I searched online and found several brands - but was not able to try them on without visiting a retailer. So, I decided to stop by at this location to see what they had that met the employers requirements. The store is in a small strip mall - plenty of parking. The store is large with a large variety of shoes. They have a line of shoes "Skechers Work" that met some of the metrics but did not look good to me. There were several employees restocking the store (all wearing Skechers shirts/sweatshirts). No one greeted me when I walked in, no one asked if I needed any help. No acknowledgment at all. I left the store as I was not able to find anything I liked. A week later, I went back on the Skechers website and found some new inventory that were not available the prior week. I found a pair that met the requirements and I would be able to try them out when I got there. So I placed my order via the website and opted for in store pick up. I placed my order at 10AM and it stated that online orders are typically ready in 3-4 hours. I waited....and waited and waited some more. It's now 3PM, so I called the store. I asked if the employee would be able to check on the status of my online order and the employee said yes. The employee came back and apologized that they did not see the order til now. Advised that they will get it ready now and for me to wait for the "Ready" email, should be ready in a couple of minutes. The email finally arrived and I headed to the store. Went in and let the employee behind the counter know I was there to pick up an online order. I gave my name and the order# to the employee and he went to the back area to get the shoes. After a couple of minutes, the employee came back empty handed and asked another worker about my order. She pointed to the shoe box on the counter with a Post It note on it with my name. Employee 1 tries to scan the shoes to complete the pick up process and was not able to do so. Employee 2 helps him out with the scanner and was able to complete it. The biggest disappointment was they did not even notice my order sitting in the system until I called in. The price of the shoes were average with other brands. If I had more time, I would likely shop around .

Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it.

I told her "oh sorry about that" she replied with a tone saying "it's fine". The vibe I got from her was extremely negative. It did seem like she was some type of manager, the way she was working trying to get something done and not giving customer service. I work in customer service as a store manager, that type of customer service will scare away customers, and is a huge No no for me. I would rather go to the store with less shoes. The only person that greeted and gave great customer service was the cashier.

While I got my feet scanned, the worker, Talia, was so knowledgeable and took her time in explaining to me and my friends information on our feet based on the scans. Talia was so sweet and when all of us (there were 3 of us in total) asked for shoe recommendations she took out three shoes for each of us based on what she thought would be good for us! She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said. This place is so cool, there was no pressure to buy anything either which I appreciate and we were to try out everything we wanted to. The store was clean and the associates were helpful…read more Instead of buying the shoe with a mark up, I remember this Shoe Palace had them in stock but sold out. I went in and found them restocked and Nike will be dropping them again 09/26. Pandas are a really popular shoe so resellers like to wipe out inventory, shrink wrap and try to make $50 to $100 for sizing. I noticed the resale market crash so it is not as crazy as before. The Nike Retro Dunk Lows go with everything and are very comfortable. Thanks Shoe Palace.

It's a small space, fewer items and customers than the bin store in Pomona but that actually might…read morebe why this place is better. A lot more relaxed atmosphere and the bins are reasonably filled so it's not piles and piles of crap that you have to throw around. The selection here is definitely smaller but because there are fewer people you probably have a higher chance of seeing something good. I found some surprisingly good electronics (pictured). At the Pomona place I would never have seen this stuff because it'd be gone in seconds. One weird thing about this store is their "deals" section which is the stuff on the shelves. It's mostly big box items but they're all more expensive than new on Amazon so I don't see how that can be a deal. Some of it is totally beat up used crap like an old ass lawnmower with grass still in it selling for $100 when on Amazon it's $85 new. And you'll see a bedsheet set in the regular bins, and then something similar on the shelf for $40. Makes no sense so I just ignore the shelf items.
