They are experienced runners and really know what they are doing. The shop is always neat and clean. On a normal day you could just walk in and someone will work with you in person however with Covid-19 running rampant they have shifted to try and overcome closing down to stay open for the running and fitness community they support. They offer virtual fittings by appointment but I already knew what I needed. I needed to buy a new pair of pretty much the same shoe I've been wearing. So I called and spoke with Amy and she was able to pull up my customer information by phone number and see the exact shoe I purchased last time and pick the shoes I wanted. I paid over the phone. I called when I got there and they ran the shoes out to me. The staffer who came out had a mask and gloves on and stayed 6 feet away as we passed off the bag. I was a loyal customer before this and I will continue to be a customer because of this experience. I hope they are able to stay open during this and continue to prosper.

The problem with these shoes (at least for my pocketbook) is that these shoes are not inexpensive. Thank God, I recently discovered Cole Haan has an outlet store. Located within the Clinton Crossing Outlet, this store is always clean and the sales people are helpful without being overbearing. They sell a wide variety of dressy and casual shoes for both men and women as well as purses and messenger bags. In addition - if you take the time to walk all the way to the back of the store they have a heavily discounted (70%) selection of last season's shoes. Their merchandise is neatly displayed but shoppers always should remember that this is an outlet, so the store might not have the size you have your eye on, but they will do their best to help you find an alternative. Cole Haan's quality customer service and discounted shoes has helped both lessen the sting to my wallet and helped my me walk a little bit easier.
