When anything wasn't perfect (and this is construction, there's always something that doesn't go as planned) he was on it instantly. I'm talking with n the phone with me within minutes figuring out what to do to sort things out. They were incredibly fair about everything. The crews they sent were also very very good. They worked very hard to make sure they understood what we wanted and where we wanted it. We are picky and didn't know what we were doing. They were patient and walked us through all the options, with good suggestions and ideas. At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them. All in all the most positive experience I've had with a contractor.
