I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with a Lemonade and a side of Fries and salad bar was good. The Philly Sandwich beef was juicy and full of flavor. The salad bar was nice and a great amount of variety, I loaded up on Mac and Cheese and Chicken Wings. The look and feel of the interior is very warm and inviting with an uplifting energy. The large screen TV's are a really nice addition, although it wasn't on my favorite channel. I really loved the staff. My server Ms. Yessy she was really friendly, professional and respectful highly recommend Yessy as your server. This is so much better updated than any other Sizzler I've been to and the food was good, our server Maribel was awesome and they seated us 25 min before they closed! We were so grateful. Worst Sizzler experience ever. My first and last time at this location. I ordered steak and Sriracha shrimp. A common rule is if you are going to call a dish something, it should taste like it. No Sriracha flavor, just unseasoned plain shrimp. The steak, to my surprise was decent, and the vegetables were also plain and unseasoned. The server came and asked if things were to my liking and I asked if I was served the Sriracha shrimp and she said she'd check. The manager came by and explained they use a very light Sriracha glaze...emphasis on "light" (more like non existent). I asked if they could give me a side of it and he said he'd bring it right over. It never came. Nor did the promised drink refills. I should've guessed service wouldn't be great when I had to retrieve place settings for my table after the food arrived (not big on eating cavemen style). The server apologized and offered for me to help myself to the salad bar, a kind gesture, and I appreciated it, but didn't want salad. Went into Sizzler over the weekend with a few friends for a birthday dinner. Stephanie was our waitress and it was possibly the best service I've ever had. We were helped within a decent amount of time considering how busy it was in the afternoon. Food came out PERFECT with no sides missing. Drinks were never left empty. I was so excited to have this new, beautiful Sizzler going up in Hemet. Since it's completion a couple years ago I have been a regular weekly visitor. I visit despite the fact that the cooks really don't know how to cook a steak. 75% of the time I have to send it back because I ordered medium-rare and got med-well or raw. My most recent experience has finally driven me away to Beaumont or Murietta. After sending my steak back 3 times, the server got the manager to cook one for me. Unbelievably, the manager confidently brought me out a totally raw piece of meat! Her comment was, "is that too rare for you?" I sent it back again. She brings it out, puts it down then walks away. Never an apology, offer to refund my money...nothing! It was still raw. Bottom line is don't order steak if you want it cooked to your liking. BTW I have to give kudos to my server Eden. Years ago my wife and I decided that sizzler was not for us anymore. It was going downhill fast. We have been sizzler fans throughout the country but tired of it. But now with new and remodeled stores we are back. The Hemet store was our first try with the new concept. WOW!!! The decor hits you when you enter the parking lot. First of all we were unhappy because we had to wear masks to go in even though you can't wear a mask to eat and Riverside County has deemed it optional. This location is AMAZING! Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a week for dinner and we love the food (I always get the cedar plank Salmon that is cooked PERFECTLY every time). But what really pressed me to make this review was the customer service we received tonight! I mean, every night we eat there the service is great, but tonight it was phenomenal. One of the GMs named Edgar (don't know his last name) made us feel like royalty! He notices that we come in a lot so he threw in a dinner salad for each of us, replaced the steak that was undercooked for my boyfriend PLUS gave us the original one that they threw on the grill to re-cook, and offered us free dessert! =) He also ALWAYS welcomes us when we come in! I come in to sizzler at least once a week and I love it however, today was not good at all. My server kylee was horrible. She took over 10 minutes to pick up slip. When she did she was completely rude. Never made eye contact and did not ask if I wanted any bread. After she brought my drinks I asked for bread and she gave me an attitude. I asked for bread and she gave me an attitude. I was scared to ask for refills. But I did anyways. And it took her over 15 min to bring them out. We came in with my brother to the new sizzler a few days after it opened on a Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a BIG step up from what they used to be. EVERYTHING, Food, Service, Atmosphere, was very positive. It was a little noisey because it was still very crowded from the new curious customers but you can't beat the food and service we received. Worth the price for a little extra class. The selection was broad enough that we deleted our other steak house coupon offers from our computers. With the new Sizzler nearby and pretty reasonable to boot, we don't need to go anywhere else to satisfy our cravings. You have to try the BBQ...what a surprise, its so tender and flavorful. Nice clean place. Food doesn't just sit around when your done, it's cleaned up right away. I recommend the steak and lobster. It was cooked well and come out hot.
