We went to this location to make an exchange and was surprised how messy this store was in several departments. Clothes hanging on top of the racks and laying on the floor. This is not typical for most Target stores, so I'm guessing this location was short staffed at the moment we were there. No biggie. We needed assistance to find the product I wanted to exchange, and the associate was very helpful and friendly. After looking around the store to see if we wanted or needed anything else, we went to the Exchange/Returns counter to make the exchange, and the young lady assisting us was very friendly and accommodating. I then processed to get help from someone else, after spending about five minutes walking around the store trying to find someone to assist me, I decided to returned and ask Samantha again for help with an iPad. She rolled her eyes, did not acknowledge me, and reluctantly proceeded to grab the item from the back. At that point, I decided not to purchase the item, which was valued at over $700, because of the poor customer service experience. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Customers and employees should be treated with professionalism and respect. I would rather drive to a different Target location and spend my money elsewhere than return to this store. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

It was such a pleasure to see so many potential home improvement projects, all in one place, and that all inspired a better way of living at our house. Our first project with the Eco Store was a gray water system to move abundant shower water out to our plants and gardens. That felt so good that we then did a second project with the Eco Store. They created a simple and affordable rain water catchment system that now gives us enough water to completely water all of our plants, gardens, and even our backyard grass areas! Now we've just completed a salt-free whole house home water filtration system that gives us high-quality drinking water throughout our whole house, and allows us to NOT have to dump salt into a tank every month. Working with Erica at the store is always a pleasure. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. She makes a large variety of household soaps and sells them at the Eco Store. That makes it so we are re-using all of our plastic soap bottles! We've done a lot of home improvements at our house with various contractors. LeVon (owner) cares about your house, provides a professional installation, and seems to know everything about conserving energy and water at your house! Working with him is like having a good friend over your house. But when he leaves, you feel 100% better about your house, and how you are working with nature to support the house and it's water needs. The friendly employee had us sign a waiver and taught us how to turn it on and ride it with our dog inside the side car. We had a great time and had no problems with our e-bikes for our 3 rental.
