By far, this is our favorite restaurant in town. The food is great, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is always excellent! My wife and I love the steaks, as they are cooked to perfection. The kiddo loves the Steak Bites...in addition to the ever-so-popular dessert bar. Regarding the restaurant, it is clean, well maintained, organized, and modern. One of the best perks for me, as a sports lover, is that many of their large sized HDTVs are showing games. Last, but definitely not the least, is the impeccable service. We've never had a bad experience here as all the servers are kind, helpful, and attentive. If you decide to go, request for Mealea as your server. She is always on her A-game and her exceptional service epitomizes quality and perfection. Whenever we get her, she always greets us with a big and warm smile. In addition, she always gives my daughter, who shares the same name (but spelled differently), the biggest bear-hug. I'm sitting in sizzler right now after waiting in line for 35 minutes for no reason, because they fail to tell us that the line was for blue tickets online. Now that I am seated, I am sad to know that I have the worst waitress ever. I have post about her before her name is Eden I've been sitting her now for 15 minutes and she didn't offer us bread like she does the rest of her costumers I'm so over sizzler right now I don't even have the energy to call for a manager. Haven't been here in a few months. All I can say is what the hell happened? Ordering took forever, have to get your own napkin and silverware, big cutbacks on the Craft salad bar, baked potato was old and microwaved, server took forever to acknowledge our existence. The worst part? A woman collapsed near the salad bar and, despite customers calling to staff, they all just stood around like they had no clue how to respond. I was hesitant at first to go to this place , I gave it a try and it is worth it the atmosphere is clean and modern with a feel of an open space the service is first class and the quality of the food and steaks is prime , if you don't feel that hungry just the salad bar is a good option they have plenty of options even to make your own hard shell tacos , and soups that are delicious and you get dessert! My sister just moved to the area and I was craving a steak, so she suggested we try out this location. We were not let down - we found the steaks affordable, tacked on mushrooms, added the salad bar and ate to our heart's content. But the most outstanding experience was the excellent service from Mealea! She's a genuine sweet heart that constantly checked in with us, consistently kept me fillled on my strawberry lemonades, made us laugh and kept us very happy! She is definitely an integral part of a great dining experience! We all wish there were more people like her!
