We're a market research company staffed with roughly 25 people in-house, and several remote users. We've outsourced our IT services to Mike and have not been disappointed. Within the year and a half that Mike has worked with us, our entire operation has been upgraded and overhauled for the better. I work for a small digital media studio and we were experiencing frustrating internet issues ever since we set up VOIP phones. Wow! Mike is so good at what he does! I may sound vague when I say that because I don't know what he does or how he does it. All I do know is that he makes our computers sing.
