Great people and great service! 2 men and 2 trucks and they meet the online tire shops prices and carry a lot of the tires. They come to your home or business and put tires on even if you don't buy their tires and can even store your tires! Best installer I've done business with. I got a set of 265/35R18's mounted and balanced on a new set of wheels. I was asked where I wanted the location of the weights on the wheel and was explained the differences of balancing weight placement. I was even asked what tire pressure I wanted as the wheels and tires were not the same spec as OEM. Great service overall and even helped me recycle the boxes from my wheels by compacting them so they fit in the dumpster since I did not have a box cutter. I would happily do business again the next time I order tires (which will be for a winter set). read more

Nil was a pleasure to work with and accommodate my newly purchased tires. He made the experience enjoyable and easy. I had ordered my tires from The Tire Rack, stopped in and picked them up, he was across town and didn't want me waiting around and was ok with meeting at my home, which is a little farther than normal. I woke up to a flat tire before a TV interview today. I quickly filled up the tire at the gas station where I saw the huge nail in the tread. I made it to the interview and got back to the office to see patients. I had some time before patients arrived, so I tried to change the flat tire for the spare. The lug nuts wouldn't budge. I called SJ Tire Company and the owner, Sunil, came to my office in Cherry Creek to do a permanent patch repair on the tire so that I wouldn't have any trouble driving home in the snow tonite! He was done in less than 20 minutes. What a nice guy! Great service as well. I will definitely use them from now on for my tire servicing needs. The cost for the level of convenience provided to me was immeasurable. Wow, what a great company to deal with!!! I was pricing tires at a company that sells tires at outstanding prices. After finding a tire that had a special close out price on it, I looked at their site to find folks who install tires. In checking out their list of installers I called one that comes to you to do the installation. They do it all, Mount them, balance them, dispose of your old ones, etc. I called SJ Tire and told him what tire I was considering and the special price that I had. I would have had to pick the tires up from the place that I was going to buy from. He quoted me a price for the same tires that was about $6 per tire less then I was prepared to pay from the other place and of course he brought them when he came to install them. I did not need to pick them up myself. He told me he could be at my home the following morning. He gave me a couple hour window and called about 30 minutes prior to arriving within the time frame that was given to me the day prior. They were extremely professional and had my 4 new tires mounted, balanced and installed in less then 1 hour. This is the only place to go for tires. Research what you want on line and then call them. on my way to work i was surprised to notice a fairly large bolt/screw in my rear tire. having a camping trip planned in about a week made this endevour much more worrying. I had an appointment for this company to come to my home and put four new tires on my car. Someone from the company called FOUR MINUTES before they were supposed to get here and cancelled the appointment. I asked when this decision had been made, and the person said "yesterday". Clearly, they could have had the common decency and courtesy to call me the day before, but they chose not to. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with SJ Tire Company this afternoon! I was told by my car dealership a couple days ago while getting my oil changed that I had an unrepairable nail stuck in my tire and would need to get both rear tires replaced. I started looking at places to get new tires when I came across this company. I filled out the "request quote" form on their website. I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday since it was 4 pm on a Saturday, but to my surprise I received a phone call within 2 minutes. He (I can't remember his name unfortunately) said he was only 10 minutes away from my apartment building and could come by and take a look to see if he could repair it. He said he would only charge me $60 (instead of $75) if he could fix it, or would assist me with getting new tires if he couldn't. He arrived quickly, looked at the tire and told me he would be able to repair it! Within 15 minutes, I had a repaired tire for $60 instead of having to pay a couple hundred dollars for new tires. The appointment process was awesome, they gave me 2 blocks of times to work around my meeting schedule at work and gave me tons of heads up the day of the appointment on which appointment they could do. They were able to come to my workplace, I ran out and gave them the keys and they were done an hour later. My only complaint was they didnt go over costs before hand, and it took a few days to get the invoice via email. I knew what the general cost would be from their website, but would've been handy to know an exact cost i guess. Overall extremely satisfied though. read more

This is my second occasion to call on Sunil at SJ Tire. I can't give these guys a better recommendation. I found SJ Tires about 2 years ago right after they started business and they were listed on TireRack as the highest recommended installer in that area. The fact that their prices were very competitive and they came to you was the kicker (get it tire kicker...) Anyway since they install I also thought I would see what the tire prices were and I ended up getting a set of Yokohama IG20 Iceguards. SJ showed up at my house in Castle Rock today and in less than an hour Skeeter had a brand new set of winter shoes. It took only two business days and I saved a couple bucks. Sunil and his brother are great they just bought a second truck so if you are interested in tires and don't want to sit in a strip mall while it happens give em a call. I have used SJ twice now within a month. The first time was to install tires purchased from Tire Rack (which by the way can be done direct through SJ at same price). The second time was to change out snows on my other car. For the life of me, I really don't know why you would go to a retail store (i.e. Discount, Big O, Firestone, etc). They were able to give me a scheduled date and time within 3 days of when I called, arrived during the stated window, explained what would be done [then I get to go back inside my own home and do whatever I like], completed the work, explained what they did, accepted credit card, and pulled out! They will match any online price you find on tires, and the tire change fees are competitive with the retail stores. They are obviously able to compete on price since they don't have to pay rent/insurance/etc on a retail outlet. So really....I mean why would you put yourself through the hassle of going to a retail store to wait in line as you listen to cheesy music, or watch awful news reporting, with people you don't know, for an unknown amount of time? Very happy with my experience! I had to get my tires replaced, but wasn't planning on doing it for a few weeks when I got a flat. I was able to call them and confirm they had the tires I was looking at (which nobody else locally did) and they were able to make it out in less than 90 minutes. I was able to have them meet with my sister-in-law since I had a meeting I couldn't miss. Based on what she told me, they were very fast and very professional. They also offer a one year replacement guarantee on the tires I bought in addition to the millage rating on the actual tires. They were very accommodating.
