I called the SAS store that I purchased them from (in Evanston, IL) and spoke to Linda, the store manager. She looked up the sales and noted that the shoes were over 2 years old. She was not interested anything I said and responded that if I got 2 years of wear from them, I should just replace them, (noting that 2 years was as long as I should expect them to last . ) I should mention that in IL, most people don't wear sandals through the winter season. I have bought many SAS shoes prior to Linda being the manager, and was very disappointed with her attitude .
