Excellent customer service is so rare these days, and Vlad truly went above and beyond for us--not once, but twice! When our refrigerator suddenly went out, Vlad came out the same day, even though it was late, to help us. Unfortunately, the part we needed was on back order, and we were completely defeated, thinking we were going to have to buy a whole new refrigerator. Then, the very next day, Vlad called to tell us he had located the part in Dallas! He went and got it, came back to our house, and had our refrigerator up and running within an hour. We were beyond relieved and incredibly thankful. Ironically, just two weeks earlier our dryer had gone out, and Vlad came to our rescue then too!
