The work that they did was really nice, I would recommend that, however, the male that works there is kinda a jerk and tries to jack up the prices, the female is really sweet however talks in circles and doesn't really give you sound advice. I spent over an hour there trying to figure out the stitching I wanted. I wanted a custom piece that they were charging me $100 for a custom design and another $100 to stitch it. The endless talking in circles made me just settle for a standard font and print. Although the end result was very nice, I wish the process was a little easier to create something unique and meaningful. read more

Needed 7 shirts and 1 backpack embroidered, and my usual lady was busy so I looked around and saw this location. I decided to call before I made the 20 Minute drive to this store.. over the phone the man said they could do what I was asking and to come in whenever and it'll be done quickly with 5$ min blah blah. I get there and am ignored for like the first 3 minutes (I was the only person there too) and then I go to show the guy my stuff and hes just nodding not saying anything, so the lady comes up and looks at what I needed and immediately says "no we can't do that here." AFTER I EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL WHAT I NEEDED OVER THE PHONE. Thanks for waste of gas guys, your loss tho I need stuff embroidered once a week for my online store. read more

I can't say enough about this place!!! They were literally the last one I called out of 20 and I found them on on Dec 23rd. Everyone else I called declined to help me since my order was so last minute. I was making my mom a memorial pillow out of my grandmas dress. I needed a patch with a quote to sew on the front. I wasn't expecting the price, it was outside of my budget . I explained to the ladies what I was doing and she could tell I was disappointed that I couldn't afford it. I left to get a fabric swatch and when I came back they had a few people before me, she called me over and asked if I wanted to have the quote printed instead of embroidered and she could do it for half the price. I was literally counting change to make it happen and this made my Christmas. The best gift I got this year was the look on my mom's face when she realized what I had just given her. Super nice lady! Been going to them for years, new location from right around the corner. They have new era hats at the cheapest rates, way cheaper than Lids, and with a decent collection. They also do embroidery as well as shirt printing.
