I went to another Famous footwear to try and return them without the receipt (my mother was sure they were correct) they could find the sale in the system. they also told me this location took advantage of my mother because they never carried air force ones, they also charged her for shipping bc the only way it's free is if she was a member. Athletic, formal, semi- formal, or casual, they have a section. Not only that, but it's generally well organized and the service is A1. A month ago, I visited this store to get a new pair of New Balance 860's and was waited on promptly and professionally. They had a good selection of colors and provided excellent customer service. The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

But this was too much, I felt I couldn't browse in peace. I wanted to actually try some items on, but I didn't want to answer more questions, so I ended up just leaving without buying anything. I'm not blaming the employees because they were very nice but I have a feeling that management is the one putting the pressure on customer interaction.
