The technician was there for less than 10 minutes and charged him over $300 for a repair that involved no new parts. Further, the technician gave him a bogus invoice that indicated that he had done a "Level II Inspection per NFPA 211 standards". Nothing in that inspection was to his fireplace or to inspect his home. Additionally, when he called the office to complain about the charges, the supervisor actually amended the invoice to take away all of the bogus info on it, but refused to lower the invoice price. Absolute scam artists.

They answered right away and had Cole, their master plumber, at our house within 10 minutes to shut everything off and stop the water.
