The cable and internet companies don't even lock you in that long. And they craftily put the Early Termination clause on one contract and the Length of Contract on another. You have to pay thousand of dollars to purchase phones and then the monthly fee is pretty expensive in comparison to a land line. Then when I would call monthly to report calls being dropped or static all over the line - they would always blame the internet connection (which mine is 200/200 with a QoS and could stream video from Hulu/Netflix no problem). I love VoIP but I would recommend looking elsewhere for similar or better service at a better price. I've switched and I'm having none of the issues I had before at less cost per month.

The store told me to use the app. And the app did the exact same thing as it did before. Do you see where I am going with this? They tried to assist me. I had to wait about 15 mins to get help.
