She was the same girl who was rude to my Uncle and Step Dad the day before both in person and on the phone. She was also rude to my Step Dad again on the phone when before we went in the next day. She had purple in her hair and it was in pigtails. She looked like she was annoyed by having to assist and sounded bothered on the phone with having to answer questions.
