Mongolian I always ask the cook to first clean the grills before cooking my bowl to ensure two things: (1) If someone has a topping that you either don't like or maybe allergic to, cleaning the grills beforehand helps you (AND) (2) It gives you peace of mind knowing your food is being cooked on a cleaned hibachi grill rather than mixing your bowl's contents with other diners contents and seasonings. Asking the cooks to clean the grills beforehand helps before they cook your bowl is not a burden to them -- they are happy to clean it beforehand. The restaurant has a dark aesthetic ambiance which might feel a little dull but there is outdoor seating depending on the location, so there is that option. However, separating this from the dining experience is key because the food is flavorful based on your own preferences. It's a great place to enjoy for casual dining. YC locations are Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe/Phoenix. Happy grilling!

First off, the concept is elite--you build your own bowl like a culinary mastermind. Want noodles? Done. Extra meat? Obviously. Way too many sauces because you got overconfident? No judgment here (we've all been there). Then they take your chaotic masterpiece and toss it on a giant sizzling grill like it's dinner and a live performance. The cooks? Absolute legends. Watching them work that grill is like witnessing a mix between a chef and a DJ--flipping, chopping, spinning your food like it's a hit track. And somehow, no matter how questionable your sauce combinations were, it comes out tasting incredible. Portions are huge, prices are fair, and the vibe is always fun and laid-back. It's the kind of place where you accidentally eat way too much and then immediately start planning your next visit. YC's isn't just food--it's an experience. A delicious, slightly overstuffed, "why did I add that last scoop?" kind of experience. 10/10, would build a ridiculous bowl again.

Staff were extremely nice and informative too as to how it worked and how to make sure you get as much as you can as it is a one way trip. The night I went with my family there was also free ice cream or frozen yogurt which was nice and plenty of drinks to keep getting refills. A bunch of noodles or soup and rice you can get too in case you're not full. It was a good deal and price for what you pay for. The ambiance is also overall fine but can get noisy due to it being busy. The only complaint I have is it is stupid how you can only do one trip for the grill. No matter you go for lunch or dinner, you can only do one trip which is why you need to fill up as much you can in your bowl. Also the sauce recipes could be a bit confusing as well as trying to figure out where to place the stuff to make your sauce for the grill. But it still adds great flavor to your stuff. In the end it's a good place to go just make sure you don't screw up your one trip.

I thought General Tso Chicken was ok. I liked it wasn't very sweet and breading was minimal. You could actually taste big chunks of chicken. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Beef Lo Mein at all. I immediately smelled and tasted old oil which was very off putting and was very bland. I love vegetables and was disappointed with how little there was. Hubs even commented about the lack of vegetables. The portions are huge and we could only finish about a third. It was slightly better, but still not very good. We got there on a Sunday, which is crab day, so the place was packed. We 45.00 for the two of use and had around a 15 minute wait before being seated. Right off the bat, ONE of the things that irritated me was we we given two napkins apiece. If you needed more (which you will), you need to go back up front to the cashier area and get more. We went and got our first plates. One of the things I was looking forward to was the giant prawns. What a dissapointment! They had been cooked for soooo long, the flavor was gone and the texture was very tasty. Fried chicken was pretty good. The Broutworst style sausage flavor was of a spiced up hot dog. The crab wasn't bad. The only problem is they don't supply any type of cracker for the shell, so it's up to you to figure out how to open them. I grabbed a couple extra paper plates for scaps (bones, shells etc.), but the waitress was constantly reaching across the table and taking them. Finally had to tell her not to take them, but the moment I wasn't looking, gone again. It was a hit and miss with what we tried. The 'best' of what we tried was at best, mediocre. One thing that really irritated me, was when it appeared we were near the end of our meal, the waitress hovered by our table, and must have said "thank you for coming" five or six times, making us feel quite rushed. I realize they are busy, but a little courtesy would have been nice. We gave Hibachi another try, and were again, dissapointed. Way over cooked. They had been cooked
