Why have I not known of this company sooner? I am a Discount Tire guy, but waiting 3-4 hours to get new tires-who has the time for that?? I found a nail in the tire of my sports car, and they could have easily patched it, but I wanted a brand new tire. They showed up at my home with the exact tire, they were very courteous, and the price is just about the same as the big box stores. I love supporting local, as well, so that's another plus. I have found my new tire repair/new tire company for my other cars, as well. 5 stars all the way from start to finish. read more

This is my second time calling SJ tire company with a minor tire emergency. I usually don't even take the time to write reviews unless something is amazing or horrible. However, before Alberto even arrived, I thought "I can't wait to write another 5-start review for them" because I just knew the service was going to be unbeatable. I was right! I noticed my tire was leaking fast today and of course I called SJ immediately. They came out to my house within THIRTY MINUTES. Alberto again saved me by patching up a hole in my tire. My tire had gone flat but was just in need of a simple patch. SJ was able to come to my house within half a day, and have the tire patched and ready to go in about 20 minutes. I had no idea a mobile tire service existed and I am SO GLAD I found these guys! They were quick, efficient and their tire guys are awesome. We were stuck inside a old parking lot with a punctured tire for a HUGE car(ford expedition) which we rented. After getting no help from any other services for 2 hours, we called up SJ Tire and Sunil himself drove up to the place to help us out quickly with all the necessary equipment in a huge truck. YOU GUYS. There is a reason these folks have a 5 star rating across multiple social media sites (and believe you me, I will be reviewing at them all). This morning I came across the unfortunate site of my tire as flat as a 12 day old glass of champagne sitting in the sun. It's Friday, that's no way to start a Friday! Well, I found SJ Tire Company via a Google search (SJ are my first two initials, so it had to be a match, right?). I texted the number they have on their website as I was already on my way to work (not in my car, obviously). By the time I arrived at work (I was only 6 minutes late, don't tell my boss), Neil had responded to my text and had talked me through the scenario of replacing my tire - he would come to me AND had availability today. We actually then came to the determination that a patch would fix it right up. Everything was done and the payment was complete by 9:15am - I am not kidding. These folks will be getting ALL of my tire business in the future. Hell, they'll be getting all of my business for any type of service they offer. I cannot recommend them enough. Great customer service and pricing! I can't remember the name of who I spoke with initially when I called (I'm sorry!), but he was able to beat the lowest pricing I had gotten after calling a few of the larger chain tire stores. He was able to order my tires and set up an appointment for the very next day to come to my house! Josh and his partner were extremely nice and fast! Kudos to Neil and Josh for a fabulous experience. I had 2 flats on the same side, and thinking I'm not going anywhere for a while as I stored my car in the garage. It was a Friday when I started my tire search, so my thinking was I might get new tires installed by Tuesday - if I'm lucky Monday. But what do these guys do - show up Saturday afternoon. Install of 4 new tires took a little over half an hour, and I never took the car out of the garage. Great experience and these folks are now in my contract list. I highly recommend them read more

I drove to work on a flat tire and called them to see if they could replace it while I was at work. I knew I needed new tires but I wasn't sure if they could replace them all or if it would cost an arm and a leg. Not only were they able to come to my job and replace all of the tires, they recommended excellent tires at a great price and even sent me the information to get a rebate from the tire manufacturer. The technicians kept me informed the whole time about their arrival, progress, and departure, and all I had to do was run down and give them my keys. They did everything in the parking lot of my office. I can't recommend SJ Tire Company highly enough. I wish everyone were this dependable, affordable, and provided such good customer service. read more

Josh was on time and very professional. Have never used a mobile tire service before. Had to have all 4 replaced - Josh was done in 30 minutes. (One was flat, so I couldn't drive to have the service done) I inquired about the flat tire and he immediately pointed out the slash marks on the sidewall of the tire, which we didn't see. Service was good but some minor issues with my install. I just recently purchased my new wheels and tires and have them installed by SJ. Technician points out that there is small nick on my new wheels when they tried to install the lugnuts. I was expecting they take good care of my wheels since it is brand new. Also i have to take my car back to Les Scwab to get the one of my stud re stud not sure why but they told me they got the old lugnut out but new one will not go in and need it to get re stud which cost me 60 extra dollars. When i was in les schwab the wheels are installed incorrectly and they said that they fixed it with no charge. Not sure for a first timer like me kinda service is ok but not great. read more

A bolt the size of your arm punctured my tire on my Wrangler today on S Lincoln. I called up these guys as they had the best reviews and they were there within 30 minutes, super efficient, kind, and totally affordable. I had an unexpected flat this morning and called SJ Tire. They were able to come out within an hour. I didn't need to pay for a tow truck, so it was super convenient and cheaper. My tire couldn't be patched and had to be replaced. They were able to go get the new tire and install all before noon. The tech not only also topped off the air in all my tires, but was nice enough to do the same for my partner's car as well. Sunil was great! I purchased some new expensive rims and was looking for a good professional to handle them. After a friend recommendation, and the reviews posted here, I decided to give SJ Tire a shot. What an experience! So much better than having to sit at a tire place and have minimum wage people handle your property, over torquing your lug nuts and breaking wheels studs (has happened to me twice at "other" tire stores). Amazing service - super convenient. Needed to upgrade my tires with all the snow we had been getting recently. But of course, no one wants to leave work to go to a tire shop and wait (even if you make an appointment you end up waiting). Make your tire purchase on SJ Tire Company's website, fill in when you want them to COME TO YOU and then within a day you get a phone call to confirm the appointment. I'm bad with names, but the 2 installers who came this afternoon were prompt, friendly and did a great job! I can't recommend the service enough.
