Gluten free pancakes and waffles available here! I got the gluten free waffle and it was amazing. The grits here are not good- no flavor and watery. The inside of the restaurant is cute, try to sit outside if you can. Service was great! read more

This place has a dish called skillets potatoes that my wife loves. We come here for those. Otherwise the food is mediocre and the service can be excrutiating slow. You normally have to repeat your order at least twice for it to register. The seating and atmosphere are ok. Not nearly as good as it used to be and nowhere near as good as First Watch overall. read more

I went to skillets this past weekend and had a great experience with all the waiting staff, food, and atmosphere.. however with the manager I was not pleased. The front was rather crowded with customers waiting to pay and be seated and as an employee was asking for help, the manager yelled at the girl. It was passive aggressive answers and talking down to the woman. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I don't understand this type of management style. Everything else was great, food was hot and tasty, service was fast, and coffee was delicious! read more

Eaten here many times over the years but lately there's been a decline. Our favorite wait staff and hostess seem to be gone. Our orders often wrong---skillet potatoes rather than hash browns and over medium eggs too runny or too hard. No fruit ramekin, although still on menu. Waitstaff tell us various things: u have to specifically ask for it, fruit or toast choice not both, or not included any more (why still on the menu?). Ice tea often tastes dodgy and my serving today with floating paper trash was unappetizing (see pic). Haven't tried lately to use my frequent customer acct. bc first time I tried waitstaff had no idea how to use it. Need a new manager who can whip the place back into shape. Get on that. read more

Worst waitress‼‼ Jacinth C is her name. Everything else was great food, once we could actually get what we needed from some else, it was the other staff that waited on us the entire time. She talked to us in a mumbling manner, spilled coffee while serving my mom and didn't even bother to say sorry or much less clean it up she just left it on the table, never once came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything, we over heard another costumer complaining to the manager about the same horrible service she had gotten from the same waitress right next to us, we looked at the manager (Tessa) and said that goes for us too! We have always been a fan of Skillets restaurants and have recently started going to the Pavilion location. The service is always amazing, with each server greeting you with a smile. The coziness of the restaurant is ideal. Our favorites are the skillet omelet breakfast, and of course, the chocolate chip scones. The pumpkins scones are perfect for the fall season. read more

Great breakfast place close to our rental. Service here is excellent and the menu is large! Lots of choices for breakfast or lunch. Beverage service is limited - no lattes or special coffee and no alcohol for weekend brunch. The food came out quickly and was delicious both times we were here. read more

Great diner with a wonderful homey ambiance. The food was delicious and you could taste just how fresh everything was. The pancakes are a must. I had a pancake platter since I like to get a bit of everything and thought it was pretty tasty - fluffy pancakes and I liked that they had Applewood chicken sausage. One of the only breakfast places in the area open on the July 4th holiday. We were seated right away, during a busy breakfast timeframe. The food came out very quick. French toast was just OK, syrup was warm, so watery - some at the table didn't like this, and the bacon was chewy. Pancakes and eggs were good. Definitely felt like a chain (think IHOP). Not a good experience at this location. The server was not attentive and did not check on us the entire time. He seemed annoyed that he was working and not welcoming. He never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything. Never came to refill drinks. I won't be returning to this location. Server at this location needs some retraining on making customers feel welcome and checking on them. Many other restaurants in the area that have a more welcoming environment. read more

Skillets is so good. I came here with my family and my boyfriend's family early one morning while visiting Naples. We had asked the hotel we were staying at for breakfast recommendations and they recommended Skillets. It was hard to find because it's in a strip mall, but it was easy to get parking. The staff is overly friendly. The restaurant is large and clean. Everything we ordered came out quickly. The most overwhelming part was deciding what to eat because everything looked fantastic! We ordered pancakes, waffles, eggs, and skillets at my table. Everyone loved their food. We will for sure be coming back next time we are in the area. read more

I normally love Skillets it's our go to breakfast place before all others but this time was not a pleasant experience. I usually get the veggie goat cheese omelette and a pancake this time the omelette was cold and dry as was the pancake. A million yes's for this place! Breakfast is probably my favorite meal because there is always so many tasty choices and Skillets makes breakfast even better! This place just feels like home. Feels like your in someone's country kitchen and they are ready to make sure you are stuffed before you even think about getting up from their table. Service was great. I felt like everyone working waited on me to some degree which was amazing. Constantly checking on me and making sure everything was to my liking and it definitely was! I ordered a bacon, tomato and cheese omelette and it came with a side (potatoes) and bread (please get their homemade biscuit) I also ordered a side of sausage because I'm a (insert pig face emoji). The omelette was so light and fluffy. Stuffed with big hunks of tomato and bacon. Delicious. Just the right amount of cheese. And oh em gee that biscuit. I could have eaten three more, but I mean, who wouldn't when homemade biscuits are placed in front of you! Everything was perfect. Everything. I can't wait to come back and eat even more!
