As a customer, it is uncomfortable to observe this type of interaction, especially when it occurs in front of guests. Strong leadership should foster a positive and respectful work environment. It is disappointing to see behavior that appears to undermine employees rather than support them. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as the rest of the team works hard and deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect.
