But I did not appreciate about this store was the prices. Significantly marked up and then called a sale. The sale price was also unremarkable. Low inventory, even if you did find a shoe that you really liked chances are they only had about 3 to 4 sizes of that shoe. I come here cause it's convenient, and not because I think I'm gonna find my entire family a pair of shoes here. Do I recommend this? Sure. But don't have your hopes up.

When I walked in, I made eye contact with both employees, but neither acknowledged me or offered assistance. After waiting, I eventually had to ask for help myself. Even then, the customer service was lacking. I also noticed other customers in the store who were not being helped either. Because of the poor customer service, I ended up leaving without buying anything. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

It has now been almost six months and I still have not received my refund. My calls are then transferred to voicemail, but none of my messages have ever been returned. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, customer service, and failure to issue a refund that should have been resolved months ago. My first appointment for my personal fitting was on a Saturday morning. Once I arrived I was greeted and taken to a sitting area in front of a foot scanning machine. I was asked a few questions and then placed my feet on the machine to be scanned. After the scanning process was done, and I was then asked by the female assistant what type of shoe I was looking for; i.e. standard every day, dress/casual, or running. I told them something like my New Balance 998's that I was wearing st the time of my visit. So the lady helping me decided to find a New Balance they had in stock that could work. Once all of that was taken care I was then given another follow up appointment, to try the fit of the new custom orthotics and shoes. At my follow up appt I then tried on my new shoes with the custom orthotics. Once I had both pair on the lady helping me had me walk around the store with them on to see how they felt, because if they didn't feel right I could get the orthotics fix and tried on again. Everything felt fine though so I took my new shoes home after thst fit. Overall: Staff was very professional and extremely helpful, and I left with ni issues with my new shoe or custom orthotics.

She only tried them on, I've got a video to prove it! Today the same guy he said he just works here. I asked to speak to the owner & he kept asking why, he's already told me what the policy is. I very calmly said I just want to speak to someone with authority. He went from not knowing the owners name to the owner being out of the country. They looked amazing and I tried them on. They felt good and I thought they looked good. When I used them the next day. The tongue of the shoe hurt my foot really bad when I would lace them up. I called Red Wing and just like that Sunday when they showed me great customer service in the store they also showed me great customer service over the phone. They said I had 30 days to return them. They said to try them out for 2 weeks and see if maybe all they need is to be broken in. Like I said customer service was really top notch the store was clean the employees were super nice and friendly. Only thing I would say is that the work boots did get more expensive the most I've spent before was about 250. This time the bill was 320, They are good shoes and your feet are your money makers so you need good boots to protect them. Red wings is what you want.

I can come out of pocket for that much merchandise. Then he scanned my voucher and said $339. What!!! I thought you said $309. He said taxes. Very misleading. I just wanted to see a total overall but he rang everything up. I wasn't interested in all that plus that price so I told him to take all that extra stuff off. He proceeded to talk to another employee blaming me because it is difficult to return the items purchased with a voucher. I never told him I wanted to purchase any of that, I just wanted to see a total of all the items he was throwing in because it was a very unbelievable that it would be under $300.. there was such a mixup with everything that I had to scan my ATM so they can throw the return on my card and then I'll be able to purchase the boots that way, which didn't work at all and I was unable to leave the store with anything plus they drained my voucher money. Their pickup area is in the back of the store so you didn't have to wait in the cashier line, and was very convenient. I really appreciated the service and help I received from Asim. My best experience in this location is from Asim and Dean, who are so efficient, professional, gracious and helpful. Their service will keep me coming back.
